Loved the service,didn't wait for long to be served,however it wasn't busy when I visited,ambience was good but not really clean however they were cleaning when we arrived.food was ok but not wow.

Horrible. Absolutely. No two ways about it. I don't know if the staff were overwhelmed or they just don't know how to work smart. They had 3 staff on the floor on a Monday morning, no big crowd, but you'd think they were serving a whole street of revellers at the Mardi Gras. Poorly prepared food, poor customer service. In a word: horrible.

The service offered by the staff and management is tops , I returned two incorrectly bought items and without hesitation they were taken. If you want to see best smiling hostess and waitress I would recommend that you visit this place , their melody when singing a happy birthday song is also 👌

Service was excellent. Food came too quickly and was enjoyable. They even had a bigger play area for the children. Enough parking spaces, even across the street.

It's in the center. Lots of parking and parking for disabled people. Toilet 🚻 in the mall and for disabled 🙄 people. The place has birthday 🎂 🥳 partys as well. You can order your take away food and pickup when you pass bye. There is a kids menu. Prices are reasonable.

Was so relaxing and clean. With wonderful staff. Food was fresh and coffee was warm.

We were attend to by a beautiful lady by the name of Christiana she gave us the best service. She checked up on us and the food was fresh and hot. She was so friendly and patient for me and my family. God bless her and her staff.

Was really warm in there. Airconditioning could have made it a bit cooler. But was definitely better than our previous visit 2 years ago

Tried they're new rib burger. Literally uncooked. My waiter was sooo bad. I'm sad. Only nice thing was the fact that the kiddies toy was somewhat educational.

My family as I went to Wimpy about 2 weekends ago. Just before the renovation started. To say it’s was disappointing is not quite enough. I’ve been abroad for over a year and was looking forward to my wimpy cheeseburger. Needless to say I regretted this decision immediately…. Under new management or not… this was bad… our drinks took over 20 minutes to come- with only three tables- WHY? We all ordered food… which came bit by bit at least 40 minutes afterwards… and received cold… all 4 meals… some even found hair in the food… With no waiter willing to come to the table after hearing the discussion from the waiter station… this was just the cherry on top… As someone from the industry I know all the failures… honestly this was one of my disappointment of my trip… Hopefully management will change again and this time get it right…

The food was standard for Wimpy and the service was ok. This wimpy has a unique area outside under the trees, but just sit under the umbrella if you dont like things falling in your plate.

Under new Management? Really disappointed with the food. Undercooked chips, soggy buns, onion rings very thick and undercooked. The food came out really fast which would explain why everything was underdone. We waited longer for the bill than for the food.

Super disappointment We have been going to this Wimpy for more then 15 year 4 of us went yesterday- wow is all I can say My husband and I had a chicken burger and it was so dry and rubbery My fr had to send her burger back because the bread was SO OLD that you couldn’t even cut it No sauce no relish and a rubbery egg My second friend’s was the worst!! He bit into his patty and it smelled so bad! I can not believe people would serve ‘food’ like this and not feel ashamed After all these years - This Wimpy will never see me, my family or friends ever again Great view, great staff - absolutely awful food

My wife and actually went twice. Our first time the food was terrible the veggies were over cooked. Second time we met by unfriendly staff, we ordered double breakkie. Everything was burned, the bread was crispy. We came in looking to dine outside, the table was messy and the lady was not interested in cleaning it. I'm so disappointed.

Wimpy Schoemansville is outstanding. Mpho' s services was amazing. The food reached us fast and it was delicious. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming and the new uniforms look great.

I just love it when you walk into a restaurant and you're welcomed by friendly staff! Friendliest staff Fast service Clean environment, and of course the play area for children were spacious enough.

Well located with a basic food selection, unfortunately they are often not well stocked. Ideal place for school kids from nearby school, but ... there seems to be a huge lack of motivation or business sense when groups of 10 or more want to book and the Wimpy does not have the basic foods, cold drinks or still water in stock! And ... business hours are from morning until 19h30 during the week (as posted on their doors i.e.), but as of 17h00 when you want to sit down there is no more service...?
