Dr. Kamela is our family doctor and is a generally fine doctor, good with kids. Her staff though is a different story. Rude, forgetful and with no concept of service. They deal with patients as if they're doing us a personal favour, and not their job. If you're early they'll make you go back to the car and wait, sometimes for 2 hours!! If you're a minute late they'll send later appointments in before you, pointedly, just to spite you, and because they can. No matter if you have a baby or are a senior. The doctor is busy, but the reception makes it impossible to get an appointment, says they'll call back but never does. Apparently most clinics currently are like this, but this one could use better staff.

Dr. Kameela Kattar is nice and very understanding. I would recommend her 100% BUT the STAFF NO! Two female workers at the front desk are unbelievably RUDE, unprofessional! They do not understand basic english at the very least and have the audacity to yell at the person because THEY do not understand what's being said to THEM! The only issue is the helping STAFF at this location. the DOCTOR herself is very very good! Even the Pharmacy Guy is nice and speaks to people in a good manner. But the 2 female front desk workers are beyond rude.

The doctor is great, she really understands how you feel. But I had to give one star because of the reception. They clearly don’t have customer service skills. I went last Saturday (July 30) after calling them prior to discuss a blood test I acquire. They said Saturday is walk-ins. When I arrived, I voiced to the receptionist how I’m coming from far and I’ve always completed my blood test there. She first wouldn’t listen to me when I told her the specialist requested it from me through the doctor. After repeating myself she looked at the paper, made a lie that they don’t do that test here. It’s disgusting how inhuman she was regarding that I drove an hour to get there and fasted for 12 hours. She just handed my paper and didn’t even say nothing. I had to ask so where do I get it completed then? She pointed at a board. There were no patients there, and she couldn’t just take the time to explain anything to me. Honestly, the doctor really needs to hire better individuals, everyone always has a problem with reception.

The worst clinic I have ever been to. The receptionists have zero customer service skills. They booked my appointment & I was there before the time. I waited for 1 hour & when I asked them how long I had to wait..they answered “You have to wait 1 more hour because you rescheduled your appointment twice so we considered you as a walk-in.” so what's the point of booking an appointment.? They never told me this before rescheduling my appointment. Is this a punishment for cancelling your appointment or what?? Very rude attitude by the receptionists. They should have made it clear over the phone. But when I told her she said someone must have told you this. If they had then I should have been there as a walk-in. It's ridiculous. Worst customer service. I strongly believe that management should think about changing the front desk employees. They are losing patients just because of ill-mannered receptionists.

DOCTOR DONT CARE ABOUT YOU! Don't waste your time!!!!! They over book appointments!!! 0 communicate among staff. I had insurance paper to be filled out. The doctor only does it after hours ( DOES THAT MAKE SENSE). They book me for 6 pm. At 7 pm I'm still waiting. The doctor as the audacity to compare her office to ER 🤣🤣🤣 as her patients are in pain ?! The day prior I called as my toddler is weezing and they told me they are fully booked at 10 am and will call if the have a cancelation and never called back. She sees so much ppl, she takes her computer information as right ✅️ accused me of lying about missing appointment when she herself can't even recall who she sees. NOW IM SCREWED AND NEED TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR THAT WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE MY INSURANCE FORM I HAD TO RETURN YESTERDAY. OH THE BEST PART IT, SHE WANTED TO FILL OUT THE FORMS TO GET PAID AND REMOVE ME AS HER PATIENT

I've been a patient of Dr. Kamela since September 2021. She is such a caring Dr. She helped diagnose me with Ovarian Cancer. Without her I don't know where I'd be. Also a big shout out to the ladies who run the front office. Your smiles, kindness and compassion goes a long way. Big thank you! Colleen Collie

Worst people working in front desk. Very unprofessional. When we booked appointment they missed with number as I arrived in for 4:15pm but they said it’s 4:50pm but even after that I had to wait until 5:50pm. I don’t know why my doctor referred me to this clinic. They are horrible.

It was an awful experience visiting here. We had to ask literally multiple questions to the front desk receptionist and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never recommend anyone to visit this place. People visit the walk in clinics in times of emergency and she did not even had the courtesy to turn around. Very awful place.

The front desk lady is horrible. She doesn't know how to speak. Extremely rude and we have to wait for atleast 2 to 3 hours even after taking an appointment. They dont even nother to call amd say that they are running nehin there schedules. Not sure why they are accepting so many patients when they can't provide the ontime service. Even to postpone the appointment helpdesk is extremely rude.

Dr.Kamela is the best doctor I've ever had. I'm very lucky to have her. She takes every worry seriously and won't give up on you until she gets to the root of any issues. She was amazing with both my pregnancies and both my kids. I definitely recommend her. She's like a part of my family now.

Mismanagement. They book appointments at the same time for 10 patients while there is only one doctor. Even though you booked appointment, they will take you in after 1.30 to 2 hours from your appointment time. No satisfactory answer from reception as well. Question is that if you booked appointment perfectly and taking patients according how can be waiting time is 2 to 3 hour from your appointment time? And when you asked your report you will get answer doctor will consult with you and than will give you copy. And thing is doctor is so busy to discuss and even after giving appointments after month or 2 months still not checking on time.

Save your time and go elsewhere. There is a lack of communication here, the doctor will tell you one thing and receptionist another. I’ve had many problems but this situation drew the line. I went for an appointment a week before and needed a form from my insurance to be filled out by the doctor for a prescription. In no way did the doctor communicate that I needed an appointment to get it filled or there was a charge. I was told by the doctor to come in when I’ve received the form and to get it filled out with the her, I even repeated this back to the doctor to make sure, and the pharmacist there witnessed this. Fast forward today, I go in to get it signed and was told by the receptionist to book an appointment and there was a charge for signatures. Their reasoning was I had to do a consult which was done the week before. They even went to ask the doctor and the doctor said the same to the receptionist. If this was communicated the day I did my consult it would have been easier and I would have had a sooner appointment. Now I’m in a position where I’m probably going to go and find a different doctor office with a better environment and better communication as I can’t keep playing this back and forth game.

Dr. Kamela is the best family physician I have had the fortune to have. She is not only meticulous, knowledgeable, and effective, she is truly caring and provides considered and personalized attention. She is a gem, and I hope I will have her as my family physician always. The clinic staff are efficient and courteous and follow up with patients in a very responsible way.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. It is a walk in clinic but the 3 times I’ve gone right at opening hour they tell me they can’t take me because they’re fully booked in. They apparently open at 10am I waited outside for 30min just to be told they couldn’t take me. Pathetic plac. Receptionists have the worst attitude and won’t even give you an explanation

Very bad approach in dealing with patient. Family Doctors appointment is been given with minimum 2-3 weeks delays. Clinic is so busy that even after post blood work discussion will take 2-3 weeks for doctor to call you back, even you are going through suffering. No care or responsibility for call back on urgency reported. My worst Family doctor experience in Canada. Its better to go any walk in clinic and check with any doctor, it will be faster and less exhausting.

I've been following this doctor from the old location till date. Dr Kamela is great and listens to the patient very carefully and doesn't rush you. I read reviews of other reviewers about the receptionist or front desk lady and it's false. The staff is very professional and ofcourse they have to say no sometimes as the clinic is full of patients. She is doing her job, the right way. If you sit there in the clinic for half an hour, you will know how difficult it is handle few patients . 5 start reviews for the doc and staff.

Dr. Kameela is amazing. She is our family doctor since I landed in Canada. She always prioritize kids and gives appointments for them as early as possible if needed. I would even think twice to move to another place in fear of finding such a good family doctor. Thank you once again and I am glad to choose her as my family doctor.

Service is terrible. Horrifying helpdesk, don't even bother to answer. Waiting times are more than 2 and half hour. Even after clinic closes there were 7 - 10 people waiting. Don't know how the ontario govt is allowing them to take so many patients in a day. This experience is not just once, everything we go there

I dont have more stars to give, else would have rated more than 5 stars. One of the finest , polite and a very professional doctors you would find in brampton. Office staff esp Sahar and others also very kind. Booking and modifying an appointment was always easy, quick and very helpful. Thanks to Both doctor and the office team. Doctor quickly identifies the problems and treats it correctly. also refers to the correct specialists timely. She patiently listens to all the problems and give the correct solutions and treatments. She is very knowledgeable, quick to respond and pays personal attention to every patient. I am extremely satisfied and happy that i found a very good doctor for our family in brampton. During this pandemic she was extremely accommodative and made herself available on phone consultation, was very very commendable and very helpful.

She listens attentively to help understand and resolve your health concerns. Couldn't be luckier to have such an amazing family doctor. Plus she works most days of the week which makes it easy to find a time to see her.

Dr. Kathar is an outstanding person who is very positive and caring. I don’t have words to express my gratitude, we are so fortunate to have Dr. Kathar as our family’s Doctor. She carefully listens to your concerns and takes time to explain everything to you. She will do everything to get to the bottom of the cause of your problem. Office staff is also very polite, they are certainly busy like all other physicians’ offices but they are doing their best!!!!

What’s the purpose of giving an appointment when the doctor is looking the patient almost after a wait of 1-2 hour The support staff/ Receptionist won’t pick up your call if you have an emergency There are no phone appointments, no walk in If you have to get your blood work done, the reports are shared after 3-4 weeks The health care system is poor Better to stay healthy and alive rather then getting sick because they don’t care about you.
