Room was dirty. Floor of bathroom was flooring. Towels clean but too old. Felt disappointed.

amazing hotel to stay. decent staff. the rooms are clean and well maintained. the breakfast is the best thing i liked in the hotel. would have definitely given 5 stars if it was not for the poor wifi, could hardly use the internet from the rooms, had to stand in the corridors to get a better signal. otherwise a very good hotel indeed !!! thanks to the staff for making my stay pleasant 🙂

Spent too nights here in Brasilia. It is a good hotel but don't expect much in room service. They don't offer complimentary water in the room. Every item has a price tag. The restaurant is on Level 'RE' and they serve decent food. Each floor has a card controlled automated door. Keep your room card safe and close.

Very friendly staff...nice room...close to shopping centres...and good breakfast...and there were great books about arts and the city in the room....amazed with that ...definitely will stay in this hotel again if ı have to choose a hotel in Brasilia again😊👍

Incredible morning service and room. Problems are treated reactively, and not beforehand. Technical people are more concerned about the hotel and themselves than the customers, sadly.

We loved the Kubitschek Plaza Hotel! The hotel itself and rooms were sparkling clean, with new elements combined with the hotel's classic design. The breakfast was excellent, each room had a balcony and air conditioning for those that like it, there was a solid gym and a great outdoor pool area. Best of all were the staff that helped us through our stay, both Patrick and Gustavo were helpful from check-in through check-out and were so friendly we stuck around chatting multiple times after asking for recommendations and tips to get around. The staff working the breakfast area were also extremely friendly every day regardless of how early they'd started working that day, and the omeletes and tapiocas were stellar. A well deserved 5/5!

Best deal on weekends in a city with little traffic on Sundays. Of course this may not work for most business visitors to Brasilia, but the weekend deal is just sweet, we had a good size room, recently remodeled with a good view, very good wifi and magnificent breakfast. Brazilians are the putative "French" of South America, if you expect them to speak English, good luck. It was 5 bucks for the Executive airport bus door to door and about 5 bucks for an average taxi ride to restaurants in the area. Being right on the Esplanade, you can certainly walk to most places. Brasilia is good for a couple of tourist days. C'est tout.
