Excellent meats keep flowing as long as my disk tag is with green side up. The complemented salads were good also the house vino tinto was a match

Service by Paulo Vaqueiro was superb. He is ready to cross over a more sophisticated environment. Today was a special day. Me daughter became a doctor. Paulo added joy to this singular moment.

Everything was very good, and the attention of staff was really nice, Paulo cowboy was more than waiter, he was a good host. I really recomend this restaurant. Consider that it is too much salt in meet, then i recommed to chose a lot of salad.

This restaurant is truly a Brazilian steak house it has a vibrant environment and the food is very good and our server Ricardo was very friendly and attentive to all our needs, and the best part is that is was very close to our hotel

While the service is excellent, the food to European tastes is not great. The meat is incredibly Salty. The exterior being encrusted with salt crystals. This was the second time trying Fogo de Chão and was exactly the same problem again. The salads are good and varied but the over use of salt made the meat not good and for the price there are many way better restaurants to choose from. Go elsewhere.

I went with my family to Fogo de Chão in Brasilia, Setor hoteleiro Sul. Excellent service all round. Jackson in particular was super attentive. All of them friendly and professionals. Delicious food, great variety and excellent meat. Try booking a table by the window as the view is lovely.

Amazing restaurant, I'll recommend to all of my friends! Don't miss Costela Premium and Fraudinha, the best meat cuts, in my opinion!

Had lunch with 2 friends last week and after 2 hours ... I left hungry(!). Despite several requests from our side almost no meat was coming and what was offered was rather dry and looked more like left overs. We also asked 3 times for Filet Mignon, with staff saying "Yes, sure. It's coming", just to find out after another 45mins, that they do not serve this at all. The experience ended by having to wait more than 15mins for the bill - a perfect finish for this entirely disappointing visit. Maybe a good name and the feeling that one can pay these prices is already doing the trick for its customers as they can feel "special", but anyone expecting a reasonable quality and service level should really look elsewhere. Fogo is definately not what it used to be, I am sorry to say.

If you are looking for a rodízio, this is the place to go. It might be a bit pricey, but then again, you are eating a lot of meat (which shouldn't be cheap anyhow) of high quality. They also have the option to just choose one type of meat, which is cheaper then the full rodízio. The buffet has a huge amount of gluten free options (very much appreciated!).

Wow! Paulo Cowboy was the PERFECT server!! He was so kind and served us perfect portions of the meats. He explained all the different cuts and was very patient with us when we had questions. I would come back just for him!!!

Service was great, they were very kind and attentive. Marcos was very on point with the things I needed and how I wanted them. everything was delicious. Even when my Portuguese wasn’t that good they helped me out a ton and gave me lots of recommendations!

Had a wonderful experience. I brought my 91 year old grandmother and they were very accommodating. They helped her pick items from the buffet that accommodated her dietary restrictions. Would definitely visit again next time in Brasilia

Very unhappy hour!! Most ridiculous happy hour policy ever!! We went to Fogo Du Chao during their happy hour, 5-8 pm, and ordered drinks and food. The food took quite awhile to arrive and we were not in a hurry. We asked for our check around 8:30 and noticed that everything on the bill was charged at regular prices. When we asked the bartender about the price difference he left to get clarification. Upon his return we were informed that the manager said since we were checking out after happy hour was over, we had to pay full price. I have never heard of such ridiculousness!! Everything we ordered was during their assigned happy hours but since the food delivery was slow, and we waited to finish our meal before paying they did not honor the happy hour prices. I am sure the manager is wrong about this policy but we had no choice but to pay the higher amount. We will eat at Churrasquinho Parque Cuirdade from now on!

very disappointed the only serve fraldilha had to aks 3 times for picanha paid 450 reais for a rodisio de fraldinha do not recommend it and will never go there.

The best place ever. Staff more tjan dedicated. Price is outstanding versus quality and entrance plus salad varietes are the greatest. You must come here when visiting Brasilia

Fogo de Chao is well known to me in the States but the food and service is much better in Brazil.

Churrasco rodizio in luxury. My beer had its own ice bucket and i never poured a drop myself. Lots of great meat, a few werent to my tastes. Very nice for special occasions.

By far the best place I have eaten in Brazil. A bit expensive, but its worth it on special occasions. Service is also super. I'm coming back again!

I've been served by Paul Cowboy. He was really attentive and smiley. Even thought communication was challenging as I dont speak portuguese he took a good care of everything. Meat spin was great, all of them fresh and perfectly prepared.

I have been to several Fogo de Chão in São Paulo where the restaurants are maintained better. The location in Brasília could use aesthetic updates and a very deep cleaning. The bathroom is scented with a powdery fragrance however the floor and sinks had a filmy sheen of dirt and cleaning products all over. The floors in dining areas need a deep clean or to be refinished. The merit awards displayed on the wall of the stairs are all outdated by over 5 years and made me think that show past glories and have none recently. The can contract me to consult them on these improvements and others unmentioned here! The food is good which is most important. We opted for the salad and feijoada bar plus one meat option which is one of budget conscious offers on the menu. The meat is VERY salty so anyone controlling sodium intake should avoid taking the outer slices of the service cut. Everything on the salad bar was fresh and delicious. They don’t label what the salads are so there are some surprises of what ingredients are coated In mayonnaise. 😊. The feijoada was a little cold and very wet, I personally prefer the liquid to be reduced to thicken it. The beer selection could be better (and colder) but they offer the basic Pilsen and Lager beers on tap. Service was professional but most of the staff looked exhausted, except the seating hostess at the door whose energy was welcoming and positive.

Had a really fun meal experience here with my friends visiting from Ireland. The food was so tasty and our waiter Marcos was really friendly and attentive.

The is Brasilia's headquarters of steak! If you love meat, this place is calling your name.😀 If you only eat Halal like me, watch out for the pork which is really difficult to tell by just looking. Ask if it's pork before you let them serve you. There are colour cards on the table. Keeping it green means you want more and the army of waiters will overwhelm you with meat. Turn the card red to indicate you don't want more. Their staff are very warm and courteous in spite of the language barrier. Oh, and they have good Wi-Fi.
