Dr. Arshya Khan is our family doctor, who is never available to meet in-person with the patient. I know because of COVID everyone is extra cautious but for how long the clinic make this an excuse. Its been almost 2 years that I did not see her. I want to get my son knee injury examined how can she check over a phone call. this is ridiculous. Front staff is way too rude. Enough of this behavior and I will be firmly put across my thoughts to other forums regarding this. Its high time that you call your doctors back to office.

Mixed Experience at Dr. Langer's Family Medicine and Walk-In Clinic I have been a patient at Dr. Langer's Family Medicine for some time now, and my experience has been a mix of positives and negatives. Let's start with the positive aspects. Dr. Langer and Dr. Khan are truly exceptional. They demonstrate a high level of expertise and always take the time to listen to my concerns. I appreciate their willingness to conduct specific tests I request and their overall commitment to patient care. The medical team, in general, is knowledgeable and attentive. However, the main drawback lies in the front desk service, which has been a consistent source of frustration. It's disappointing that the staff rarely pick up phone calls or respond promptly to text messages. On multiple occasions, I've encountered difficulty reaching them, leading to unnecessary delays and inconvenience. During my visits, I've observed the front desk engaged in casual conversations while the phone rings persistently, which is disheartening. One exception to this trend is Jessica, the receptionist at the physiotherapy desk. She stands out as a helpful and efficient member of the front desk team. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the others, and it impacts the overall impression of the clinic. While I value the medical care provided by Dr. Langer and Dr. Khan, the subpar front desk service significantly detracts from the overall patient experience. Improved communication and responsiveness from the front desk staff would undoubtedly enhance the clinic's reputation and ensure a more seamless experience for patients.

Dr Langer has been my family doctor for my entire life. He is knowledgeable, kind, reasonable in his recommendations and has provided the utmost care to me. I trust him entirely with my health. The office staff are friendly and helpful, and have shown me compassion during difficult times. Timeliness of appointments can be an issue, but Dr Langer is worth the wait.

Dr Langer has been our family physician for over 35 years. Always willing to take the time to listen. He has seen us through some tough times. So grateful for him and his quality care. Such a great doctor!

I have been going to this clinic since 2014 as I am too lazy to change doctors. I am only bothering to write a review now as I have had enough. Covid protocols are still at full swing in this clinic in the sense they do strictly do only phone call consultations. They are understaffed all the time and even to get an appointment booked for this pathetic phone consultation you are put on hold for 15 minutes or more. The doctors and the staff are clueless as to what's happening with their patients. They give blood work but never follow up. You need to call them and book a follow up appointment all the time. Even if they ever give you a in person appointment you need to call after you reach and wait forever for someone to pick up the call and let you in. In this time and age the pace with which this clinic is operating is so primitive. I am actually so surprised to see good reviews for this clinic. I am leaving them soon.

I visited Dr. Langer's Family Medicine and Walk-in Clinic for the first time yesterday. The clinic is very clean and conveniently located next to a Walmart Superstore. There were 5 or 6 patients already ahead of me, and because I didn't have an appointment, I was told by a very nice receptionist that it would take about an hour, that was fine with me. After waiting for about 2 hours, I was seen by Dr. Langer; a very nice, thorough and knowledgeable doctor. He took the time to explain the causes, symptoms and how to treat the problem . I would strongly recommend this clinic to everyone.

Dr Langer has been my family physician for over 40 years. From caring for my parents and now my children. I appreciate his patience, knowledge and experience, which speaks volumes. It is amazing that the staff and operations duplicate the same dedication and care for all patients that Dr Langer has exhibited for many many years. I have been a patient of Dr.Langer’s for over 30 years. He is a great doctor. He takes the time to explain and he is extremely knowledgeable. He has always made me and my family feel comfortable and supported.

I have been with them more than 5 years. I am trying to find another clinic because after the Covid they try to do phone consultation. I try to see the doctor but they don’t give in person appointment. My husband need to see the family but he did not have the appointment then he went to the hospital in emergency but they returned him that is non emergency you have to see the family doctor. Then he went again to the emergency. The service is very poor. The doctors need to see the patients. Everything can’t do by the phone

The whole family got sick and Dr Langer checked everyone and took the time to explain the illness clearly so that my kids could understand as well. Also did a follow up call to check and update medicine after the x ray review. Highly recommend him to anyone.

Went into the walk in clinic at 9455 Mississauga Rd, my doctor was Dr.Langar. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff are also very helpful and attentive to the patients. I have had a very great experience at this walk-in clinic and would recommend to anyone.

Possibly the lowest level of of patient experience I’ve ever come across. When your blood test results are in, they will never reach out to you - the onus is on the patient to reach out to the clinic and keep asking if the results are in or not. When you book an appointment, they give you a 10 hour block and will call at any point during that time that they please - if you’re a normal person and can’t make yourself available for the entire 10 hour block then you’re out of luck. I struggle to understand how this clinic is still running

The stupidest place ever! They have no perception of time, they will tell you 40 minutes and make you wait over 2 hours. Doctors are usually rushing when they see you, I was waiting with my year and half for 2.5 hours , total waste of time !!! I would give zero stars if I could. They should tell you up front the honest time so you can go elsewhere if needed. The receptionists are so lost, there is no consistency. One will tell you one time and the next another. It is very hard when you have a child who is not feeling well already

Dr. Kivlichan was extremely knowledgeable and patient while we discussed why I was there. I didn't feel rushed or as if I was being talked over/told about my symptoms as many other doctors have done before. He was the first doctor I have had in a very long time to actually investigate further and address the real problem behind my symptoms. Great doctor! The front staff in the office have always been extremely nice as well.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Langer’s for 40 years, and even though lately I’ve only seen him every 4-5y, he still remembers small details and I look forward to our appointments because he always makes me laugh. I often wonder if I’ll bother to find another family doctor after he retires, because I don’t think I’d feel as comfortable with anyone else.

I am never rushed through my appointment and he is attentive to my needs. I know sometimes he may be running late, but when you think about how attentive he is to his patients, it makes sense. Dr Langer is a great doctor, and I had a fantastic experience for a first timer. He took the time to explain my condition, and made sure I understood. He also prescribed me the proper medication (after telling me what I was prescribed before from another walk in wasn’t correct) I will definitely be going back.

The doctors are very good over here. The team is responsive and takes a good care of patients. Neha is one of the attendant who is very friendly and nice to everyone. I had a very good experience over a year. We can book appointments online or over call.

From the time I met Dr. Ibrahim always showed the greatest respect and the best ever bedside manners. The perfect gentleman where his profession goes and these attributes makes me respect him even more. I wish he had family practice I will definitely refer a whole lot of people to him and I too will go to him for care. He possesses the perfect qualities like empathy, beautiful listening heart, gentle soul even in his speech. I could go on and on the total package fit for the perfect doctor. Staff and Doctors are very professional and attentive. I have over time spoken with all Doctors on staff and never had any issues with any of them. The office is always very clean and tidy. Dr. Langer himself is a working member not just the name on the door. It's nice to deal with Doctors that have retained the old school approach to bed side manor I have never felt rushed when speaking with any of the doctors here. I would definitely recommend the medical center not just for walk in but also as a signed up permanent patient there.

The BEST walk in clinic experience I have ever had. Dr. Langer is funny, caring and knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and provides highest level of care. His staff are lovely and welcoming. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a walk in clinic and I will visit his clinic again.

Dr. Ibrahim is terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… We always feel at ease – and confident in receiving expert medical care. Staff is great, too. Hi HIGHLY recommend. I love Dr Langer! He’s been my doctor for over 30 years and I hope he never retires lol! I did have to wait almost an hour but that’s ok because I’m sure I’ve been that patient that had issues that took too much time. He always takes me seriously and adds his own personal humour to ease the stress.
