The Pub And Grill I've been looking for, for my whole life... lovely place, great atmosphere, and the food is to die for. I'm definitely going back, nothing but good experiences!

Last minute decision to find a place for a bite and a beer. The place we are staying at said "not much around to go to that's worth while." We found this spot. Sunday and the kitchen closes at 6pm. We arrived at 5.30. The vibe was awesome. The food was really good. Portions.... My wife's salad was huge and tasty. Such value for money. I had the bacon and cheese burger. Grilled cheese on the patty. I really didn't expect that. (Happy me) It was good! Actually it was really good.

The food and atmosphere is very good but as a non-smoker I felt it very off-putting and unacceptable that people be allowed to smoke where food is being served.

Awful awful service! We had a family lunch with 4 tables booked - and between the waitress taking forever to take orders, and the meals coming out in drips and drabs, it was just soooo slow! It meant that we some people were ready to leave, while other people's food was only arriving. The food was good - but they really need to have more staff available if big groups book.

Very friendly staff, I must always say we are are always welcomed like royalty the food is always excellent and drinks are affordable its well worth visiting this establishment.

Went there on the spur of the moment, parking is ample, live music, mostly a nice place to eat out. Had the buffet @R130 a plate, perhaps a little on the high side as there was not much choice, one meat only, salad, veg, potato, rice and bread. Not much customers there at the time, still had to wait quite a while to get a waiter.

Not really a BAR type of person, but great job in cleaning up some of the rif-raf patrons that use to frequent your establishment. With Etienne there, things are much better.

Sunday meal delicious. On Sundays there's upcoming singers. Today's country show was excellent

Almost half an hour after ordering a drink the waitress/bar lady was sitting down relaxed quietly having a rest. No drink. She appears to have forgotten me, although she promised to bring the drink twice in the 30 minutes I waited before I left without the drink.

Our band 'Sideline' played there the 17th of December, good service, the food tastes great and the people loved the music, no trouble, staff is friendly, all is well. Thumbs up

I went there for lunch and a drink and received hardly any service. After showing me to a table I waited 16 minutes for a Black Label draught to arrive. I wanted to order food and was ignored for 70 minutes with an open menu in front of me until I decided to leave. Paid my bill at the bar because obviously there was nobody checking on me. Unless you are a local there don't expect any service.

Great place... I love it there, people are friendly... Waiters, apparently, all are sharing the tip, so you feel to tip môre for the ladies to have a fair share... My platter, the cheese grillers, was forgotten. My husband asked for extra crumb mushrooms he never got them. The waiter said she forgot it, and we ordered x 3 pudding and only received x 1... Will definitely go back for the great place. Great food and great atmosphere.

This would be the last time that this place will see me. I came out to dine with my family on 20/01/2024, 11:30. Every one else in our group already ate their food, and afterwards I had to ask where is my food. Been waiting longer for chicken strips than others have been waiting for t-bones. Speaking of, the t-bones where so hard to chew on, I couldn't even feed it to my dogs

Only been at the place 3 time and 2 out of the 3 times the servers is absolutely useless. If you don't sit at the baar you get no service rather take your money elsewhere i would recommend
