Long cue but at least the is multiple tables to enjoy your food whether inside or outside and there's stairs where you can eat upstairs in peace. And the till operators or waiters or whatever are unbelievable polite, maybe it's because I was served by a man instead of a female 🤔. It's better than most KFCs I've been to where they love employing rude, grumpy, old or young and ugly waiters who make you feel like you don't deserve to shop in their store or try to make you feel small.

The service is good and food is good too

I would suggest the trading hours to be updated, because the store doesn't open at 6. Its now 06:30 but yet still not open

Second time visiting the store and they are always running out of chicken in the peak or rush hours. Don't bother to go there on weekends.

I was not happy at all,,, the assistant didn't not help me well,,, it seems as if I'm just a piece of thrash,,, he took my card and tap it,,, I don't want my card to be tapped at all cause I'm afraid of,,, but he didn't just care even when I asked him not to,,,, he better change that rude attitude of his,,,, he could have not helped me at all,,,,

I was really disturbed by the fact that the staff manipulated the ticketing system and had people queueing like they are queueing for free food. If they used the ticketing system there wasn't gonna be a gathering at the collection desk. I suggested this and they refused me to speak to a manager. If your staff don't know the reason why there is a ticketing system you should educate your staff coz clearly they are just going as they please. I hope this get to who ever owns this franchise because we are not queuing for free food

Didn't have the best experience. The workers don't know how to talk with customers.

The service is friendly and quick but the place gets really really packed.

I had something disgusting on my chips.. I showed them n they changed them without any hustle even there other customers i was with on the que didn't notice anything... Loved how they dealt with the matter

The shop needs to improve during month end because they were shortage of staff. People had to wait for a long time to get the food. And only one person who was busy doing everything instead of having 3 or 4 staff members.

Bad service, I had to wait on the line as if I didn't order online to pay for my order and I waited over 20 Minutes to get my order. What's the use of offering online services when u won't be able to meet it? It sucks

It may seem as though some orders r not there, my thought was that each set of chicken pieces come with chips...i bought 9 pieces without chips...n therez no option of gravies n buns salad etc...im disappointed...u just get some dry chicken pcs....

Poor service, long slow queues.

I wanted to order 10dunked wings with streetwise 2 (thigh and drum) I was told that there are no thighs and drumsticks ny the cashier Betty, but the person who was behind me was able to get the two pieces. @Brits Boxer. I had to wait for about 40min for my order and I wasn't even told I had to wait. To think that I'm actually a regular there and such things happen, it's repulsive
