This place is so fab and funky. These are my second pair of specs from Auerbach & Steele. Unfortunately I lost my other pair! I've got contact lenses from here too. It may be pricey however it is well worth it. The service is second to none. The professionalism is second to none and I have to thank Anmol for her patience and expertise. Would I want to save a few quid and go somewhere else? No! I can't wait for their new frames to come in next month. I'm so happy I went here for my eye check last year. A great find and so colourful.

I love my new optical wear from Auerbach & Steele! Their selection is so full of cool glasses. Nita helped me with my decisions, and she was very knowledgable and patient helping me select my eyeglass wear. I had to go back to the states, and she so kindly shipped them to me in a very quick time. I highly recommend this wonderful Optical store in Chelsea.

I have had the best experience with Auerbach & Steele who have recently helped me with contact lenses. I had recently been told by another optician that in their opinion I'd never be able to 'crack' contacts (as someone who had a fear of touching their eyes) I was a bit of a tricky patient! I was however, sure I would be able to with a bit more practise, I just needed an optician with a little patience and who would spend more than 30 minutes with me doing a teach. The care, patience and customer service I received at Auerbach & Steele has been truly 5 star! A massive thank you to both Jamielee and Jasmine who took the time with me to get my confidence up! For anyone looking for an optician that really cares and goes the extra mile this is the place.

We had a fantastic experience at this optician. We were traveling from abroad to obtain these lenses and Anmol was instrumental in making it possible. She was in continuous communication to help us get the lenses ordered in advance of our trip and then get them cut while we were in town. Heather was also fantastic answering our many questions about the lenses and myopia. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend this optician to those near and far.

I have just picked up my new pair of prescription glasses from Auerbach&Steele and have been extremely impressed with the result. The service was excellent. The staff were very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I have a very high prescription (-9.5) but the frame/lenses they helped me pick are a really excellent fit and my eyes look very natural. I am absolutely delighted. I had my eye test here too. The optometrist was very attentive and did a very careful examination. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be back!

A very supportive experience today. I broke my glasses last night and was fearful they couldn’t be fixed. Between phoning Auerbach team to see if they could help and stopping by on my way home from work it was all great. With my glasses completely out of alignment and looking very sad, magically Auerbach were able to repair the issue. Thank you! I can see again!

After trying lots of different eye stores and having no luck in finding a style to suit me, I purchased from here. The staff were really helpful in directing me to a totally different style I was reluctant about trying, but which ended up really sitting me and gathering me miss of compliments!! For me it's the best place in London for high quality, stylist original frames. I hadn't been to the store in a number of years however the optician today was really helpful when I called in without a booking to check if I'd left a contact lens in my eye. I hadn't succeeded in taking it out as far as I was aware yet it didn't appear to be in my eye. The optician did a thorough check and confirmed my cornea wasn't scratched from my efforts nor did it appear to be stuck in the top or bottom lid. This gave me assurance that all is fine so I'm very appreciative
