Called
in
for
lunch,
a
party
of
5
tourists.
Drinks
and
menus
arrived
no
problem
but
once
we
had
ordered
the
food
took
50
minutes
to
arrive.
After
30
minutes
We
saw
the
same
food
we
had
ordered
,
salad,
beef,
pork
served
to
a
table
further
down
the
patio
and
queried
with
that
waiter
where
our
food
was
as
the
people
had
taken
their
seats
much
longer
after
us
and
he
dismissed
us
saying
I
don’t
serve
you.
We
then
asked
our
waiter
where
our
food
was
and
he
said
‘10
minutes’
.
Almost
immediately
2
pork
dinners
arrived
and
served.
I
suspect
they
were
someone
else’s
order.
The
other
three
a
salad,
beef
and
chicken
arrived
as
we
were
finishing
ours.
No
apologies.
However
,
the
‘baked
potato’
turned
out
to
be
frozen
wedges
and
the
vegetables
on
the
beef
dinner
was
a
salad,
covered
in
beef
gravy.
The
table
next
to
us
a
family
of
four
from
Austria
also
had
over
40
minutes
wait
before
they
were
served
food.
Most
shockingly
however
for
a
restaurant
that
claims
‘authentic
cuisine’
the
elderly
owners
arrived
outside
and
started
to
unload
produce
from
a
car
into
a
shopping
trolley.
The
bags
were
Lidl
and
on
the
bottom
of
the
trolly
countless
numbers
of
frozen
chips,
wedges
and
such.
Some
fresh
produce,
potatoes
and
salad
but
large
bottles
of
own
brand
ketchup.
Overall
this
was
our
worst
dining
experience
in
Bratislava.
Poor
food,
rude
service
and
poor
value
for
money
.
