Friendly crew, Quick service and the same old great tasting coffee!! Easy to get into Indigo

Never really has strawberry purée stocked. Relatively quick to get orders out considering they’re a smaller team but they’re out of a lot of ingredients that I’m a fan of most of the time such as strawberry purée, brown sugar, cold foams, etc. I wish their distribution HQ would send them more stock more often lol.

I have been coming to this location for many years now, and out of all the franchises in Brampton - I have had the best experiences at this one! ALL the baristas are friendly, hospitable, and hardworking. My drinks are always made to perfection no matter how busy it is in there!

Jasmine and Steven are Starbucks' best baristas!! They made my tiring study session 10x better with their abundance of positive energy and constant smiles. They're the kindest and their customer service skills are iconic. Thanks for being so great!

Never had any bad experience in this branch. Been going here several times in years. It's the branch to go for both book and cafe enthusiasts to chill. Staff is always friendly and service is fast despite being busy.

Have been to this location multiple times, never disappoints. However it can get busy ...however I think it's indicative of the nice atmosphere at indigo.

Love this location! Employees are always quick and kind. The drinks and food always taste on point. They have smaller tables for individual work and sitting, but they also have one big one towards the back where you can do group work!

I gave 2 ⭐️ bc they didn't have a blond ready they needed to brew it, and there was no hazelnut for my coffee, so I left and went to Second cup which had exactly what I was looking for.

The absolute worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff have no idea what's going on, there's 4 lines at all times with people cutting in front of each other because of the poor layout and absolutely no sense of urgency to get things moving at a reasonable speed The location at Queen and Beach is so much better

Staff is great, manager has some type of vendetta against me. They can all agree I'm a good customer who has done nothing wrong except for her. Not going to explain the situation, I've just been mishandled as a customer by the manager. Long story short, I'm not allowed there any more because of her own personal feelings and misunderstandings 🤷‍♂️ I could take it to head office and file a huge complaint that wouldn't look good on her, but its not in my interests, I've moved on from this location and to be quite frank, Starbucks all together thanks to this poor experience.

First of all, you can't go wrong with books and coffee. But a barista who goes above and beyond is like the whipped cream on an iced latte. Big shoutout to the barista who helped me decide whether the new Oleato drinks is worth the price...btw, it actually grew on me!

Friendly staff but often long wait times to get your order since it's a busy location.

I am not a "frequent flyer" to Starbucks, but my visit this time was a new low in making me want to return. After shopping at Chapters for a birthday gift, I decided to treat my sons and bring home their favourites. There were several people ahead of me, but I've seen in past visits that it usually moves quickly. Not this time. I ordered one frappe drink and two lemonades. Three drinks costing $20, but hey, it's a treat. Ultimately took 20 minutes to fill the order; in that same amount of time, I could have left, gone through a drive through twice and come back, and if it wasn't for the fact I had invested so much in the drinks I would have just left. From the look as of the others waiting, I am fairly certain that they felt the same way. I am currently using a cane when walking out in public, so standing still for much more than a few minutes leaves me uncomfortable, and this was way beyond my limit. Starbucks, you can do so much better!

I was served by 2 employees Evan and Tyler they were so kind they helped me they were patient there the reason i will sure be coming back

First time here. Around 3:30pm July 29, 2022. Friendly, patient and efficient staff. Be kind and understanding if something you want is unavailable. It's not the barista's fault that supplies or products aren't available. Everywhere in the world is suffering from supply chain issues. Accept it and move on peacefully. 🙂

I'm working nearby so this is my everyday stop. The staff is welcoming here, especially a girl name jaskirat (hopefully spelling it right). Always helpful and friendly even in busy times.

Ordered PSL cold brew , spiced coffee cake and cappuccino.. everything was made to perfection.. went this week which meant vaccination passport required for indoor sitting.. I got a table outside so no problem.. Enjoyed the coffee with evening sun and nice breeze..

I asked for less ice and this is what i got. When i asked them to change they added milk in the drink.

This Starbucks is located inside Indigo. Great ambiance. If you are looking for a peaceful place to sit. This is your place. Would definitely visit again.

Had plenty of sitting space. I saw a lot of people working out of this location as well. It has a clean washroom as well big enough to fit a stroller with you. Service was great as any other Starbucks. Staff was friendly.

The staff at this location are incredibly courteous, personable, and talented as far as their barista skills go. As a former employee (different location), this is one of the only locations that consistently gets my order correct. I recommend this location. Update: this location continues to deliver consistently. Still a top choice for me.

Friendly staff and clean store. Good location because it is inside Chapters so you can read and enjoy coffee or frappucinos which i absolutly love. The caramel frappucino is my favorite.
