    I have worked at 25 Harley Street for 10 months. I have had the worst work experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

    I’ve been seen by Phoenix Hospital Group at both 9 & 25 Harley Street for scans and consultant appointments (both pre and post procedure). The end to end service has been fantastic and affordable pricing for self paying patients (particularly compared to other groups in the same area). The decor and fit out inside both venues is high quality as well. The booking process was incredibly simple with follow up support from reception/admin staff via email and phone calls. Dr. Paul Crowe in particular has been fantastic with his service, and has excellent patient care skills. I was made to feel comfortable in his presence and he was very professional with in-depth knowledge about the procedure in question (covering the end to end process), including follow up support and expectation management.

    Awful. Did not provide estimates. Was told one price and then as I came round from a general anaesthetic I was harassed for more money for a swab that I'd already paid for. Then informed no, I had to pay more despite no written estimate or agreement in advance. Then bullied and ignored by management when trying to get to the bottom of things. This hospital does not put patients first, does not adhere to GMC Standards and should be reported to the CQC for flagrant disregard of their patients.

    AVOID Phoenix Hospital Group if you are considering them for cosmetic surgery. I underwent surgery with one of their consultants back in 2015. I chose Miss Caroline Mills as she is a maxillo and face expert. I underwent cheek implants and on both occasions they were too big . She also performed other surgeries that were not right which she admitted to ! I asked for a refund and neither the hospital or Caroline mils will take responsibility or any accountability. They do not care about me and have given me no support . My dispute with them has gone on for years and at first the Phoenix Hospital Group ignored my complaint . It was only til I got my local MP involved that Mr Andrew Barker CEO took me seriously . Mr Barker doesn’t care about how this dispute is affecting my mental heAl . He knows far too well what stress I’ve been under and yet still doesn’t want to issue me with a refund . I have provided him with so much evidence and yet the Phoenix Hospital are still not happy . I have given them photographs and second opinions from various consultants . Whatever evidence I provide for them is never enough. Also, Mr Barker failed to respect patient confidentiality and spoke about me to a surgeon despite me telling him repeatedly to NOT do so. The surgeon that he spoke to confirmed he had and actually said to my face that Miss Caroline mills was crazy to perform cheek implants on me . Update : They still haven’t issued me with a refund . They are now saying they didn’t break confidentiality rules !! They have ! I have the evidence ! I would never recommend them for. Cosmetic surgery . Weymouth hospital is renowned for over charging patients .. then they claim they made a mistake ! So always check your bill!!! It’s happened to a lot of us that have had cosmetic surgery. So dodgy ! I would choose Nuffield Health over then any time !

    Fiona Payne is one of the nicest doctors that I have ever met. She had really done her homework and had a good knowledge of me and my family background, not just medically and she made me feel very much at ease. I felt the time flew and i could have talked to her for hours. Thanks for looking after me.

    i visited London Radiology for a scan. The appointment was on time and felt a very personal experience. I was provided with good explanations about the process and treated very considerately. All very reassuring. I was also pleased to get early feedback, there and then, as to the provisional assessment as a result of the Scan. Excellent! Don't laugh, but having fasted for 36 hours, I thought I might have been offered a coffee and biscuit!

    Helpful and friendly emails leading up to the appointment. Lovely Reception staff. Clean and tidy and comfortable waiting area. Consultant really thorough and explained everything. His assistant also very nice.

    I arrived approximately 10 mins early for my appointment and was directed to a seating area outside the consulting room where the person I was seeing was holding their clinic. I was distressed to find that I was able to clearly hear the private conversation going on inside the room. This is completely unacceptable and negatively affected my confidence in the professionalism of the organisation.

    I self-referred for the Wellwoman Ultra Fit tests as I wanted some validation from test results provided by an overworked NHS. It was a wonderful location and interior (I went to 25 Harley Street). The nurse was really great - friendly and brilliant at taking bloods. I never received a confirmation of my appointment, so had to ring around to speak to someone to check it had gone through. I was told it hadn't so had to argue that my card had been charged for the full amount. Two weeks on, I've still not got the GP interpretation of the results - I only received the actual results as I chased up. I've chased several times and now I've given up. I wouldn't recommend. For the service and the price, there are better alternatives available.

    I saw Dr Ratnavel with my 7yr old son who has alopecia areata. He explained the condition thoroughly, the treatments available and put my mind at ease; giving us reassurance and clarity. I would not hesitate to contact him again in the future if needs be. His staff we also very prompt and polite. Overall I was pleased with the service received.

    I arrived for my appointment and completed my registration form then was immediately taken to one of the treatment rooms. A very nice, friendly nurse chatted to me whilst she carried out the blood test. She was exceptionally good as I didn't even feel the needle penetrate my skin. The procedure was over in what seemed like a few moments, the nurse checked I was steady on my feet and happy to leave then I was on my way home 20 minutes after I arrived. I couldn't have had better service.

    I appreciate the effort of trying to make patients relaxed and comfortable. It is more like a spa experience than going to doctors. Price is very fair but the care is gold standard. Definitely will use this hospital again (but hopefully I don't need you any time soon).

    I had an appointment with Dr Fiona Payne. As soon as I arrived, I was met by the receptionist who treated me very well, and explained me the procedure for first time visits. I met Dr Payne afterwards, who was a very nice and pleasant person. She was very professional and made me important and cared for. I had a great experience.

    An all round positive experience my doctor was very efficient, friendly and I was made to feel at ease. However the front desk receptionist was cold, and very abrupt when calling patients and giving them directions of where they had to go for their appointment. A different attitude when I was paying at the end. No eye contact, or friendly attitude at all.

    I’m really not a big fan of needles… But I’m really happy to say I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my blood test to be done. The staff were all brilliant, friendly and made me feel very relaxed at the time and afterwards. The nurse was brilliant I think her name was Trixy! If you need bloods doing definitely ask for her but I’m sure they are all great and professional!

    The place was very easy to find and a pleasant walk from Regent's Park Station. Although Oxford Circus may be closer, it's not as a pleasant walk as from Regent's Park. The building was very clean with friendly front of house team who were efficient. The Audiologist Andreza Oliveira was excellent. She talked me throughout the process and kept me reassured all the way through. Great communicator and an overall lovely person. I highly recommend this place.

    During my recent visits to The phoenix Hospital Group, I found the care 'exceptional' at all levels. Every member of staff that I came in contact with, could not do enough for me and nothing was too much trouble. Professor Gus Alusi was excellent and I highly rate the care provided for my ENT issue.     I saw Professor Alussi for an ear condition and was really pleased with the service and treatment I received. I was seen promptly, notes shared quickly after the appointment and a clear treatment plan suggested. The team have state-of-the-art equipment and their relationship with the audiology unit on Harley Street meant super-efficient diagnosis.

    This was one of the best visits to a hospital that I have ever had. The staff was lovely and there explanation of what was going on during my sleep study was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for better and I wish more hospitals were like this as well. Would be a privilege to work with the staff again here should the need arise

    Nurses say one thing, doctors say another. Fiesty nurses if you complain about become snobby, after care is absolutely not worth the while. No communication between nurses and consultants. Nurses think they are the doctors. They say stuff that they are not sure about. CQC will be informed.

    I have been incorrectly charged twice for a heart scan at 9, Harley Street almost 2 weeks ago. I provided details by email (as requested by the accounts dept) and have called on 2 occasions. My latest telephone call was to check that the email details I sent had been received and ask how long before my credit card would be reimbursed. I was provided with details of their lengthy "refund" process which would result in the correction of their error needing to be signed off by "senior management". I asked if I could speak to a senior manager to see if I could speed up the process as I am out of pocket due to an error on their part. I was told "No". I therefore asked who I could speak to in order to get this error corrected and was provided with the name and telephone number of the CEO's PA. Shocking customer service as no escalation procedure in place apart from speaking to the CEO!

    Thank you to all the health care providers who looked after me during my stay. I never felt rushed to leave, unlike another hospital stay at HHV. They kept offering me food and drink, which I really appreciate. And were all very friendly and helpful people! X

    This hospital is in a class of its own. I am extremely pleased with the service I received on the day of my surgery. Every signal staff member who I engage with was flawless, From front desk to recovery I received the very best. These people couldn’t do enough for me. I wish I could remember all their names to mention how good of a job they did l, but unfortunately I don’t. The food was amazing and the accommodation was top end.

    I was extremely disappointed with their service. I was booked months in advance and when I came to have my surgery they informed me on the day that they didn’t have a certain substance they needed to perform it. So I’ve wasted money, time and holidays at work for them to do absolutely nothing to make things right. If I was at least compensated for the travel and the stay that I had to pay I would have been thankful as they would show that they’re taking responsibility but they have done absolutely nothing to make me feel better or regain trust in them. I feel devastated that I’ve wasted so much time and money. This whole situation has really affected my mental health.

    Warning to anyone who may want to cancel and want a refund. It certainly doesn't happen within 14 days. There is no refunds policy so its within their discretion whether they want to refund you or not. It took nearly a month of e mails and phone calls to eventually receive the monies owed.
