So sometimes the staff of Zara is so low motivated, this happens to us very often in this store, this time the lady supposed to help us , but she kept her self busy with Ain work and keep telling us if you don't want to wait then go to other Kassa , I was like common either do your job , which is helping the customers or take a break and don't bother the customers really disappointed that is way this 1 star

She (i think she was the manager) said that she will not change the product. Do you think a Zara employee can tell a customer not to buy products from Zara?
