This is the third time I have ordered from them and got the wrong items. First time I got burnt pizza. Second time they brought wrong pizza. Third time they forgot to bring my drink. When i called the shop they were already closed as the driver is still doing his rounds after the shop closes which means I have to wait until the next day to get my problems resolved.

The service was excellent. The pizza's was delicious. Will definitely recommend this restaurant

Pizzas are overpriced, with no flavour. Unfortunately the toppings are so few, that the whole pizza just ends up tasting like cardboard... Staff are awesome, but they can surely not be proud of the product that they are selling... I feel sorry for them 😔

I looove Romans Chef salad and always buys it from Romans at Sediba plaza. But this time which was suppose to be croutons looked and tasted like duck food, the bread was wet and not cooked crispy. Very disappointed and will not buy the salad there again

I am very disappointed in this service. I phone and placed my order when I got there they got the order wrong. Then I said they must fix it. Then I had to wait 50 minutes for my pizza. Because they then just placed it as a new order then I had to wait till everyone recieved their pizzas but I placed my order way before everyone. To wait on a monday night after work, kids need food.. I meen common.. Just move!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure if Romans Sediba is busy training new staff, don't have enough ingredients or are unfamiliar with the menu, but a Fetaroni Pizza does not have a bbq base, it has a tomato base. Was not a happy coincidence unfortunatley.

Excellent food but because it was busy we had to wait for about 40 minutes (6 orders before us) until we could recieve our four large pizzas.

Don't order online or via call from 7pm. They will ignore your order and leave you wondering if it will be felivered before they close❤️

I wanted to buy pizza around 19:50 and I asked for the toilet since I was really pressed but they refused to let me use their toilet. I told them that their customer service is bad and told them I’m not buying anymore and this guy gave me an attitude saying it’s better that way because there’s nothing they can do for me. I will never buy pizza there and will never refer anyone.

There’s nothing bad I can say about romans but for the love of all that is good and delicious PLEASE get your delivery people a scooter. There’s no need for them to have to push a cart around Harties…in 2024…in this heat. Even a second hand bike would work.

We waited longer than an hour for one pizza . The delivery giy drove passed us 3 times and drove down another street and came back and the pizza was cold and the driver was very arrogant with us we sent the pizza back and was cold and waited another half an hour for the new pizza and i canceled it , really bad service!!!

Don't buy the seafood pizza. Mine was so oily and blant. The avo on the avo and feta was not ripe for the most part. But we ate. We were full.

Love it absolutely amazing....would like to see more fariety when it comes to deserts, but overall Very well done!

Waited for almost an hour and after checking with the cashier the 2nd time, they told me that my order is wrong and have to make another pizza. The guy working in the kitchen was very rude and was shouting at the counter staff every time they ask about my order. And to top it all, one pizza was cold when we got home.

The lady who assisted me was nice and helped me choose the flavors without rushing me like other stores does. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. Though the cooker was slow with my order, the service was great. Place is clean and you sanitize from outside, meaning that no unnecessary queues inside due to sanitizing process

The worst service ever. First had a bad experience with delivery when they took an hour and a half to deliver, but thought I should give them a second chance. Unfortunately after ordering again next time I had yet another bad experience where excuse after excuse was given and promises that the driver is on his way, needless to say the pizza never showed up.

Ordered online at 18:10 and they said about 30min good got to shop at 18:33 amd it wasn't ready, they were busy so no problem. At 1915 after waiting for another 45min they come to me and say they forgot about my lasagna and it's going into the oven .Canceled and went home hungry.
