I
placed
an
order
on
the
online
store
for
4
large
houseplants
and
fertilizer,
but
I
am
highly
dissatisfied
with
the
outcome.
Here
are
my
main
concerns:
-
One
of
the
plants
was
significantly
shorter
than
advertised,
measuring
around
100
cm
instead
of
the
stated
140
cm.
-
3/4
plants
were
critically
dehydrated,
with
curled,
wilted,
and
yellowed
leaves,
indicating
poor
care
and
maintenance.
-
I
discovered
rotting
roots
in
one
of
the
plants
immediately
upon
arrival.
-
There
was
one
plant
that
appeared
relatively
healthy,
except
for
its
yellowish
stems
with
black
spots,
suggesting
an
underlying
illness.
On
a
neutral-positive
note:
-
The
delivery
was
relatively
prompt,
arriving
within
the
promised
timeframe
of
up
to
4
business
days.
-
The
fertilizer
provided
was
of
good
quality.
Overall,
my
experience
with
this
store
has
been
disappointing.
The
condition
of
the
plants
received
fell
far
below
expectations,
and
the
discrepancy
in
size
was
unacceptable.
I
hope
the
store
takes
these
issues
seriously
and
improves
the
quality
control
of
their
products.
