Thabiso treated us like gold🥰and the food was out of this world, especially the wings😍

Today: This is my second review. My first review had 3 stars. A year ago. Today I give 5 stars. Thabiso is definitely a huge asset to this mugg and bean! --------- A year ago: The food was great and arrived quicker than we could have expected! The waiting and trying to get attention when wanting to place another order/to pay was a bit of a hassle.

We had the best experience, our waiter Pule was attentive, friendly and never mixed the ball. I was quite surprised to see everyone checking up on us including waiters for other tables , it was quite refreshing to everyone making sure we are okay 👍🏻. I highly highly recommend Mugg & Bean at Village Mall Hartbeespoort.

Best Mugg and Bean in North West! Waiters provide excellent service; remember regular orders always very friendly. Food is excellent; portion size always surprises me, very fresh ingredients used. Always a pleasure to visit😉

Notice the manger doesn't really do his rounds asking if clients are happy, his more bothered by the friends at a table than clients. Other than that the waiters are one the ball can't wait to see my favorite waiter and the food is extremely good.

We had lunch on a weekend and it was a very nice branch. The staff was friendly and polite. Service was very good and quick. It was very big and even had outdoor seating. Even the menu options are good. Pleasant atmosphere too. Must visit for sure

Pule goes over and above! Service is INCREDIBLE! I need to add that I had been in the previous day and there had been a mixup with the billing over a drink I had ordered (I was oblivious of the mixup). Apparently I had been charged for a drink that I had requested be exchanged. When I returned the following day, both Pule and the manager came to me to inform me of the mistake and offer me the drink I had paid for but never gotten. Where in the world does this even happen? Harties Mugg &Bean, you lead the way when it comes to morals and ethics! Thank you.

Was enjoying my tasty breakfast....suddenly got nauseated and excused my self outside which led to bathroom. Sadly i emptied my delicious meal out. What was most outstanding is when a lady by the name Maria, came to bathroom to check on me while I was still in the bathroom and she walked me back to the restaurant. Maria Floudiotis, thank you for your kindness and humanity ❤❤❤💯

I was so impressed with the service provided by John waiter at Hartebeespoort mugg and bean on 17 Dec 2022. His manner of serving, warm and welcoming. In general, the vibe in the restaurant was so amazing and excellent, different from any Mugg and Bean. By the way, I was visiting from Joburg

The food and service was great. Special thanks to our waiter John for making us so comfortable. He went out of his way to make me and my son comfortable with blankets so he can sleep while we enjoy our meal. The food was great thanks to the chef.

It's one place I've been longing to visit , I finally did and I really enjoyed myself there. The brunch was awesome 👌🏽 and everything went well

Ordered the blue berry muffin, lemon meringue and Carrot cake. The carrot cake was amazingly moist,abit tangy(tiny pieces pineapple), soft textured crumbly with nuts, carrots topped with real cream cheese. Too yummy! We enjoyed the muffin and lemon meringue as well. The service and friendliness of staff was superb👌

Khutšo was the best waitress ever,everything was super delicious and she really made sure we are comfortable, together with her manager…they are the best

Truly on of the too M&B's in the country. Lovely atmosphere. The food is always top notch. Staff and owner deliver excellent service, making this one of our favorite eateries. Good value for money. Always walk away satisfied.

What an excellent service we received! The waiter was active. We did not wait for our meals for long. We were checked if we are OK until we asked for the bill. Thanks for the service. We'll definitely come back.

Our waiter was Pule @ Village Mall. He was perfect. His service so excellent, well organized and treat customers as we arecthe only people. His treatment was of 5 star hotel. He is the best. Keep it up Pule.

Great breakfast. Large and fresh portions. Was a bit of a chilly summer's morning, so even got a nice m&b fleece blanket to keep me warm while enjoying breakfast.

Mugg and bean at the village mall in haarties was one of my worst breakfast experiences. Food was disgusting. Chicken livers were inedible - raw, had a bad smell and were floating in oil, we had soggy "toasted" bread, eggs tasted of vinegar and the mushrooms were loaded of salt. We left all meals uneaten, paid the bill and left as there were no resolution offered even after I brought this to our waiters attention...Service was absolutely rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Will not be returning here.

We ALWAYS go to this branch. We went yesterday. Even told by the front manager saying we haven't been here in a while. We Drive all the way from PTA to eat here. Well it was the last. I know we were there in peak time 10.30am but struggled to get the waitress attention. Placed our order. My classic bfast was ice cold and my brother had a bfast bagel that was old and rubbery. Couldn't find our waiter after 15min we ate the meals. Waiter didn't even query why half the bagel was send back and no doggy bag was wanted. Then it was the fight for the bill. Even the tabel next to us was struggling to get the bill. Only to find out the waiter went out the restaurant to who knows where. I dont know what was going on but the standards had dropped and service was severely lagging. Its sad this was my favorite bfast restaurant.

Visited Mugg and Bean Harties on 22/06/22 The food was delicious, however the service was poor. The waiter had an attitude and we felt like we were being rushed into leaving the restaurant, even though breakfast and brunch peak hour has just passed and the restaurant was fairly empty.

I’m a regular here. I always have the Rancheros Omelette. I’ve tried other items on the menu but my tastebuds don’t agree, ie; Sweetcorn Fritter Stack, South African Eggs Benedict, California Omelette, Breakfast Bagel and I find the muffins too dry for my liking. Cakes are always fresh and the blueberry cheese cake is always a winner. The staff is super attentive and friendly. Pule is always so kind. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed.

Always wonderful. Great food, service and atmosphere. Bit pricy but well worth it. Menu gets small changes regularly so its always exciting.

Lovely restaurant! They have such a wide variety of things to eat and drink and their kiddies menu is great, and the service was really good.

Food is good. Just wish they’d upgrade their blunt steak knives 🔪 .. every time its a struggle to cut anything 😔 starting to wonder if i need to bring my own knife Edit: same meal at a different mugg and bean. Their knifes are sharper. (Second photo)
