I Love to go to this KFC some times. It's just next Roman Pizza shop in side the Complex. I always like to eat zinger burger, zinger wings and Box master from this place. They fried chicken very nicely and they made them very delicious. The staff was very good, helpful and friendly too. The food was very delicious and fresh fried chicken.

30 minutes in drive through. To get disgusting dry inedible chicken burger.

This has got to be the worst KFC outlet that I have ever experienced! Their chicken is way overcooked, resulting in a dry & tough product; plus the famous Colonel Saunders spiced and crispy batter is a tasteless and soggy crust. Both my husband and I had badly upset stomachs for the whole of the next day, and we each had a different meal, so it wasn't just one product. NEVER AGAIN! Stay away is my advice.

REPEAT OFFENDER! I am so tired of getting horrible service from this particular KFC, false promises of improved services. after having to park and wait canceling any notion of fast food, drove off to find items missing from my order ....again. What we received was edible.

The most ridiculous team of people I have ever seen. I put on a timer on for waiting for my food. Now keep in mind there is like 3 cars in drive through and one lady and myself inside ..... IT TOOK OVER 20 MIN for them to hand over my food and guess what we waited for? 3 little packs of fries that's it 20 min for fries. I'm disgusted with this management and workers they laugh at you they ignore you mac Donald's will see me and my family and friends from now on I'm done with this place close this dam shop down

I am absolutely disappointed today. Bought lunch from Hartbeespoort branch, tap to pay with my card and about 20 minutes later my card was cloned and almost R2000 stolen out of my account. I honestly think this is something to look into, because i am possibly not the first person this happens to. Also if it was there card machine, makes me wonder if the person who cloned my card works there. And i am pretty sure kfc will not take responsibility for the money that disappeared out of my account, but most certainly need to look into this and there staff.

Literally the worst KFC I’ve been to my ENTIRE life. We waited for over 20 minutes only to find out that they had not started working on our order (2 items), people who came after us had left already. I’ve never spent so much time at a KFC just WAITING!!! They only deserve a demerit, unfortunately Google doesn’t have -2 stars.

Whenever we order food, it’s unexpectedly gets cancelled? Second happening now. they don’t even inform us our food is getting cancelled ALSO, they never have stock? any little thing you want to order is out of stock

The zinger wings in KFC Sediba are no longer nice as before, they are stale and not juicy. Seems like they resell the ones left the previous day. That's not good at all. This is been recurring and we no longer going to buy here or recommend people to buy wings here. They must improve

Everytime we go to this KFC they don't have chicken. We have to wait 20 to 30 min through a drive through. It's getting ridiculous. I have reported to head office. This will be the 4th time reporting this KFC. It's pathetic

Terrible, our mash and gravy was soo runny it's like they added water to make it go further, or didn't give it time to thicken up. The kitchen was behind on drive through orders an customers were lined up in the parking lot waiting for their orders.

After 45 minutes of waiting for my food, I was told it will take 4 minutes to cook the chicken fillets. After that the experience became more and more hilarious. Sneaking a chip out the bag while in the car felt more like satisfying my hunger than my taste buds. Stale, hard chips. Chicken fillets was skinless after a few bites. All round terrible experience at this KFC.

We went there one night and they literally told us they don't have food to serve. Update: Still bad.

Terrible terrible service. You can wait for an hour to get a simple thing such as a streetwise 2 meal. Don’t think I’ll visit again ;-(

Best classic wrap I've ever had since KFC launched a wrap. Chicken was fresh and cooked to perfection, a very delicious meal I had.

Omitted comments during my prior posting, but downgraded the star rating. Been three now without active card machine at drive through. Mobile machines are available on market even if it is temporary. Also, staff often reluctant to supply basic condiments...even blatantly lying about not having it. Please look into this branch. Bad representation of KFC

Absolutely horrible establishment, went through drive thru for an hour with still no order leading me to have to walk in to fetch it and still waiting 10 minutes (amongst other unhappy customers with the same complaint )after addressing the matter directly with the manager Vanessa. Arrived home only to find out there were two pieces of chicken missing. This not being the first time I encounter a bad service like this. Utterly disrespectful to the time of their paying customers. Fix it.

Its out local KFC, and we love their menu, but their coleslaw is almost always put of stock. They either have mash and gravy or coleslaw... almost never both. Other than that , a wonderful take out experience!

No, thanks. The food was so dry I almost choked on their small snack burger and it's not the first time I'm disappointed in their food, I wiol not go there by choice again.

When you make an order through call you still have to wait so they can prepare your order basically there's no use ordering through call

Very very busy when we visited. Service is friendly but slow. Portions is smaller compared to other KFC's I visited before. Front parking is very small and can not handle the amount of vehicles entering. I personally saw 2 vehicles turm around and leave due to the drive through beimg slow and no open parkings available.

We had a bucket and fully loaded box meals. Chicken was fresh and tasted very nice. The downside was the fully loaded box meals was not packed in boxes. The whole order was placed in a paper bag. Packaging not as nice as it should be.
