I am so overwhelmed with the service at this opticians. The eyetest was very through and every aspect of my eye health and prescription was explained which has never happened before. The staff helping me choose lens for my needs were every knowledgable and talked me through my options. They suggested a brilliance lens that sounded amazing so I went for it. I have just collected my glasses and all I can say is “WOW” the name brilliance is what these lens are. The vision is so clear and the progression into my reading is seamless, unlike any other varifocals I have worn from other establishments. I am so impress with realeyes and I recommend all to try their services. Thank you to the amazing staff there. I will back to get my sunglasses real soon.

Just picked up my youngest sons glasses. He seems to be happy with them. Going back in a few days to get my oldest his. Friendly staff and very helpful.

The Doctors were extremely helpful and quick with helping , however the sales person (didn't had a name and when I asked for his name he didn't respond) was extremely rude and rushing to finish off his service. He doesn't listen to what you like and doesn't like to explain anything and cuts you off in the middle whilst talking.

Had problems with my eyes and booked appointment online,had a courtesy call same day to confirm I was coming for appointment which was good as I forgot what time I booked,the service was great,had full eye examination and optician was straight to the point and explained everything and his colleague helped me choose my glasses and made sure I was happy with them,I highly recommend them as are thorough and very helpful

it Was very easy to originally book my appointment with Selma who was able to settle my worries until my appointment by answering some questions I had. And the appointment itself went very smoothly and I’m aware that sometimes I can ask such irrelevant questions, but they all got answered, in full. And when leaving both Juliana and Selma were very polite and helpful.

The manager ‘Selma’ took a lot of time explaining the various different options of lens available to me. When we decided which lens would best suit my needs, she then showed me a lot of frames as I’m very indecisive this took some time and a lot of patience from her. The customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend realeyes in Mitcham to my friends and family

I have been coming to realeyes for over a decade and have always received excellent service. Not only are the staff very personable but they all have such great costumer service, I always feel at ease. I felt to write a review due to the exceptional service I received yesterday at the Mitcham branch. I have been experiencing blurred vision in my right eye for some months and felt I needed a check up. I called the opticians and was booked in for a check up very swiftly. After a very thorough consultation with my optician (Komail) He explained in depth about my astigmatism which was the cause of my blurred vision and explained how it can be managed by correcting my current contact lens prescription. He took the time to explain each step in detail and I left the consultation feeling extremely happy and relieved that my problem was being dealt with properly. He ordered me a set of lens to try and Talked through the next steps very clearly. I would highly recommend this opticians to anyone who wishes to receive excellent customer service from knowledgeable staff. Keep up the great job!

A few months ago, I was in the Mitcham area and saw a display for Seiko lenses in the window of this branch. I searched online for Seiko lenses and read about their features and quality. Having owned a couple of Seiko watches over the years, I know their reputation for quality and this is what made me go in one day to enquire. I was met by friendly and helpful staff at reception. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable in having my eye tests and glasses done here. A few weeks later, I went in and made an appointment - the process was quick and easy. The doctor was knowledgeable, pleasant, and thorough. I collected my glasses today and am very pleased with the stylish frames and thin lenses. These are easily the best lenses I've ever had since I started wearing glasses many moons ago. Kudos to the entire team at Realeyes Opticians (Mitcham branch) for your excellent communication, stellar service, and overall awesomeness! I cannot recommend you guys highly enough!
