New favourite eatery... Absolutely fantastic first experience here, place looked brilliant, live music playing and looked clean, loved the themed toilets. Service was exceptional, with kind and knowledgeable staff who explained what was available and gave recommendations to us. Food came at a good temperature and was absolutely phenomenal, I cannot pick fault at anything. Our whole group agreed on this and were all over the moon with their choices. Food was very well priced and Drinks were also. Really loved their speciality pale ale too. We will be returning on a regular basis if this is the service and quality of food that they always serve. Highly highly recommend anyone trying here. Very welcoming atmosphere. Well done to all the staff

Heard good things about this place so thought I would check it out with dad must must advise it’s good for kids with there own cinema plus great selection for all the family . On first glance a very big car park plus a very pleasant warm welcome you can either book online or on the day but the place is huge upstairs plus downstairs dining with a bar seating area plus wide screen tvs absolutely great lay out but then the food menu was like designed in an old paper the tables were very well set out very clean also the waitress or servers were very good. When the food arrived well presented plus smelt really good i would Recommend giving this venue a try for two of us came to around £50 with drinks but the food was quality so no complaints from myself or my father but I am really looking forward to another visit has the pulled pork was to die for the portions were just right . Very impressed plus brilliant to have within 5 mile radius.

New restaurant and improvements to other locations. The attention to detail is amazing, I really thought I was back in Tennessee. Country Music atmosphere with both background and live. Please continue with Live Music. We started with the classic American hospitality of water. And a great new tradition of Popcorn 🍿 Our server was Courtney, amazing asset to Hickory's. She knows her stuff and is a great people person. We started with the Garlic Cheese Pretzel to share. Every bite just wow. Just right amounts of garlic and melted cheese. As we already worked out our favourite beverage from other locations , Grape is the best. Mains we ordered Brisket sub with gravy and the starter Nacho Chips with BBQ Pork. Both of heads exploded with the taste and portion size. Enjoying Live Music, we decided to stay for dessert. Marshmallow Firepit with melted chocolate. While it sounds gimmicky, it didn't disappoint. The only thing I would add is Graham crackers.

It was our first time visiting end of September as a family of 3 to celebrate my birthday and graduation. From start to finish the customer service was top notch from every single person we encountered. Nothing was too much and the staff we all chatty and gave us a tour around, sat us near the cinema so my daughter could find us easily and gave us great recommendations on the menu. The drinks were delicious and the food out of this world for a chain and was really fresh. The meat was good quality, tons of flavour and great size portions. The little touches like the popcorn for the cinema made it extra special and my 6 year old can't wait to go again. In fact we're all excited to come back. Even the decor just added to the experience! Great family restaurant!

The first time here, I have heard mixed opinions of this place. The menu is on a newspaper style.There is lots to pick and try. The prices are more top end, but the portion sizes are good, and everyone did not want deserts. Be aware that there is a 7.5 per cent tip added automatically at the end.

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, the cocktails we had were marvellous and creative, highly recommended, specially Rhythm & Blues. I recommend to everyone! Bacon bites with blue cheese dip ...... bloody gorgeous. Highlight of the whole meal, The beast and bird burger was OK, the chicken fillet in it was very salty, but the rest wasn't very flavourful at all, The dessert.... hit the spot. Over all really nice, I will definitely order my own bacon bites next time instead of eating my husbands 🙃 Lovely set up, made me want to go to Texas Staff so welcoming, checking in with us all.the time but not pushy at all ( I thought the sweet and salty popcorn was a lovely token while we looked at the menu) Feels like a small family run business even though its a chain.
