Traumatic experience. I arrived at the salon at the scheduled time and was not attended to because Tiago was on a trip scheduled at the same time as my appointment. They kept passing one another and no one wanted to help me, while I was waiting, I noticed that the girl at reception told a hairdresser that she was going to do my hair and she clearly didn't like it and went to see Tiago. They didn't have the responsibility to tell me that they couldn't help me and they still made light of me. To women with curly hair like mine, stay away.
