The chicken, chips and roll really tasted nice, the waiting time wasn't bad at all. I really enjoyed my takeaway. Will definitely visit again.

The drive through service is quick. The staff was very friendly and patient with me as I tried to figure out what to order. The food was freshly prepared and tasted great. An extra star for operating during loadshedding hours!

Their drive thru service was bit faster than other Nando's, however they gave me quarter wing while I ordered quarter leg, only to find out when I reach my office to eat 😭😭

Slow service, seems like they only prioritize drive-thru... The employees are misinformed about the deals Nandos has with other companies. It took 20 minutes to redeem meals I bought on the Vodacom app and another hour to get the food. Nandos also needs to educate their staff regarding their partnerships. Nandos sucks!!! I'm done, no more.

Service was totally awesome, Tshidi is super polite and humble. One could swear it wasn't a black Friday. Thank you team Wonderpark, I know the service goes way back to the kitchen. #MuchAppreciated.

Today is probably the 4th that we requested extra sauce on our order and it’s getting annoying honestly. Also, the taste never hits the spot, they always miss something. They really need to do better, they can learn a thing or two from the Hatfield branch.

We ordered food from Uber eats full chicken and 2 sides only chicken arrived and food was late and cold

I ordered food from them on the Mr D App. They accepted the order. I waited for almost 2 hours for my food and they even closed in that time. At least they could've had the decency to decline my order or let me know they won't be fulfilling it.

I was so disappointed for the fact that I drove from capital park to Wonderpark for me to get nonsense first they ask me to move from the drivethru to go and park for what no one explained okay I went to park still no one came till I went inside then when I got home on my festa fries it was just full of onions even the stuff and management are so unprofessional you guys should learn one or two things from nandos Brooklyn

Excellent service from the whole team, enjoyed my meal. Big up to Nthabiseng and Johannes, they made sure every table is attended on time and not short of anything.

What is the use of a "fast food" drive through, if you have to go and wait in the parking lot for your order? Rather cancel the drive through, so that people dont think its going to be a fast way of getting something for the road.

Probably one of the worst nandos franchise ever! The stuff is rude...the less said about the manager the better. I politely asked for an extra sauce only for the manager to end up refunding me because she couldn't give me extra sauce! On numerous times I've had a dry chicken from this outlet. I don't see myself going the again. Rubbish!!!

I don’t think I’ll ever order anything that’s cooked from here again after receiving chicken that had a bit of a weird smell and gave me a runny tummy. That chicken was definitely not fresh. No wonder people are always getting burnt chicken. It’s definitely to hide the fact that the chicken is days old. They gave me the chicken breast and wing portion but there was more breast than wing.

I didn't use the drive-through facility. But the normal service is good, and the food is good. A lot better than other branches.

This actually deserves no star at all. First time I ordered garlic rolls and I regret it big time, got the burnt scent when I opened the bag. My asked for large chips, I received small chips in a large packet. Meat was burnt and dry, I paid for extra sauce but dololo…. I love Nando’s buy this was my worst experience ever 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

The service is great, especially on the drive through where you often pay for your meal, pick it up and go within 5 minutes. The quality of the food is nothing less than what you expect from a good Nando's outlet. The knowledgeable waiters are always helpful and patiently explain the various menu options. On certain days of the week the drive-thru can get a bit crowded with long queues. So it's sometimes better to park the car and walk in to get the order inside where the queues are usually very short.

I was very pleased with the service they offered my sister and I the last time we were there. Big ups to you guys

I had an online order and I specified that I will collect my chicken at 17h00. I collected but when I get home my chicken was very cold,hard and dry as if it was prepared in the morning, though I specified 17h00. I was so bored when I get home never thought will have such a bad chicken from nandos, I have always been a fan but after Monday 16th I am not sure anymore

They have a big team... Drive through is supper quick!
