Made a huge mistake by making a purchase from Dubai Jewellers. They could not deliver on their commitment if design that was custom. Made endless excuses that didn't make sense and showed exemplary poor customer service, professional accountability in a very audacious and non apologetic way - quite literally. Unjustifiable prices where they inlcude prices of other embellishments along with gold when weighing items. Such poor attitude and poor quality service and pricing. I will never recommend getting anything from them, especially if you are starting off a new auspicious journey. Just by responding and saying "Fake Competitor's" review is pretty convenient. Public is not stupid. They know. Anyone who would like to validate my experience with an actual product and receipt from this place can contact me. It will become clear.

First thing a customer expects when they enter any shop is that they be treated well by the staff. The Dubai Jewelry staff are the true examples of hospitality. My experience with them was truly great. You will get a great value for your money and yourself. I loved their service. Some jewellers might deliver your stuff to your door step but I doubt if anyone could replace it at your door step again if the receiver did not like the one that was delivered that too without any additional charges. The Dubai Jewlery staff did it for my and they are awesome. Keep up your best service.

Amazing customer service! I ordered and received the product in one business day....The guy I coordinated with was also great in terms of communication. The only thing I deducted the one star is for the delivery. I bought this as a gift and the box it came in, looks so cheap and defected. I would have changed the box, but the engraving of the Jewelers is in this particular box.

Wonderful experience! We had my engagement ring re-sized here and also had the jeweler tighten a loose stone on another ring I have. Both rings came back in brilliant condition and quickly! They didn’t mention workmanship, import export, grams even though we asked for many time for our records. The bill they made was on rough paper. Didn’t get any certificates or any solid proof.
