DR.SHARMA is the worst doctor I’ve ever been to in my life. He is condescending and doesn’t care about or listen to what you have to say as a patient. Any other walk in clinic I go to I’ve never had a problem getting multiple things done or having the doctor work with me to get what I need. I recently went away on vacation for the first time and my skin reacted badly to the sun. I asked for a cream to help because the rash is all over my entire body, he gave me the smallest bottle they had and told me to go see my family doctor for a heat rash! I told him I can do that but not right away can I get something bigger just to help with the discomfort til I can get an appointment he refused to help me. He also gave me the wrong dose and type of ointment on my last visit for my eczema despite me showing him the bottle and never rectified it. It is extremely disheartening to find that there are the type r of doctors around who only care about the cheque they get for your visit rather then your actual health.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Worst walk-in clinic I've ever been to. The Indian receptionist is incredibly rude. Dr. Sharma will argue with you whenever you ask a question. I really wonder who gave him his license and would call an ethics hearing on him if I could. I waited for 2 hours to meet him only for him to tell me to see another doctor 2 minutes after. However the Filipino receptionist is very nice.

Walked in to this clinic for the first time for a minor issue and had the displeasure of seeing Dr. Romesh Sharma. He saw the patient before me in the next examination room and kept the door open so I could hear everything. The patient argued with him and he walked out of the room with the patient still talking. Gave me a similar treatment and wrote me a prescription and was walking out the door while I was asking him questions about the drug. Rude and unprofessional, the old doctor is past it. Try a different clinic and don’t waste your time here.

Receptionist (indian lady) over there is rude and very abusive. She is like dont come here and visit other walk-in clinics as there are tons. She needs to see a phychiatrist as soon as possible, as it seems she is mentally disturbed and doesn’t care about patients at all. She is just there for her paycheck thats it.

Threatened to ask me to leave When all I said was good Morning 4 Times trying to see if she heard me Dr was dismissive and non communicative never said what was actually wrong. Very rude staff . they dont behave good and always use aggressive language. Mireover dont have humanity. I never suggested anyone to go here.They charge more than other clinics.Front desk lady is so rude dont have sense to talk with people

RUDEST PEOPLE I EVER MET The doctor doesn’t know how to do their job I was explaining to them what symptoms were and the doctor was clueless and didn’t know how to do their job and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me and also didn’t know how to do their job. I definitely do not recommend going to this walk-in clinic and if I could give them zero stars I would.

Had to wait 2 hours just to see the doctor they let people who came after us go in first, There is one doctor for all of these people they need to get another doctor or i won't be coming back, The walls are paper thin, They make you move to 2 rooms, The people at the front don't know what they are doing

Came in for 9:30 when they open and was told that the doctor doesn’t come in until 11:00/11:30. So I thought I’d wait and ask the receptionist but then I was told she doesn’t come in until 10/10:30. You need to change your hours of operation online!! I took the morning off from work and was very disappointed!

I went there saturday afternoon around 3, Indian lady at reception was very rude, she have no sense to speak with people, she's such a dumb illeterate women sitting over there who needs to go to school to learn how to talk politely. Worst experience ever in canada.

I went in asked a general question and was ignored. I assumed the receptionist didn’t understand, so when I seen the doctor I asked him if he would be able to see me he said yes and went behind the counter, whispered something to the receptionist and walked off. After walking off the receptionist says to me “don’t talk to doctor I talk to him” I was blown away by this response. Anyways, I have had a great encounters with other doctors and receptionist there. It just so happened that I get these people on the Friday. Doctor told me that in order to get better I must lay on the floor and take prescribed medication. Pause. Lay on the floor and do his recommended stretches?????? I asked him for a referral for chiropractor or physiotherapy he said no because he’s not the family doctor there. Fine. I was asking questions about the floor activities and he told me he doesn’t like patients like me. So please if you need to visit a doctor on a Friday go elsewhere. Never mind the 3 hour wait because the doctor and receptionist work together and see people according to them. They’re very mean. Dr Sharma and the Indian older receptionist are terrible people!!! Ohhhh and this place has been through hell and back. They have three waiting rooms and one room is like a stock closet, becoming very disorganized and very messy. They need new management or something I don’t know

I have been to this clinic twice and had a phone consultation, all three times had a terrible experience. During my walk in appointments- The doctor just entered the room and asked me what was the issue- while I am still explaining it, she starts walking away and tells me this is nothing. How would you know what the issue with patient is if you don’t let them finish when it had only been a couple of minutes. I had a phone consultation schedule but never received a call to reschedule and when I would call the clinic they would say the doctor would call you in an hour and didn’t call the entire day after two follow-ups! Worst clinic ever.

I went here earlier this month and I'm really curious as to who gave the doctor his license. He wasn't doing walk-ins at the time just phone calls which was ok by me. However, on our call i explained my symptoms and he told me he doesnt know what's wrong. I went over the symptoms once more and he told me to get specific medication which I did. I'd also like to mention that the appointment felt VERY rushed. Anyway, long story short he prescribed the wrong medication which wasn't helping at all and pretty much made things worse. Why are you a doctor if you don't care about people?

I generally don’t post reviews. But my today’s experience has compelled me to write this review. If I could give half a star to this clinic. The receptionist is so rude. dr minhas rushed through the blood report and gave prescription and when I followed up on it she talked to me so rudely. The folks at this clinic should take some lesson on how to talk to people.

horrible expericence. made me wait for 2 hours for a tb skin test and didn't have any and made me late for work and wasted my time.

For a small place nice office they really have to throw the worst type of doctors in this place . So I called on April 29 and the filipino Secretary and a rude slow older doctor was working telling me “I don’t know my body I was like what I never had no one tell me and tell me something is wrong with me very unprofessional and again he was working at 11:00 am on April 29 I don’t know the doctor name ! I’m so mad I like this place very convenience to home ONLY when the Indian secretary and doctor DR., Ali IS THERE!

One visit here and they were very helpful, thank you. The people at the desk were good, also when I phoned them I had no problem. I left something there by mistake and they called me, which was good of them.

Extremely unprofessional receptionist. Incorrectly spelt name on my file, when asked to change it it was supposedly fixed to my correct name, now I have learned my results cannot be accessed because the name was wrongly inputted. Very unprofessional. Go to any other clinic.

The receptionist lady is so cunning. She doesn’t have any sense of how to talk with the patient. This was my second time visiting there and her rude behaviour pushed me to write the review here. It’s request to the management to change this receptionist. Patients are already tired off the disease from which they are suffering at least show some respect. Kindly change your receptionist.

I had a bad experience with this walk in clinic. Different doctor each day. I had some pain and went to this place on Saturday, the experience was good with the doctor. He asked me to get an ultrasound. Then I called to see if they got the results and they never answered the phone, I went there and the receptionist was not kind and professional. They said they were going to call me and they never did. Finally I went again today (Wednesday) and first, the receptionist was rude and when I saw the doctor, he was like “your ultrasound shows nothing, go see your family doctor”… I told him I stopped taking the 6 Tylenol pills and the pain came back. Then he said: “so keep taking the pills” 😂 Anyway, don’t go to this walk in clinic if it happens you get sick on Wednesdays.

If leave 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend came here cause he got a concussion at work- everyone here was so rude, rushing him out within 20 minutes of him going in. All they did was act like he was a bother and send him out with Aleve. The rude treatment made his head hurt more and is making him dismiss his own condition more. Good job on doing nothing. Thanks for just making it worse. Don’t come here.
