I really do not normally do this, and I normally do not complain, we are all working people, but the front desk is not very welcoming. I got hung up on and treated like a loser only because I woke up late. I also apologize for waking up late, but I do not deserve to be treated like that. Dentist, sergeants, and everyone else have treated me like family unfortunately ujar (front desk) was not professional with me. I understand the frustration but I will not be back.

As a Dentist Dodger my whole adult life I was worried about the work I may need done. They settled me right down and talked me through the procedures which helped my anxiety. Brilliant staff.

I went to Alpine Dental for the first time today. I was using my previous dentist for 20yrs, so I was nervous! I had an amazing experience! This dental practice can book you in quite quickly! All of the staff were very informative, efficient and welcoming! The clinic was very clean and modern. They offer direct billing to most insurance companies which was phenomenal! I highly recommend!

My dental hygienist is Vihangi and I always have a great experience. She is kind gentle with my teeth and most important profession ! I felt very welcomed , thank you V for all You do!

My visit to Alpine dental was amazing staff very friendly , everything explained to me and they kept asking if I was ok during my appointment, which was very comforting and they worked fast all in all I would totally recommend this place to anyone who needs dental work done !

If you suffer from anxiety NEVER GO HERE. I had two cavities and both the dentist and assistant/hygienist coerced me into having the cavities filled with no laughing gas (which I requested when I made the appointment) and no numbing either. Both of them saying don't worry. I had a major panic attack, they could care less. I felt like an experiment, testing my limits, and my anxiety. And these people have the audacity to repeatedly ask me to come back. These people care more about profit than the comfort of their patients. They're the reason I hate dentists. I hope saving money on not providing me laughing gas and numbing was worth it. Edited to add: I almost forgot to include the best part, the dentist ridiculed my anxiety. He told me I'm not a child and I don't need laughing gas or numbing. I don't know what they expected by treating me this way. Why they even bother to contact me? Did they really think insulting my anxiety disorder was going to keep me as a patient??? And let's not forget that their website has a WHOLE SECTION ON DENTAL ANXIETY. Advertising sedation and laughing gas. What liars. They don't care if you have dental anxiety. Also like others mentioned this office calls repeatedly to reschedule EVERY SINGLE TIME. We made an appointment because that's when we're available. They even cancelled my husband's appointment because he was working and my husband refused to move his appointment up by 5hrs. Seriously this dental office is full of idiots.
