The customer service is atrocious, genuinely one of the worst experiences I have had. Asking general questions about their menu the staff (when I was there) treat you like you're disturbing them, all while throwing underhanded comments and being extremely rude and unhelpful. While the food seems interesting and I was prepared to buy, that experience will ensure I always choose something other than Wok Up in Lanterns Mall

The food is really good and the price makes it a really great meal out. The veggie stir fry has a lovely crunch and flavor. I have had the lettuce and white basmati rice versions with veg. Lovely.

Wok is among the better eat-out locations in the Lantern Mall. Food is refreshingly, fresh, delicious and appealing. The portion sizes are adequate even for an extremely hungry and growing teen. The environment (or ambience) is quite and inviting as well as scenic. Finally, the staff is helpful and welcoming and friendly. My only ought again the Wok Up is that the meals are inconsistent with respect to the meat content. I believe all meals of a particular recipe should always have similar meat content. Otherwise, I recommend the Wok Up. I plan to visit again soon.

I have been sitting outside of the Lanterns location now for more than an hour waiting for them to open. The sign says the opening time on Sunday is 12, it is now 12:27 pm and the staff are inside sitting down eating and watching me. I called at 11:57 and asked the opening time, even the response I got wasn't a pleasant one. I normally eat from this location and love the food but this level of service is unacceptable. The cashier even got up and came outside, walked past me, knowing I am waiting on someone to say that they are opened for business....Nothing.

The customer service is rather poor to non existent. I walked in with no acknowledgment or greeting, when asking about the bowls it seemed as if I was bugging the lady but still I went ahead and placed my order. When my food was done it was thrown on the counter with out any mention and on top of that it was overly Saltly and burnt to the point that it was so bitter I couldn't even finish it . A complete and absolute WASTE OF MY MONEY

Went in for a bowl, made my selection and pulled out a$100 to pay. Cashier asks if I had anything smaller, and if I don't I'd have to go get change and come back. Well you know i showed myself out. Asking the customer to go and make change....do better

I am at Wok Up now at 1.20pm and the 2 chefs are sitting down eating their lunch?!!! I put my order in and they do not get up to make the order until after 5 minutes?! This place is not serious about their business. I would really like to leave and ask for my money back! Who is running this business should be ashamed that this is what the customer has to see
