have
been
a
patient
at
Dr.
Langer's
Family
Medicine
for
some
time
now,
and
my
experience
has
been
a
mix
of
positives
and
negatives.
Let's
start
with
the
positive
aspects.
Dr.
Langer
and
Dr.
Khan
are
truly
exceptional.
They
demonstrate
a
high
level
of
expertise
and
always
take
the
time
to
listen
to
my
concerns.
I
appreciate
their
willingness
to
conduct
specific
tests
I
request
and
their
overall
commitment
to
patient
care.
The
medical
team,
in
general,
is
knowledgeable
and
attentive.
However,
the
main
drawback
lies
in
the
front
desk
service,
which
has
been
a
consistent
source
of
frustration.
It's
disappointing
that
the
staff
rarely
pick
up
phone
calls
or
respond
promptly
to
text
messages.
On
multiple
occasions,
I've
encountered
difficulty
reaching
them,
leading
to
unnecessary
delays
and
inconvenience.
During
my
visits,
I've
observed
the
front
desk
engaged
in
casual
conversations
while
the
phone
rings
persistently,
which
is
disheartening.
One
exception
to
this
trend
is
Jessica,
the
receptionist
at
the
physiotherapy
desk.
She
stands
out
as
a
helpful
and
efficient
member
of
the
front
desk
team.
Unfortunately,
the
same
cannot
be
said
for
the
others,
and
it
impacts
the
overall
impression
of
the
clinic.
While
I
value
the
medical
care
provided
by
Dr.
Langer
and
Dr.
Khan,
the
subpar
front
desk
service
significantly
detracts
from
the
overall
patient
experience.
Improved
communication
and
responsiveness
from
the
front
desk
staff
would
undoubtedly
enhance
the
clinic's
reputation
and
ensure
a
more
seamless
experience
for
patients.
