The menu looked simple but when the food arrived oh wow! It not only looked good but it tasted amazing. I could taste good quality . The seating was good. Met with a few friends for breakfast. A bit pricier but sometimes it's good to pay a bit more to eat nice and good quality food. I hope they serve fried eggs in future or otherwise I can't go with my children.

We came here today for afternoon tea and had a lovely afternoon. All the food on the premises looked delicious and would definitely come here again.

Was so excited to eat here but unfortunately I was really disappointed. Ordered the Welsh rarebit and it was soggy sour dough with tiny amount of chese! I was expected crunchy toasted bread with lashing of cheese, the salad and chutney that accompanied it was nice though. Also ordered the waffle with berries ..shop bought waffles topped with fruit...a few berries were smushy and not fresh! The pot of tea looked so cute with it was so weak like drinking hot water ... unfortunately I wasn't impressed and I will not return ...as prices are quiet high but the food isnt up to scratch. Staff seemed friendly enough and generally atmosphere has a good vibe !

The breakfast we had was very good, service was really good and staff were welcoming. Although the pancakes werent that fluffy they were still nice. And the vegan Falafel open wrap was pleasantly suprisingly good. The hot chocolate was also a good hot drink and the coffee was good too. The blueberry scones are also a good item on the menu and goes well with the jam and cream.

Amazing breakfast and amazing customer service from Tom. He was on point with the way he dealt with us and he was very polite and respectful in the way he conducted himself. He left a very good impression on us. He was very attentive to us and we never felt er had to look for him or wait to be dealt with. The breakfast was the best meal I have ever had. When I come here from London and always make sure I come here for breakfast.

Lovely little place, gets busy fast so may have to wait for a seat. The food and coffee are delicious and feels very cosy inside.

I ordered the American pancakes with strawberries blueberries and caramel sauce and it was delicious so juicy and soft. I also ordered the cafe latte which was the best ever. Amazing food and good vibes.

What a beautiful tea house. This is exactly Huddersfield needs and more. Beautiful interior, recycled chunky wood tables, fantastic team running the house they are all super friendly and they know what they have, they didn't need to go and check. Clean, bright, welcoming, fantastic menu. The food is amazing and the have an abundance for everyone, vegan, gluten free, vegetarian and the selection of teas is just great. The Japanese jasmine is gorgeous, you have to try this place. Well done guys you've got this right on the button, it's fantastic and we will be back.

I always come here for chai latte and lunch. Jacket potato it’s just spot on and the chai latte is so creamy. The atmosphere is so pretty and clean. Staff are absolutely lovely and friendly, thank you for the great service.

I'm never disappointed when I eat here. As a coeliac I have had my fair share of rubbish food but here, the gluten free food is just as good as the regular stuff. Care and attention is paid to every plate and I appreciate that. The service is great and the staff are very good. The only thing is change is the noise level. The high ceilings could do with something to dampen the sound as it can get very loud when the place is full.

Visited earlier this week & had the best avocado on toast (bonus it's Gluten free!) & and a lovely latte - staff are super attentive & friendly - very chilled out venue - you're left feeling unrushed, I look forward to visiting again🙂.

Enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea at one of our favourite cafes, after deciding to try it for our annual festive treat. Lovely service (including a courtesy call the day before to check our dietary requirements). Simple, fresh sandwiches, interesting warm savoury tarts, melt in the mouth fresh, warm blueberry scones (with clotted cream and jam ;)) and an dinky selection of mini cheesecake, macarons, carrot cake and a zesty tart with a sprinkling of fresh fruit. All accompanied with lovely cuppas. We weren't rushed and, aside from it being a little noisy as the place was busy all afternoon, we'd a great time.

The staff were nice and friendly the place has a nice atmosphere, but a little cold, it could have been a bit warmer. The coffee was fine ,the food tasted lovely nice crispy bacon with my eggs benedict. The only down side was that it wasn't hot, this could have improved by serving hot food on a hot plate, rather than on a cold plate.

Called in for breakfast when visiting Huddersfield this morning. As good as I remembered from my last visit a year ago. Perfect porridge with lots of fruit, nice quality toast and granola bowl, great tea and coffee. All presented perfectly and served by friendly and helpful staff. Couldn’t be better :)

Visited yesterday with my friend and 3 month old son - I had my pushchair / pram with me. Although busy the staff were great, we had to wait around ten minutes for a space to come available that would fit my pram in, and the space was perfect for a pram! The food is amazing here, prices are good, coffee made well. I had a scone with jam and cream with a flat white which was really nice. The only thing I’d say is the toilets need cleaning more often.
