It's always a good time at Bogarts! If you haven't seen Sugar Buzz make sure you do ! Bogarts always has great bands and a fun dance floor. It is definitely a drama free good time with a mix of ages 21+. I have also enjoyed bowling, trivia and dinner at this local spot 😁

Lots of family fun! Good food, nice lanes, dwindling front staff, the bar area seemed stressed and overwhelmed. Definately would recommend and we'll be back

Bogarts has done a great job of offering amazing entertainment throughout the years. Good For Gary was fantastic this past weekend. We also recently enjoyed bowling as a family for a reasonable price. You can find something fun to do there almost every day of the week. (Karaoke, trivia, music, bowling, and more)

We had a fantastic time at Bogarts and absolutely loved the music of Stone Daisy! The food was good and the service was excellent. Our server was amazing!

EPTAM Micro Machining held our holiday party at Bogarts Entertainment Center this past Saturday afternoon. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was great, and the atmosphere was fun and energetic! We will definitely host future events at this establishment!

We went to the Neil Diamond tribute show last night (sat. Feb 4) at Bogart’s, we had a great time. The event was run very well and the crowd was good. It was our first time seeing a show there, our other visits were for bowling, the ticketing and seat reservation was organized well and everything was easy. The staff was attentive and I never waited more than a couple minutes for a drink. After having such a good time there, I hate to nit pick (really not a big deal) but the drinks were kind of weak….but that wouldn’t make me hesitate at all to come back.

My family bowled here and honestly it's about what you would expect from any bowling alley. Basic but has everything you would need. They have other forms of entertainment at this location as well but my rating has nothing to do with those as we didn't use any of them... That being said what would set this location apart from others to us is the customer service was excellent. Super friendly, charismatic, and helpful individuals. For that reason alone it is worth repeat buissness.

Friendly staff, well kept lanes and great options for bowling balls and fine shoes. We are so grateful they work with River Valley Project Explore to provide an outlet for our special needs adults to have devoted time to bowl each week.

Rae was amazing. She gave great service! I highly recommend the Pineapple Upside-down shot (21+). The lane’s were clean and very well organized leaving enough room between groups! Definitely make your way down here!

We hosted my sisters 60th birthday party at the back alley tavern, the small bar for the bowling alley. Everything was great. At one point we waited a bit of time for food but the bowling alley was full with a league so they were just swamped. They were short staffed that night as there was a big sold out concert in Bogarts so all staff was sent there. Our bartender/waitress was phenomenal. We had about 22 people in our party and we were very well attended to. Every time I went to the bar for either more drinks or food, she addressed me by name and was professional. With all the stress she was under, you'd never have known. No sighs or eye-rolling at the sight of any of us coming to the bar between her frequent visits to our group, ever positive and pleasant! I wish I could remember her name! Especially since she remembered mine!! We dealt with Karl (had to ask my husband what his name was!) to reserve the space and he was very kind and professional as well. They even put her photo up in the whole place wishing her a happy birthday. If you're looking for a spot for a party and don't want to host, I'd recommend this place for a casual night out with friends. It was also affordable in my opinion too!! We expected to pay more than we did. Another bonus!

My husband and I went to see Dueling Pianos last night. We had a BLAST!! The show was great. They could sing and play the pianos, but there was also audience interaction, laughter, and loads of fun! The service was great too. And those poor servers were hopping! They never stopped! There were many, MANY groups and they worked the room with skill. Heather was our server. She never ever stopped! But she had us all taken care of and checked on us frequently. She was on point all night! We were early so we started in the Back Alley bar for a drink before showtime. Kim was bartending with skill too. The bar was full and she had it all handled and wasn’t breaking a sweat. There was a sudden surge just as the showroom opened and things got backed up for a few minutes, but there was a young man who jumped in to help her keep things moving. Over all it was a very wonderful evening with great entertainment, service and friends! If you haven’t been before - I HIGHLY recommend Bogarts! We are looking forward to more great shows in the coming weeks, months and years!!!

Went here for the first time last Friday to see 10,000 Days. The size, acoustics, sound and lighting are great. Decent variety of beverages at both bars....main bar area and back of entertainment area. They're not far apart from each other, but this makes it much easier to navigate and get a beverage quick. Bathrooms were in the immediate vicinity, didn't have to walk down a hallway to get to them, and you could clearly still hear the band. Waitresses were very attentive, prompt, friendly and ambitious. All in all, it was a very positive experience. Great venue.

We recently took advantage of Bogart's for a 40th Surprise party. The communication with Chris was quick and easy, which was helpful for the stress of planning a surprise. Bogarts was very accommodating to make sure this party felt personal for my husband. We were allowed to pay for what I called a "VIP" space in which we decorated, brought cupcakes and set it up to be our own personal space for friends and family- ONLY. They allowed me to get in early to decorate and even use a private door to bring the birthday boy through. the party was a total success. Also... our waitress, Beth, was a rock star!!

Great lanes, very friendly staff. Bartender was very rude- purposely poured the wrong drink, declined to fix it, and then told me she hoped I had a sour evening after I asked for a refund (the drink I was trying to order was a whiskey sour, so it was kind of funny, but still rude 😂). Overheard her tell another woman who was attempting to order another flavor of a drink “why, was the first one not good enough?” Just a weird vibe from the bartender that persuaded us to go somewhere else. Otherwise everything else was great!

Had a recent visit that I was impressed with. The waitress/ bartender had to leave for an emergency but the manager was really hustling and in good spirits making sure he could cover the bar and bowling alley at the same time. The food was very good, pizza and buffalo wings, which were probably the best I’ve ever had, Jorge did an amazing job! I have been there many times and haven’t had any negative comments but this time really impressed me!

It was our first time bowling here. We used the kids bowl free coupons. It was really easy and pain free. The man in charge of the shoes, payment and basically helping everything was amazing. He attended customers, switched shoes, gave kids change, kept a good sense of humor and didn’t seem bothered by the constant need to resolve issues. Was super impressed. The manager helped us a few times with this and that and also was always friendly and just seemed to be enjoying life and people. Check out the app or website if you have kids. You can book in advance and have fun! Definitely recommend it.

Have to come Wednesday or Sunday for karaoke if you like it. Slot of good singers a few great ones. Staff is usually on point. And they do get some unique and cool live entertainment bands as well. Decent food but great atmosphere.

We hosted a small birthday party for our eight year old son and were so very pleased with the entire experience. From the get-go, the Bogart's staff was attentive to what we needed. All of the little extras - money to spend in the arcade, balloons and a souvenir bowling pin, all of the extra care and attention to detail really made our experience amazing. My younger child is already asking to have her party there next year. Thank you thank you!

Went for a concert/dance. The music was really too loud for the venue, just needed a little bit of a turn down to make it comfortable. Very, very crowded, they put tables on what should be the dance floor, understandable that they were trying to get in as many as they could but it left dancing going on in the walkways and made it tough to get around through the crowd. Eventually the dance floor had a lot of broken glass which was not cleaned up when I alerted staff to the issue, they should probably use plastic glassware for these events. It was hard for people to get their bills as the staff really had to handle way too many patrons and there was some malfunction of the computer system early on. There were snafus about the tables that had to be reserved in advance and fairly snarly help when we tried to find our location. The food looked good but I didn't even try to order and eat there in this situation. I still give it four stars because it was fun, even though the dancing situation was over-crowded, broken glass on the floor, could hardly get a drink to save your life, the bills were late, and they waited too long for the drawing so that 3/4 of the people were already gone at the end. But it was an enthusiastic crowd atmosphere and I appreciate the venue giving as many people as possible the opportunity to see the band. I do think they need to be a little less optimistic about what kind of a crowd they can handle to make it a better experience.

We chose Bogarts for a 7th birthday party for one of my kids and it was genuinely the easiest and most wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly gracious at every turn and always ready to help or address questions. Beyond the fantastic service, the birthday party package was exactly what I needed in a chaotic season of life- it was all-inclusive from start to finish. From food to entertainment, from treats to party favors, it was all taken care of and made celebrating incredibly simple. Without a doubt, I would choose Bogarts again.

So I can't remember the bartender's name because the amount of greatness she added to our group only Amplified my drive to party which made me forget a few things. We had a family trip we do every year and one of our stops this year was a bowling get together which I will say I feel like I have bold better and a lot of situations I did break a hundred a few times which to me is a big deal. Anyway back to the Post, great service from the bar. You put effort into learning everybody's names and was having a good time with the group, we were there for a family trip and we really appreciate how amazing she was accommodating our large group. Definitely would recommend and I tip my hat to you lady who I cannot remember your name. If you were sitting right next to me you would have just saw me tip at my hat.

This review is strictly based on Bowling experience - Decent place for bowling, felt that floor was little slippery, liked the food. Service is good. Service guys/gals were nice and friendly. $3.99 for a game of bowling per person on Friday afternoon!!! Might visit again 👍🏻😎

We recently had a kids birthday party here and everything was great! The kids had a blast, the staff was excellent and accommodating. We also appreciate how there aren't giant TVs all over the place, so kids can just have a good time focusing on bowling and having fun. Highly recommend!

Chris was very helpful in answering my questions about reserving lanes for my son's birthday. They created an announcement for him that was displayed in the screens and my son loved it, along with his friends. It was a great time with awesome friends and delicious food. Thank you, Bogart's!

Bogarts is a great place to see a band! Service was top notch - we never waited for drinks and we always had a full pitcher of ice water on our table! We had mini corn dogs which were hot, crispy and delicious! There’s tons of parking and the lot was well lit and felt safe. There are a couple bars here and a bowling alley as well! Every area was appeared clean and well maintained. Check it out!

The bowling lanes had glitch and kept giving 1 chance only per person very often, without hitting strike! It was really hard to keep the correct score and enjoy the game! When I told manager what happened he made me repeat 4 times same story and just acted very rude and like jerk and didn’t fix the issue! The night was ruined!

We had a fun bowling experience, but the interaction with management at the end was unpleasant. When we walked in today, we went straight to the front desk. We had 2 families and brought 7 kids total to bowl using the Kids Bowl Free app. We checked in with the front desk, using our app. We paid for our rental shoes, we got 3 smaller balls from the desk, and we went to our lanes. Our kids bowled 2 games each, using our 2 lanes. When we finished, everyone returned their shoes and we returned the 3 smaller balls to the front desk. As we were walking out the door, a man, who appeared to a manager, stopped us and asked if we were done bowling. We told him yes and he said that we have to pay still. I told him we used the Kids Bowl Free app and we did pay for shoes. He said he was told that we didn't check it at the front desk. I told him we did check in at the front desk, using the app, and we paid for shoes while we were up there. I told him we had been up to the front desk several times so I don't know why anyone would say we hadn't gone there. He said then we should have gone back to the desk again to check out. ?! I've never had to check out before when bowling. Returning our shoes and balls seemed more than enough to "check out". It felt very much like this staff member wanted to prove himself right, when he could have simply apologized for the mistake. Wanting to leave this sour experience behind us, we said ok and left. We will not be back. While Bogart's is closer to our house, Drkula's is an overall more welcoming experience for kids and families.

We were at a very packed bingo fundraiser and Marie was our server. She had a very large area to manage and she was constantly running drink orders to the tables. I let her know we would like to order food when she had time. She said she would be back soon and she was back within minutes; she paused briefly to get the order and continued great service to the others! Throughout the evening she stopped by our table to check in often and was very sweet and attentive. The best part was when she generously contributed to the fundraiser, her random act of kindness made our night. We plan to pay it forward and keep it going. She is awesome and deserves recognition for being a great person and employee!

We went out to the free Fallin show with 3 couples and had the best time! The band was good and for the money it was a great value! Way better than a lot of other options. No lines and no city driving. Food was good, too. We will definitely recommend and come again.

I had the best experience that you could have from table reservation, through paying the bill at the end of the night. Chris was the most helpful person. Was transparent about ticket cost and table reservation cost. Felt like I was customer number 1. Our server the night of the event was great! Our drinks were always full. Took great care of us! Superior customer service all around! You’ve gained a loyal customer!

10,000 DAYS played at Bogart's in Apple Valley Feb 2, 2024. Awesome band and great venue! They have really improved the club with a great sound system and cool lighting system. Best value in entertainment in the Twin Cities Area!!! Customer service exceeded all expectations! Contact Chris to plan a great night out! I would also like to give a shout out to the band STONE AND ECHO!!! (TRIBUTE TO A PERFECT CIRCLE) What an awesome lead in to 10,000 DAYS! We were able to follow Maynard James Keenan vocal progression as he developed his style as a lead singer in Perfect Circle. Bogart's needs to bring these two bands back for a second round! Like a fine wine these two band will only improve with age. Can't wait to see them again!!!
