Now
there
is
something
to
be
said
here
about
customer
service
as
a
whole
at
this
location.
As
someone
who
shops
here
regularly
ive
seen
what
I'm
guessing
is
the
whole
staff
ive
purchased
a
great
deal
from
this
location
and
I'm
fairly
certain
the
staff
remembers
me
if
only
for
the
fact
in
the
last
year
ive
managed
to
spend
a
couple
hundred
dollars
here
every
other
week
all
at
once
as
i
live
outside
of
town
ive
been
going
to
this
location
for
a
while
and
today
i
seen
a
new
face
friendly
of
course
as
all
the
employees
seem
to
be
now
i
forgot
my
wallet
with
my
card
and
coincidentally
my
ID
this
had
happened
one
other
time
and
it
was
of
no
issue
as
the
sales
associate
had
dealt
with
me
many
a
time
before
this
one
however
not
so
much
as
it
was
the
first
time
seeing
said
individual
the
representative
explained
that
there
had
been
some
sort
of
identity
shenanigans
that
had
happened
recently
all
of
this
confusing
me
as
i
had
my
phone
open
to
my
Flamingo
account
and
as
to
what
it
had
to
do
with
why
i
could
not
use
the
points
i
had
acquired
over
many
expensive
visits
just
when
i
felt
like
it
was
at
a
loss
and
would
have
to
come
back
another
time
a
familiar
face
one
that
had
suggested
one
of
my
recent
purchases
from
the
store
wich
i
soon
repeated
buy
buying
another
of
the
RYOT
510
batteries
just
a
few
days
ago
to
wich
she
even
acknowledged
as
i
had
one
of
the
two
with
me
now
all
this
aside
they
were
nice
and
all
in
all
professional
but
come
on
how
do
you
expect
to
retain
customers
when
ones
you
deal
with
regularly
are
shown
this
sort
of
discourse
it
really
sucks
i
got
over
1000
points
that's
another
$50
in
store
credit
its
unfortunate
that
after
today
i
might
be
shopping
elsewhere
truly
unfortunate
i
had
no
issues
with
this
store
until
today
hopefully
they
will
treat
there
regulars
better
after
reading
this
heres
hoping
sincerely
former
regular
customer
