    Wegen meiner Entzündung bräuchte ich dringend eine Infrarotlampe die ich bei rossmann gegoogelt habe, dass die welche in der Filiale Weserpark da haben. Zu Sicherheit habe ich da noch angerufen und mir wurde von einer Verkäuferin bestätigt dass 11 Stück noch da sind. Da ich Fieber habe und mich nicht gut füllte habe ich meine 14 jährige Tochter geschickt zu kaufen. Nach 20 Minuten rufe ich an und frage warum sie so lange braucht? Meine Tochter hatte es nicht gefunden und hat eine Verkäuferin um Hilfe gefragt dass diese ihr zeigt wo die Lampen stehen. Die Verkäuferin hat sie in die Ideen- Welt geschickt. Die Lampen waren aber nicht da. Sie hat erneut die Verkäuferin gefragt dass sie ihr zeigt wo genau, weil sie da keine gefunden hat. Die Verkäuferin sagte einfach da müssen die sein und hat sie wieder in die gleiche Abteilung geschickt! Also was für ein Service ist das bitteschön.
