Where
to
start?
Thanking
our
lucky
stars
we
were
able
to
stay
here
in
our
hour(s)
of
need!
Everyone
we
spoke
to
was
personable,
welcoming,
and
so
friendly
from
the
very
first
phone
call;
and
it
was
like
a
weight
lifted
off
our
shoulders
the
second
we
walked
in.
The
rooms
are
lovely
and
comfortable
(the
beds
are
wonderful
and
so
are
the
pillows
so
ignore
that
other
lunatic);
yes
the
showers
aren't
like
a
pressure
washer,
but
considering
the
amazing
work
done
in
a
listed
building,
the
electric
showers
are
plenty.
Rooms
are
spacious,
fresh,
and
have
loads
of
storage,
and
they
manage
being
pet
friendly
without
it
being
noticeable
in
the
rooms.
The
building
is
set
in
beautiful
grounds
and
I
can't
wait
to
see
it
in
the
summer,
though
it
even
had
its
charms
whilst
being
battered
by
80mph
winds
and
driving
rain.
The
passion
and
interest
for
the
mill's
history
held
by
everyone
that
works
here
was
infectious,
and
it
was
great
to
find
out
more
about
the
historic
site.
Now,
on
to
the
FOOD.
We
sadly
weren't
able
to
enjoy
the
breakfast,
but
we
ate
here
on
two
evenings
and
everything
was
delicious
(and
arrived
with
us
promptly).
Hands
down
the
best
burger
I've
ever
had.
I've
never
eaten
anywhere
that's
managed
to
produce
a
burger
that
shows
complexity
of
flavours
without
creating
either
a
sloppy
and/or
tasteless
mess
as
the
end
result;
but
the
chef
here
did
it
perfectly.
All
the
ingredients
are
fresh
and
tasty,
and
the
menu
is
put
together
thoughtfully
with
something
for
everyone.
The
chap
working
front
of
house
was
an
absolute
legend
and
gave
us
great
recommendations;
and
along
with
the
owners
made
us
feel
so
welcome.
So
glad
we're
local
and
can't
wait
to
come
back
again.
♥️
Thank
you!
