Takes a while for the food but it's worth it. This particular brand is often slow pasted and you get through quickly

The food was good however the customer service is not strong with the staff. The cashier I interacted with was not very professional and the wait time was ridiculous even though there were only 4 people in store

I love Chicken Barn, the food is great you can get 1 whole chicken for $50 and i fine that is very resonable compare to other places. The service is also great cause you are always greeted with a smile, the atmostphere is marvelous and you are intertained so you are comfortable while you eat.

This was one on of the best local chicken snack in Bridgetown for many years. The changing of the chips for me was a bad move, you had a good thing. Yesterday I bought a leg snack box and what I saw looked like a junior snack. It was the smallest leg, no explanation but it cost same. There is no variation of the pieces of chicken that the customer can choose from after all these years. I think management needs new ideas to keep customers coming all the way out there.

The service by the 2 ladies of which one seemed to be a supervisor or manager on duty, working the counter were extremely pleasant. The food however was a far cry from what was Chicken Barn standard and quality. The chicken is no longer burnt which is great, however, at the raised prices to almost 20 bucks for a snackbox, I can go elsewhere and get salad or veg or both with a compatible meal. The portion size of fries has been reduced from some odd 25 years and ago or even within the last 2 years. 2nd time in a row disappointed at the Bay Street branch. I'll compare with home branch to see if there is a disparity in portion sizes and the "pigeon sized" chickens

I went to Chicken Barn on Wednesday I was very disappointed because I was not informed about the size of the chicken... When I opened the box I was shocked, couldn't believe that chicken Barn could sell chicken of that size. You need to inform customers, so that the customer can make a choice.

I love the flavor of the rotisserie chicken, and fries, healthy options and great selection of salads at the salad bar

The staff need customer service training. They are always rude and have the most unpleasant demeanour. But the food is usually good.

Snack boxes are smaller and your getting less and less chips and chicken smaller
