My mom and I went and we did the salt cave and soak for two. The soak was lovely! I had the harmony soak and my mom got the beer soak. The water temperature was great, the tub fit me just perfectly (I'm 5'5 - 165cm), there were various colours of rose petals, and it smells amazing! It's about a 25 minute soak. The salt cave was interesting. Halotherapy is great for detoxing and preventing infections. We did 45 minutes. The chairs are reclining patio chairs. I don't recommend it if you have dry skin or dry air ways (nose and/or throat). After 45 minutes, my nose was quite uncomfortable. I think the salt cave would be better to do in the summer as it's 18c in there and can get quite chilly. But they do give you blankets and all the complimentary coffee, tea, apple cider, and cold drinks you could want. They also have beer, wine, and I believe a few cocktails that you can purchase to drink at the spa. They also have a few snacks and knick knacks such as candles, honey, and lip balm you can purchase. Overall a nice spa experience!

Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently booked a massage therapy session with this establishment, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Not only did they fail to provide the full duration of the session I paid for, but they also charged me unnecessarily and wasted a significant amount of time during the billing process. When I arrived for my appointment, I had high hopes for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. However, those hopes were dashed when the therapist ended the session well before the agreed-upon time. To make matters worse, when I raised the concern, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. Furthermore, the billing process turned out to be a complete nightmare. Instead of efficiently handling the payment, I was kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. I have informed them about my insurt ahead of time and they didn't even put those in my files. It's astonishing how they managed to waste so much time on something that should have been straightforward. To sum it up, my experience with this massage therapy service was beyond disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, disregard for customer satisfaction, and apparent focus on charging customers unjustly is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before parting with their hard-earned money.

I purchased the "Pint Sized Package" at Grand Wellness and could not have had a better experience. I still can't believe that this incredible experience only costs $100. START THE CAR!!! My wonderful experience started with booking the appointment. The associate listened to my thoughts and suggested the perfect package for my budget and vision. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately at the front desk. The atmosphere is the perfect combination of grand and cozy at the same time, with high beamed ceilings, clean white walls and warm wood furniture. I took a chance and asked if there were any cancellations for massages. There was availability, but it did not fit well in my appointment time. The front desk attendant moved everything around, including asking the massage therapist to take an early break, and I was able to fit in a massage to my perfect day. The cool thing about this experience is that you have a personalized attendant for the day. Jordan was with me every step of the way and presented each part of the experience with professionalism and warmth. It was evident that she knew the details of each stage. The first stage was the infrared sauna. The heat was dry and warm and I enjoyed sipping on the hot and cool lemon water provided as part of the detox process. I read my book, but there was an option to connect my phone to the bluetooth speakers in the room. A robe and slippers (super fuzzy and comfy) were provided in the room for when my session was done. From there, I went on to the soak. I chosen the Milk, Honey and Mandarin soak and, although I'm not a "bath person", I may now be converted. The small, wood tub was the perfect size for stretching out in and I passed the time by destroying the mandarin orange slices that were floating innocently in the water. When the knock on the door came, signaling the end of my time, I almost ignored it, sipping on my green tea with honey. Donning my robe and fuzzy slippers again, I made my way to see Angela, the gracious massage therapist who literally re-arranged her day to see me. As with every other staff member, she was friendly, soothing and KNEW HER CRAFT. In the space of an hour, I literally felt the improvement she made to my guitar-strings of a back. She would start on an area, which would be tender, and then later I would notice her returning to that area and the pain was gone! Angela and I had some amazing conversation, but also many moments of comfortable silence, and I left with both a literal and figurative sense of tension lifted. From there, I dressed in my comfy leisure wear and went to the salt cave. I have to admit - this one seemed a little gimmicky to me, but I was quickly proven wrong. Jordan explained the benefits of the salt-infused air to me and gave me a fuzzy blanket as I leaned back in the anti-gravity chair, but I didn't hear too much, as I was already succumbing to the luxurious cool air, the sound of water gently trickling all around me and my newly-detensioned back resting happily in the space. As I rested, my brain came back online and I was very surprised to experience a clarity of thinking that I have not had for quite a while. I solved about three problems that I hadn't had time or space to think about up to that day and was inspired and motivated to write my thoughts down immediately after. The last part of my experience was the salt block foot detox. I realized I had left my phone in the soak room, but Jordan had already found it and placed it safely at the front desk. She asked if I would like it, but I declined, because I had to write all the thoughts and ideas down before my mind clouded up again with the tyranny of the urgent. I kept my blanket, Jordan gave me another lemon tea and my feet sat happily on the warm, smooth blocks. Whether or not they detoxed, only they will know. The next morning I work up, feeling energized and at peace. And I may even be a believer, because the skin on my face feels noticeably smoother and I've never seen my dry skin looking so hydrated. I will DEFINITELY be back.

I went for my first Reiki treatment and it was the most relaxing healing thing I have ever done. Sarah McCready is amazing, she is so kind and welcoming, I felt like I have known her my whole life and that made it easy to open up and get the most healing benefits from my treatment. I will be going back and in super excited about it.

Very disappointing experience. Which is unfortunate as I believe this spa has a lot of potential. While the atmosphere and the building itself are quite lovely, the services did not come close to meeting my expectations… particularly considering the cost. The chairs for pedicures are also very uncomfortable and I was there for well over an hour before being offered a tea or coffee. The polish began flaking off within 2 days and the waxing was so poorly done I had to return the next day to have it redone. Judging by the replies I’ve read here to other reviews, Grand Wellness would also be wise to seek advice regarding their customer service.

I have been suffering from chronic back and knee pain for years, and nothing seemed to help. I tried various machines, physical therapy, massage but the relief was only temporary. I was desperate for a solution that would allow me to live a normal life without constant pain. That's when I decided to give acupuncture a try. I was skeptical at first, but I was willing to try anything. I was pleasantly surprised by how gentle and relaxing the treatment was. The acupuncturist explained the theory behind acupuncture and how it works to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities. She inserted thin needles into specific points on my body, and I felt a mild sensation of warmth and tingling. After the first session, I already noticed a difference. My pain was reduced and my mobility was improved. I continued to see the acupuncturist once a week for several weeks, and each time I felt better and better. Now, after two months of acupuncture, I can say that my pain is better. I highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from chronic pain.

I visited Anna for accupucture. She was very helpful and treated me with all the issues i had. I even got a free salt cave, that was a bonus. Overall, i had a wonderful experience here.

Went in for acupuncture with Anna. It had been a while since I had been in and with my 1st appointment with her we went over my trouble spots and planned out a treatment. I had been having pain with my sciatic nerve and tightness in right shoulder and arm. Through the appointment felt relaxed and pretty sure i even had a nap lol. After the procedure I experienced almost instant relief of the sciatic tension and was able to walk normally out. Definitely would recommend to anyone thinking of a treatment for any reason. Looking forward to going back for regular treatment. Thank you again!!! Don't worry just booked in and experience the atmosphere and relaxation!!!! 👌👌👌👌👌

Hey, I just had to share my experience with acupuncture! The treatment itself was so relaxing, and I could feel the tension melting away. My sore back is not sore anymore and it was absolutely painless procedure If you're looking for a holistic way to address pain or stress, I highly recommend giving acupuncture a try.

Was a first time visit to this spa, and was very pleased. Went with a friend to try out the soak tubs, and salt cave. Both were an amazing experience. My only suggestion would be that since this was a first visit, a little more explanation about what is to be expected with each choice, would be greatly appreciated! We weren't 100% sure of process when moving from one room to the other, etc. There were a couple mis-communications which did not allow us the full relaxation experience, but overall would definitely recommend to others. Will return to give it another go!

Spent a lovely Tuesday night here and enjoyed a honey milk soak, mud scrub treatment and the salt cave. Perfection from start to finish and the staff there is so lovely. Will definitely be back.

I went there as birthday present to get my nails done. My sister had to cancel the appointment 3 times at the last minute as I have been ill but they never complained they just rescheduled. Due to my illness my nails were a mess and hard to work with but they did an excellent job and made feel much better about myself. I will definitely go back when I can enjoy more of their services.

Booked a session in the salt cave and sauna for my sister’s birthday. The front desk staff were pleasant and offered us refreshments while we waited. We commented that we had never done the sauna experience and had no idea what to expect or how to prepare (some details in the email would have been helpful). They mentioned we would get robes for the sauna. We did the salt cave first after which we were escorted to the sauna and told how to operate it. We did not receive robes before or after our session nor were we told that a shower was available to us (which would be nice after sweating so much in the sauna). This was an incomplete experience. I mentioned it to the front desk staff when I paid but they were more concerned with who helped us rather than apologizing. Better customer service when a customer addresses a concern and clarity on services and what to expect prior would go a long way to improving this otherwise pleasant spa.

I 100% regret buying a gift card for my husband from here. He has a job that is hard on him so I got him a gift card for a massage for his birthday. After 6mths he still hadn't gotten around to booking it so I did for him... Closet appt for his availability was 2 months later. Sure. He goes to the appointment and they have no clue what he's talking about and book him another 2 months down the road! Day of the appointment he had a work emergency and was not able to make it so I call. The lady I spoke to said he would have to pay half the amount for the missed appointment.... (Although nothing was offered to him for when they made their mistake and wasted his time.) And to call back with a credit card. When I said I regret even getting him this gift card she ever so sweetly responded with "oh a gift card, well you can just call with the last 5 numbers of that instead" well Geez thanks! Needless to say this hasn't been a good experience and I definitely can't see myself recommending them to anyone.

🫤 I have had 3 massages by Rachel. My first massage was great. No complaints. My second massage was good but my apt was for 845 for an hour massage. I check the times and she started closer to 855, and finished at 940. That loses 15 minutes of the hour massage I paid for and tipped. I went the followi...
