Scheduled times are not respected. Expect to be seen 30 to 40 minutes later than expected. The professional who carries out your assessment is not the same one who carries out your procedures, which can mean that you arrive ready to close a package and then the new professional who assists you makes another recommendation, which creates a certain amount of insecurity. The professional ("Dani") who performed the PLA thread procedure on me was not competent, she placed them superficially and two of them came out (one two days after the procedure and the other 1 week after the procedure), even though I correctly followed all the instructions post procedure. When the first wire came out, I complained and management agreed to put in another one. When the second one came out, they told me they would replace the wires, but when I arrived at the clinic they changed their mind and didn't replace the wire that came out or replace the others. I asked for a position and they never responded. I do not recommend.

I don't have much to comment on the procedure itself. It's recent, but the biomedical doctor who treated me was very attentive. Now the attendants, for God's sake! Terrible! In every sense of the word, I went on a Saturday, it was empty and yet they tried to answer, the three of them, they tried to give a position, you make a request and they come up with several excuses and you have to keep repeating yourself all the time. Although I liked biomedicine, I won't go back. There are other places with high quality service and procedures.
