I can't confirm the problem that you couldn't get an appointment on a Saturday with a voucher. It was lovely and I can definitely recommend this salon. Was there twice, the first time was okay, the second time the masseurs were changed during the massage without any prior agreement and that is a knockout criterion for me, so only one star

99.9% of the time the massages are really good. It's happened to me once so far that I wasn't massaged but instead had cream applied... but you can ignore that because the other 100 times it was great!

Good morning! I was here for the first time on September 17th, 2022. Let me tell you something more clearly! Cleanliness: The rooms, the towels were clean. The toilet was very clean. There is also hand sanitizer available on site. Nothing to complain about here! Premises: There are cabins available here with curtains instead of a door! Since the treatment was more important to me, it didn't really bother me. The cabins were open at the top. Every now and then I heard something from next door, e.g. employee voices - that didn't bother me that much either, it was ok... The only thing that bothered me was that there was another masseuse standing in front of the booth (in front of the curtain) who apparently had a break. During my treatment she occasionally OPENED the curtain and LOOKED IN. I ask myself why? I think that doesn't work at all! I only realized this when I was lying on my back towards the end. The curtain should stay closed. It's about patient privacy! How do I know the practice?: I read the reviews on Google and was very impressed by how many people reported very positively about the massage and the results. So I wanted to test it too!🥰 My appointment (full body massage): It lasted for an hour. The massage was very pleasant and I felt very relieved at the end. I am very satisfied with the result! Staff: The staff seems to be trying very hard. They seem nice & friendly :-). Price-performance ratio: I think €45 for 60 minutes is fair and okay. Conclusion: I give 5 stars because I was satisfied with the massage and with my masseuse. I booked a facial massage and I'm super disappointed! I had the feeling that the employee wasn't interested in it at all. The massage was hasty and intense and the massage strokes were always the same! In between, the excess facial oil was rubbed away with gray hard zewa! When the doorbell rang, she opened it and chatted with the customer - in my opinion, she didn't wash her hands afterwards! When the massage was over, I drove home with a bright red face. The next day I got such a bad rash that I even had to go to the emergency pharmacy (weekend). The employees can give body massages: facial massages are absolutely not recommended. Unfortunately 30.- was thrown out the window

The work was very rough and sometimes it was very painful because points were hit roughly. After about 20 minutes the 30 minute massage was already over. An aroma massage also includes a Thai massage, where you have to assume unwanted positions and respond to the command “relax, let loose” 5 times. I did not book this service! It was a couples massage and I finished before my girlfriend was finished, very strange. After the massage you had to change quickly and the door to the room opened before you were properly dressed?! Well, if it's professional - really weak. Never this store again. Just a bad massage. Preferably 0 stars.
