I have got used to having my shopping thrown towards me at high speed but will never get used to being treated so rudely as TEGAN who when I asked for her name at the close of my Lidl "experience told me to "make sure I spell it right" Told it was MY fault she overcharged bought 9 x units charged for 10 x When went back told Move out of the way "I am serving this customer" It was MY fault she overcharged???Then threw the £2 refund on the counter. Well TEEGUN you will not be seeing me again, you rude, obnoxious girl. You clearly missed the induction course on "customer care" like you missed the Maths lesson on how to count to 10

My last two visits to Lidl in Brighouse have reminded me why I don't regularly shop here and prefer to drive to Elland to shop in Aldi. The staff are rude, ignoring customers, talking to other staff and not even a thank you when you pay. It's only the convenience of it that makes me pop in. Aldi's cinnamon rolls are far superior too!

In one word"Rubbish". Suppose to open at 08 o'clock, actually opened at 12 minutes past, then the items I wanted were nowhere to be seen, shelves empty again so I'll have to trapes back down again later in the week. Don't get me wrong I like the Lidl in Brighouse but if you can't do a full shop there is no point, If they don't buck there ideas up I will be going to the new Aldi when it comes to town.

Some good stuff & generally good prices - just unfortunate that all items aren't always available.

Soon as I walked in Friday 8th sept , dinner time I saw a woman with what looked like to be her grandson picking fresh biscuits from the bakery with her hands asking her grandson which he wanted then putting them back, not 2 seconds later I see 2 older women doing the same with loaves of bread from the fresh bakery that they sniffed and squished then put back until they had the one they wanted. I dont want to imagine where their hands have been that morning. The fresh bakery needs changing I never see anyone using the few tongs that are there. Maybe give someone a job to supervise the bakery and customers ask for what they want.

I like this store as it is always clean and tidy, always plenty of stock on the shelves with friendly staff. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

I go for a jar of pickle and a basket full later and I'm at the checkout. I always find something I like, marzipan chocolate, low alcohol gin, crisps for ever etc. Lots of choice. I only wish there was gluten free bread 🍞

This is the Lidl store in Brighouse. Generally well kept and mostly well stocked. Many of the brands are unfamiliar but often of better quality than the national and global brands and more competitively priced. There is also the Lidle in the middle where a whole range of household, diy, gardening and other domestic items can be found. There is ample car parking.

A lot of good quality bargains to be had in this lovely clean store with very polite and welcoming staff.

It’s just a lidl really innit, lots of traffic outside of it and there was a fight going on at the doors so that was interesting

Brighouse Lidl is bright and airy and clean. As with all Lidl stores they offer good value and the staff are helpful.

No proper baskets just massive cumbersome things that require wheels so no more convenient than a trolley when only wanting a few items, went to get a trolley but wheels were some form of polygon shape, was not allowed to exit to swap it so was stuck with it, this was all BEFORE discovering the dirty floors, the unkept disorganised understocked shelves with all the price labels in the wrong places, the lack of selection of products and to top it all of products in the fridges that looked rancid and not fit for consumption!! Not only will I never visit this store again I shall never spend another penny at ANY Lidl!! Disgusting! 🤮

Great value for money ! Fillet steaks 30 days aged £5.95 . . Just for starters . . Already tried them and are as good as most restaurant steaks . .

It's a lidl been to one, you've been in them all. Some great bargins in the middle aisles and the aisles are quite wide in this store so you dont feel hemmed in.

My family and I have been regular customers of Lidl for over 32 years. I normally shop at the Mirfield Lidl but decided to stop by this one in Brighouse for the first time. The concern that I had was resolved and noted by staff. I thank the staff for taking notice of it and hope to see better customer service from this Lidl.

Never got everything I want. No Eggs at all on the shelves the other Friday. I thought they always stocked the basics.

This supermarket does have quite a lot of different foods. However, I do feel that it is not the best in the area at all. Nearly all the time you go in there is something that you cannot get there because they don’t keep a regular stock of everything. Also the service at the tills is extremely slow because nine times out of 10. They only have two people serving. Personally I would avoid this like the plague. There are much better supermarkets within the very near vicinity. Not happy at all with the service from the supermarket.

The staff on the tills here work their backsides off but that's where it stops as far as being good. The management barely do any work OR think the tills are below them, I'm not sure which and the queues for the tills are a disgrace, 1 till open most of the time with a huge queue, I regularly walk out and go elsewhere even leaving the basket of items I have collected. Joke of a supermarket. Get self scan in and it won't be so bad!

Won't be going again, got a dodgy trolley, realised wheel had a flat spot and it was shakeing about, so turned round at bakery, and headed back to swop it, this inturn locked the wheel as I exited through entrance, member of staff came out and blamed me for trolley, I said it was broken, she said I had caused it by going back out of entrance, she wouldn't listen that it had a broken wheel. Sorry you score a zero on this one, no apology for dodgy trolley, she wouldn't listen.

Good, clean store. Great staff, yeah I didn't manage to get everything I needed but that's the same with everywhere right now.

Lidl always clean and fresh with very friendly staff. A great range of produce with something new to try each time you go in. Food never lets you down and who doesn't love the middle of Lidl. Great range of useful household items and outdoor crafts and clothing. But you need to be quick. Parking is never a issue here and queues are dealt with quickly 👌🏽

One their newer stores, large and bright with a good range of produce located just outside Brighouse off a busy roundabout. The pedestrian crossing immediately outside the store's main door and similarly placed at the entrance to their car park, poses a risk to the shopper coming out of the store with their trollies, the chance of being runover by incoming vehicles. Could do with some barriers and moving elsewhere. Be careful.

Starting to lose faith in @Lidl now first App release was good but honestly now the change in savings is not worth it we are NO better off and we can spend 2 individual amounts on the 2 Apps the scratch card prizes are dire to be fair if you win on the scratch card you should get a reward based on your shopping habits from previous purchases €20 prize is a myth dont get me wrong the Staff are all fantastic and do a great job in all the stores we visit so unfortunately for us as a family we will have to shop around and price match come on lidl must do better

👍 Good store. 5 stars if they could just work out how many tills to open. Of course it's not in their interests to do this. I personally refuse to use self service as it inevitably leads to job losses. Shame on you Sainsburys and every other store which uses this system.

😠 I have been using this Tesco since it opened as I only live up the road. Over the last few years, the customer experience has become worse and worse. Went this evening and used the self scan as usual. I was paying by cash, so I was expecting to queue for one of the only three tills that take it. (wh...
