Well. Since I am a Radisson Reward member I would expect some sort of service. Instead I am told bu*lsh!t stories about a full hotel and no rooms available when asking for an upgrade which the hotel should offer themselves to begin with. I will find another club to be part of since the many stays at this hotel chain bears absolutely no fruit. There is no advantages or percs to being a "valued member". Last time you saw me. Will advice colleagues to not use it as well.

The hotel is located a 2 min walk from the Wilhelm-Kaisen Bruckė (bridge) tram stop, north over the River Weser in Bremen city. This tram stop is just 6 stops with no changes from Bremen Airport on the No. 6 tram which is located directly outside the airports only passenger Terminal, so you cannot get lost. The hotel is right in the town centre, albeit also seemingly near an emergencyhospital as sirens blared at all hours outside the open window of the 3rd floor. That aside I stayed two nights only. The proximity to the main attractions in the city centre are a few minutes walk like Botcherstrasse, Marktplatz, Cathedral, Schnoor, various tram stops with the train station a little further away. The L.o.b.b.y is the name of the bar, restaurant and serves some tasty cocktails, locally brewed Becks lager and a large selection of drinks, mixers, spirits etc. Breakfast is also served in this area with a fantastic array of choices, even prosecco for breakfast I was told by the server 'because..why not!?' In the UK at least most would consider us as alcoholics if we drank sparkling wine for breakfast from 6am. Either way there was some great breakfast choices. Bar and housekeeping staff all friendly. Seeing chefs smoking in customer areas out front in their chef whites not a good look or for basic food hygiene.

I haven't been into the hotel, only in the lobby but it seems to be a very nice hotel and many people told me that the bar, restaurant and rooms are very nice too. Close to our Schlachte area and most of the city is in walking distance from here

Generally good. Rooms are spacious, if slightly spartan. Service is great, with kind friendly staff. Good location too. Somewhat marred though but the overly sexist signage.

Radisson blue hotel have a Central location with easy transit to train station and airport and all markets around. Good lobby area for meeting with business associates. Plenty of coffee or tea to get the day started. Breakfast was really good with plenty of variety. You can even make your own fresh squeezed orange juice. Plenty of variety for any dietary needs. The staff is helpful. The room is clean but little bit narrow

I just booked a table to have breakfast. Nice atmosphere and there were vegan options too.

Very disappointing hotel, no windows in the room that were permanently closed overlooking the restaurant. Could not see what the weather was like. A single lousy pillow in the bed, we asked for separate beds but no, had a queensize. No cushion in the armchair, a rather rustiqe and dated chair. We will pick another hotel in Bremen next visit.

The team at the hotel was really welcoming and cool despite late check in. Thanks to Ashi for his kind support. Best place to be in Bremen especially during Xmas time 😁

The property is in an excellent position for visiting the city (2 minutes walk from the center) the staff is very kind and helpful, two bottles of water are offered in the rooms. The tram stop to/from the airport (tram n.6) is 300 meters away The entrance is located at 31 Wachtstraße (google suggests an incorrect entry Böttcherstraße 2)

We have spent here 1 night. Hotel has perfect location. 5 minutes walk from main city square. Room was large enough with coffee mashine, tea and 2 bottles of water. Breakfast was really great. You can actually find there everything you want.

Pros: was easy to book a room through the app. It has underground parking that was included. The room was large and had water and nespresso machine. Cons: bed was uncomfortable compared to ibis. Both our backs are in pain. The bathroom was dirty. No way to add breakfast on app and it was confusing because they made it seem like it was included. The receptionist said “breakfast starts at 6am so go if you want” so we went, then we get a bill for almost 50€. This is annoying because they are not transparent like ibis is. For the price, we got an IKEA mattress, old flat pillows and dirty bathroom. Just because it’s 4 stars, it has no merit on the quality of the stay.

We spent the third night in a row in a Radisson Blue hotel, this time in Bremen on Tuesday before X-mas. The hotel is well situated and features a convenient garage that was on the limit for our big Marco Polo van. Rooms are fine but the bathroom we had is clearly substandard. You have to take your shower in the bathtub, only partially equipped with anti-slip patches. The hotel boasts serving a super breakfast. We do not really agree. It was clearly superior to our previous night in Aalborg but much below the standard in Uppsala that in our experience is one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had for a long time.

The staff is extremely helpful! They treated my father so well! He does not speak German and Alexander at the front desk helped him tremendously. They bonded over their love for cars. I want to personally thank Alexander for making my dad's stay a total treat! Thank you!

Great hotel with comfy beds. I didn't even need my own pillow because it felt like sleeping in a cloud. Complimentary coffee and tea is super but water would be great. Only thing that I didn't like was breakfast. Long wait in front of breakfast buffet. You didn't really want to get yourself anything extra. Forgot the butter but getting in line again was just not for me. Parking garage available but very tight fit.

The window can' t be opened because it' s an atrium. Thats not good..the air condition isnt good enough, too hot. Its expensive and because their website didn't work out, I had to pay more for the room than it saus on the site. A good experience st the breakfast was that I got extra scramblef eggs without milk when I asked. But all i all, too expensive hotel.

Lovely room with a large comfy bed, the bathroom facilities were good with hot showers and the meal was filling.

Excellent as alway. Relaxing atmosphere, perfect location for Americans who like to see the old euopean townships. The Sauna and Gym are absolutely magnificent. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. I think anything one can think of when having "breakfast" on your mind, is available at this breakfast. But I've been booking myself and our employees at this hotel since I discovered it last year. The main reason I am writing today is to mention Frau Guhl at the reception. Me and a Colleague were mistaken for someone else who wasn't doing righteous things in the hotel. I believe the Room service had mistaken our rooms with this persons room. Frau Guhl was able to utilise her great communication and people skills to investigate the situation and safe innocent people of outrageous accusation. Furthermore, she not only kept a fan a loyal customer of the hotel, she kept a company of 145 potential customers. Cause obviously the cleaning ladies had started some kind of unfair campaign against us. Frau Guhl had the ability to see past the over-exaggerated drama created by the cleaning ladies. Just a very intelligent, witty and friendly person. Friendly customer service is almost non existent in Germany. A unique friendly place and person in the customer service desert of this world, Germany. Which makes Frau Guhl and the Radisson Blu in Bremen feel like a home away from home. Americans or someone who values good customer service, generally avoids Germany as a whole. But if you are forced to come to Germany anyhow, use this hotel. I've checked into 4 Star hotels in Germany where they would yell at you at check in, that one can be happy they even let you check in at 3pm in the afternoon. Frau Guhl and Radisson Blu: Thank you for everything. Keep up the friendly good work.

Great location, in the middle of the town! Hotel parking a bit expensive, but there is road parking too, free from 8pm to 9am, just a few spaces though. Amazing town!

Except location, we don't know what else is good about this hotel (can't speak for breakfast though, see below). Otherwise, the rating would be 1 star. Room is small (we booked a Premium room, which is the 3rd largest room they have), felt cold / humid (temperature control might be only good for cooling not heating), with a relatively small and smelly bathroom (found out that there is a drain hole at the back of the toilet, which smells!). By the way, there is only hand / hair / body combination liquid soap, and you will have to pay 3.5 Euro for a small bottle of conditioner in their downstairs market stand. They don't offer bar soap either. For my wife, those two are no no! Service is also not that good either. ~50% of times, had to call multiple times to get things. They don't always vacuum the floor nor change the bed sheets either, EVEN IF we requested front desk about those. Also, when making the reservation, in the process, there is an option under "UPGRADE" for "F&B Upsell - Breakfast" for 0 Euro. Don't get fooled! You are NOT getting free breakfast. We selected this option, and they still ask for 23 Euro per person, which we kindly declined. PS: somehow they messed up and wanted to charge us 46 Euro for breakfast we didn't have. They did provide refund without question after I pointed it out, but you better check the bill before leaving there. As a frequent worldwide American traveler for 30+ years, always tried to stay at American brand hotels. However, this time, very disappointed. I rarely publish comment, but can't resist this time. Hope they will do better.

One of the best hotel I stayed in ♥️♥️♥️and I am travelling a lot for business or as turist! Room: big, clean, big bed good quality pillows... only u can not open the window due to security reasons. Breakfast: all u want from fruits, to vegetables, fish, sweets and healthy food. It is available from 6.30 to 10.00, and on the last day we left to airport very early and they gave us even a bag for sandwiches and a cup for coffee! !! Good staff, helpful and open to solce all the requirements. Nice bar, a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine at evening. You will find also a small shop you can buy cosmetics, water, wines, snacks...for your room! So, congratulations to all people's working in this place! Chapeau!

Hotel is nice, good location and nice clean rooms. Breakfast good. Sadly the garage is very tight, and the 2 charging spots for electric cars were occupied by 2 diesel SUVs for our entire stay. Hotel should put a sign up to prevent spaces being used by others than cars charging, and fine cars that don’t adhere.

The hotel location is perfect, it’s in the center and 2 minutes walk from the old town square and surrounded by many restaurants with fee minutes walking. I got a room with a nice decoration, very relaxing lighting, king bed and all what I am looking for in a hotel room. Starting from bathroom basics till a Nespresso coffee machine. Breakfast is a nice and very clean buffet and it is in the hotel restaurant which has a glass roof that allows nice sun rays to enter while drinking your coffee. There is a parking onsite for 25€/night. The hotel staff are friendly, very helpful and they speak English.

Very good rooms and the comfort level was a 10/10! The breakfast was also lovely as well as the open bar in the evening! If you need a hotel to go to in Bremen I would definitely say to go here!

Rooms are old, aircon smells, the floor doesn't look as if vacuumed any time lately. The toilet shows clear markings of urine stains on the outside. Cleaning is no good. The breakfast is good and the personal are very helpful. But the hotel should only have 3 stars at best.

Extremely well insulated windows, perhaps filled with Ar or some noble gas, that allows almost no sound through. Perfect location for exploring downtown Bremen by foot. The refrigerator is small with no freezer but good enough to store perishables. 1.5 cubic feet capacity. Lots of electrical outlets. TV is excellent with the input button for using HDMI connected computer. The room is decent size. The beds are very comfortable. Very clean. The bathroom is very nice, excellent shower. Would stay again at the right price. WiFi is very good, sign in required, but throughput is very acceptable.
