The best place to visit for a really tasty Italian pizza experience at affordable prices. To avoid disappointment ensure that you are booked in advance as the place is super busy. The pizza portion are generous even for kids. You can even buy some treats made in Italy to take home. Great staff, atmosphere and clean place.

As an Italian when I go in this place I feel like home. Food is excellent, on time, all the crew is nice and always takings care of the people at each table. I did really enjoy the time and the food at the VIP in Brighton. Looking forward to go again! 😊

The pizza is okay. Carbonara and fritatina is not very delicious. It is very busy even during weekdays should have more spaced place for customers to sit and enjoy the meal. 5/10 for food and service. Tiramisu is not very delicious compared to other places. I find them over priced as well. Slow service and need better customer service.

Really busy local place with a great menu and amazing staff. Definitely need to book in advance if you’re wanting to eat in on a weekend, that said, we got a table for 2 on Sunday booking on Friday. The staff were really accommodating, changing a starter for us swapping out salami for a great assortment of roasted veg. The pizzas are absolutely amazing. Will definitely be returning.

Still my favourite pizza place anywhere. Even though the building is small they managed to fit us in a more quiet two seat table. We weren't able to eat all the pizza, however staff were very helpful in helping us pack our leftovers! (Which we had got breakfast the next day)!

We recently visited this restaurant and I was nicely surprised with high Italian food quality to pick. Menu was extensive. We ordered Pasta Pappardelle Montana and Pizza Parma with Aperol drinks, and we were satisfied with our choices. Fair pizza topping with good quality of Parmesan cheese, tomato sauce wasn’t too sour, rocket salad leafs gave nice contrasting texture and peppery flavour to the pizza. Place was very clean, helpful staff. Definitely very busy place. Overall experience - positive! Nice place to visit again.

Was out with the fiancé, cousin, his wife and 2 babies. Found this little place and what a treat it was. Staff were all lovely and super accommodating. Managed to squeeze us all in no problem! Food was spot on and beautiful. Really well presented. It’s a must visit.

This place has the best pizza I’ve ever had out of Italy. Every time I’ve been here, I make a point to try a different pizza. The menu is huge and everything is great. Highly recommend this place!

I don't give 5 stars lightly, but this place deserves every single one of them. I love Italian food, especially traditional pizzas, and honestly, this was of the finest pizzas I've ever had. The dough was soft inside but had a satisfying crunch on the exterior, and the ingredients fresh and tasty. Cannot rate this place highly enough. Top drawer Italian food.

I recently discovered a hidden gem of an Italian pizzeria that provided me with an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The service was truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations in every way. The pizzas were crafted with the finest ingredients and were so delicious that I couldn't resist going back multiple times. The traditional Italian music that filled the air added the perfect touch to the already perfect ambiance. I strongly recommend this pizzeria to anyone searching for an authentic Italian experience that will leave a lasting impression.

Enjoyed the pizza and service. The waiter Victoria was lovely and very attentive! The seating was a tight squeeze but I didn't mind. Would go back again and recommend highly. One of the best pizza places I've been to in England.

Hidden gem just a short walk away from Brighton Pier. Great atmosphere , authentic Italian food and the pizzas were amazing. Two of us had pizza and one of us had the seafood pasta and all were lovely . Our waitresses Mirena and Lauren were both attentative and friendly. Would 100 per cent visit again and recommend to friends and family

It was the first time I had tried something other than pizza at VIP Pizza. The carbonara was also phenomenal. I should thank Veronica (I hope I remember her name correctly, as I couldn’t double check because I was trying to catch my train😁) for her recommendations, as it was hard for me to order anything that’s not pizza 😁 I always slant toward their pizzas, as they are the best Napolitan pizzas I have ever tried anywhere. So, their pizza is still my favorite, but I highly recommend their pasta too.

We were looking for something to eat after a full day on the sand at YW. So we were really tired and couldn't think about any good option, and VIP was there again to save the night. Always a good idea to have a VIP pizza. It was still delicious the morning after , but do not eat pizza with Garlic mayo ... I tried and even if I didn't have any doubt even before that it is disgusting ... well now I can also say I tried it and they just don't work well together.

TL;DR: well worth a visit, but reserve a table! Now, the most important thing first: the pizza was absolutely amazing!! They actually have their own farm in Italy, where they source many of their ingredients, and it shows! Another unexpected but absolute highlight was the hot chocolate, which was simply the BEST! This was the real deal, not the usual milk and powder kind of thing we tend to get everywhere. This was closer to a pure chocolate pudding. Even without the pizza, I'd go back just for that, but I have to stress again just how good the pizza was, as I'm probably not doing it justice 😂 The tiramisu was also very enjoyable, although it's a bit of a twist on the more common variation. I do have to leave one small criticism though: the espresso was surprisingly subpar, having come out sour and thin. Should be easy to change though, unless there's only one machine and regular coffee is more popular than espresso.

This is one of the better pizza places in the UK I'd argue. Not that you can get a real slice of pizza anywhere in this country. Having said that their Neapolitan pizza is quite good. The toppings of the Diavola are quite nice, good spice and the cheese is quite flavourful. The sauce is ok but not phenomenal and the crust needs a little work - too doughy for a real Neapolitan. The service was ok as well, not amazing not bad, sort of like your classical authentic Italian restaurant. I'd highly recommend this place though. Just don't get the negroni, it's the smallest one you'll ever have.

What a gem this place is! The food is spot on ! From simple olives to pasta and pizza it's just sooo tasty! Its like a piece of Italy in the middle of Brighton! If u looking for authentic italian food look no further!

The best Italian pizza in Brighton. The price are correct, service at the table was good but we had to wait a long time outside the restaurant to get a table but actually they had free tables they just did not come to see us thinking we were just waiting outside the restaurant for fun…

Busy pizza place which seems very popular among locals and tourists. Neapolitan style pizza seems the hit at the moment so thought to give it a try. It is ok it’s a thin base and fluffy edge pizza but is it mind blowing? No! It’s not amazing but it’s also not bad and the prices are reasonable but again in my opinion pizza is probably the worst price for value fast food anyway it’s literally a lot of dough. I am also not sure if it’s cooked in a wood fired oven as advertised but if you order trough a delivery app it’s definitely not cooked in a wood oven as they also do delivery from a separate kitchen which is Normal electric oven. But hey if you are a pizza fan than this place is not too bad and they are actually reattach fast too.

Best pizza in Brighton. The service was speedy and excellent. The only thing is if you are a large group, the seating downstairs is crammed and there is little ventilation. Once your hot food comes, you will find that it can get a bit hot. Probably wear light clothing to mitigate this. Brilliant though..I'd deffo go again.

I can honestly say this is the best pizza I have had in a long time. Lovely little restaurant, very busy so I'd advise booking. Generous sized pizza with top quality ingredients. Good service. Definitely recommend

Probably the best italian I have ever had, amazing pizzas, pasta, tiramisu.. So much, we went there 3 times during our stay! On the negative side though, some of the staff can really use some attitude check (except the joyful manager/waiter). Real shame..

A little piece of Italy but big portions, beware! Awesome atmosphere with seating ground floor and extra in cellar. Antipasti portions are good to share between 2. Melon spritz is a great summertime drink. Pizzas is large enough to share. So much choice on the menu. Will try pasta next visit. Service is pretty quick and friendly. Also has lots of Italian produce stacked high on the shelves around the restaurant..

I went for the margarita, it was delicious, proper authentic Italian pizza. Good quality ingredients. Small busy restaurant so I had to get takeaway. Might be a good idea to book in advance. I highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend this restaurant! A little piece of Italy brought to Brighton! The staff were friendly and welcoming. A great atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious and at a reasonable price. I will definitely return to this restaurant!

Amazing pizza, really flavoursome and reasonably priced for the quality. Lots of Italian staff which is always a good sign! Good vegan and veggie options and staff are willing to accommodate any changes to the dishes :) I will never eat Domino’s again!

  • 5/5 Antonia S. 2 years ago on Google
Truly brilliant pizzas here, plus a great range for Vegetarians & Vegans! Great selection of cocktails alongside the perfect pizza. I highly suggest booking a table before you visit as there is limited seating available. The only critique of this place is that the tables are quite small (or maybe it's because the pizza is big 🤔 haha). Second time visiting this restaurant, can't wait to come back for a third!

Love this restaurant. Authentic tasty Italian food. Rustic, no frills environment, friendly staff, and we were able to bring our dogs in, while we ate. Prices are reasonable and no more than you would expect in Brighton. A lovely lunch thank you very much ☺️

One of the best Italian restaurant there I even been in England. Food is amazing and the stuff are incredible! Very good prices and quality. If you are in Brighton don't miss the opportunity to taste they food.

Visited 5 years ago and came back again! It used to be my boyfriend’s favorite place when he lived in Brighton☺️ Love its atmosphere and pizzas!

  • 5/5 Stanley D. 2 years ago on Google
Really nice staff and really delicious pizzas. One pizza to yourself is a good challenge - they are rather large. Pizzas priced between £7-15. Also a great selection of starters, sharing dishes, pasta and several vegan options. It was full when we visited on Monday lunchtime so try and book a table!

Went here for my birthday and got exactly what I was hoping for- really tasty authentic pizza, great dough and sauce. We got a few starters, 4 pizzas and a vegetarian pasta dish. Unfortunately the pasta was a bit disappointing, very greasy and not that pleasant. However lovely staff, wide choice and customisation on menu and cozy, cute decor and bathrooms. Would recommend!
