Hopeless clinic. No one attends the call for appointment and the medical receptionist does not answer you and pick up fight with you. Have been calling them for 1 week and leaving voice messages and then after 1 week when someone picks up the call, instead of listening to patient, starts fighting. Does not recommend new patients to go there. instead of helping patient they give unnecessary stress.

The doctor does not care. He rushes you. He speaks to you with one foot in the room and one foot in the hallway. He wants you to finish explaining your problem in 5 seconds. He jumps to conclusions & improperly prescribed me medication. As a sidenote: The pharmacist is a sweet lady, she is caring.

The receptionist was so rude, she didn’t have any idea of medical problem and refused to book my appointment saying that she doesn’t know if the doctor will be able to do checkups. She new nothing. No professionalism. My friend went in as walk few days ago as a new patient, but she said we are not taking any patients now. Wow 👎🏻

The 3 doctors are all very nice and understanding. The front staff could use some more training. They never answer the phone. I once had to go to the clinic because my phone was being ignored for the whole day. Trying to see a specialist is almost impossible. I wanted to see a pediatrician for my baby. I asked for a referrel in January now it is October still there's been no call. Dr Myat please hire better trained receptionists.

The receptionist was lovely today (November 6) and understood the severity of my 7 month old daughter’s illness - she was very accommodating and empathetic. Additionally, the doctor today did a thorough assessment of my daughter and gave her the necessary medications needed for the infection in her chest and ear. Thank you guys!

Horrible!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. There’s no customer service at all. The doctor was 30 mins late. No apology! The front desk didn’t apologize! Instead called me out for canceling previous appointment on the spot or after the appointment time. I did mention to her that people do progress and change in life unlike clearly this clinic that has no respect for anyone’s time!! Please don’t come if you don’t NEED to!!

I would love to give no star but dint have the option here . So unprofessional. Booked appointment for 5.30PM friday , received call at 4.30PM doctor not available so reschedule to next day Saturday (today) at 10AM....surprise surprise surprise they dont have my appointment and just said sorry..... How they even get license to operate. FYI - cornerstone walk in clinic is the best... worth waiting for 30minutes for your turn....at least they are very professional.

It's okay, but Dr. Myat's fees for medical reports are ridiculously high!! Sick notes are like $20.00, and they would not send a fax for you, even if you had to pay. A simple short-term disability form filled will cost you $165.00, enough to send you to the emergency room! 🤒 The only nice place is the pharmacy in there. Evelyn and staff are very professional, courteous and helpful.

No walk-ins allowed. You can only contact the doctor by phone appt. But no one picks up the phone nor do they have facility to leave a voicemail. Dr Ratnayeke is good but never get to see her since never get appts as no one ever picks up the calls.

The doctors are okay and the 3 stars are for the doctor , but the secretary zero, she is unprofessional and very rude, too many bad things she did but I don’t have her time than to advice she should attend admin training and learn peoples management, phone call management and much more.

No one answer call. It looks shortage of staff at front desk. Staff and doctors are nice and helping.

I can't even begin to express my frustration with this place. Any serious issue you take to Myatt, rest assured he is forwarding you on to the hospital. He has a receptionist who is illmannered out of this world. Not all of them, just the one that works Saturday October 28, 2023. My 3 years daughter had an accident where she placed a bead in her nose, I panicked and called the office for an emergency visit. The girl keep asking me for all kind of things. I started getting loud, she said to me, you have time to get loud but cant find the things I am asking for. That time my daughter crying uncontrollable, my nerves shot to the roof. I hang up and called her back hoping she could diffuse the situation, no such luck. She actually told me the doctor won't be able to see me until the next day. This is just a snippet of what transpired. I admit I have to learn that these things will happen with kids and try to control my emotions but a receptionist should also be able to help calm down a patient, not add to the frustration. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this girl either.

I always take my dtr there. It is extremely convenient that I am able to book appt in advane and waiting time is reasonable.

Our family received exceptional care from Bali. We had an urgent matter with our son and she helped us right away connect with our Dr. Her kindness and efforts are very appreciated. She is very personable and friendly. Visit this clinic and you are in good care.

Bali the receptionist is very thoughtful! I didn’t have an appointment and she listened attentively and make the decision the ensure I got seen by the physician. She is very knowledgeable and seeks clarity when needed.

Hey i m patient here i really appreciate hard work of receptionist (Bali) she is very gentle and even in emergencies she always tried to help me out in best way never got a late appointment also if i want any additional info about my reports or medicine she never refuse or behave rude while helping me with any medication enquires

I recommend Dr khin myat to everybody. He is very professional and understanding doctor. He listens to you without anyrush. Thanks doctor for your best services.

Now I am getting personally targeted for no reason.So I have to speak up about this. My dear ( Harminder Bains) kindly I inform you I am ( Bali) not *IN CHARGE * at the front now. So please stop using my name between your fights and issues. And please next time don’t lie on my name as you told my colleague I told you, you don’t need to pay anything for doctor letter. Even I was not aware about the letter. I hope you remember that when ever you came in between of your work I am the one who always help you and you did appreciate for my hard work.

Staff over there at front desk is the best..they understand the patient..I have done walkin at short request always they are the best one to accommodate me gently and the lady doing lab blood work is so kind and nice..Thankew so much for your best patient care services..big thanks to Melisa and Bali.

Receptionists are really rude and pick fights and arguments. ,they are very unprofessional and need training to provide excellent customer service. As the patients already facing hard time coz of illness and on top of it the Receptionists treat them with their worse behavior and I have witnessed with my own eyes especially "Bali" she never answered the phone calls and hung up phone in front of me so the phone doesn't ring .Very rude especially her. I have no personal grudges but really disappointed as their service is really terrible . I am giving one star coz of their not giving the appointment at the time of need.

Me and my family been for blood tests. A girl who works in lab she makes everything so easy. My daughter (5 years) didn't feel any pain she kept her busy while she was doing her blood test. She was polite and no waiting. Overall very positive experience.

Oct-2023: 1. You must need an appointment, No walk-in. If you are visiting for first time, you need to book online. If you have already visited, you can just call and book an appointment. 2. Receptionist is kind and understands the ppl situation. 3. You may need to wait for an extra hour even if you have an appointment, that's fine. Lets not rush unless its critical!

Extremely unprofessional and lack time management skills, they book appointments yet when I come for my appointment it still too me more then an hour to speak to the doctor, honestly I would recommend just getting a different family clinic…
