I am truly disappointed at this place. The lady serving us was so friendly and happy, but to wait for over 2hrs for a simple meal for 2 of us (pizza and chicken schnitzel) which was not even served together (easily 20 min apart) was disappointing. And not even worth the wait. We were only one of 3 tables and it appeared the same thing happened to the others too. To also see staff/owners eating their pizza before yours puts the icing on the cake: the owners don’t know how to run a service based business.

Sad place. It used to be amazing years ago. Now it is run down, with boring food and boring service. Not recommended at all. Unless you are miserable and want to drown your sorrows.

A neat and clean operation with cold beer. Friendly staff. Did not stay for a meal,will definitely next time! Worth a visit.

Brilliant establishment, food was awesome! Drinks were cold. Osman was a great waiter!

We wern't aware the Gem had changed owners. Sadly the Gem is not as popular as previously. Hopefully tge new owners can inject some life into the place.
