Great experience from when we first walked in. We were immediately greeted. The burgers were delicious (Hotter than hell & BBQ bacon cheddar), as well as the strawberry milkshake, and mac 'n cheese. Our waitress, Sheena was awesome!

Best. Burger. Ever. This was an amazing outdoor dining experience. The pretzel bun was a nice surprise. The caramelized onions were done to perfection. The house cut fries were the best side dish. I was too full to get a shake but had to taste a spoonful of the chocolate cake shake. So good! Service was exceptional. You can choose from pre-designed burgers or you can build your own. I look forward to going back and trying more.

First time here, I travel for work and I will tell you I was not disappointed. From the time I walked in till I left my experience was great. The bartender Michelle knows her way around the bar an all whiskeys an beers they serve. Does not disappoint. I also had some food an was not dissatisfied. As you can see pictured below. My pictures can’t speak for words. Hope you check them out!

My friend and I decided we were going to try new places, small businesses to be exact and see what the hype is about. Well, this did not disappoint at all! The food was amazing, we went at the perfect time. The food was delicious and i definitely recommend.

Chicago Tribune's reader's choice for best burger. I'll admit I had high expectations upon arrival. Especially having travelled from Canada. First the burger was amazing. I got the hotter than hell burger and it was full of so much flavour. I have no doubts it's a meal I will thinking about and crave often. Beyond the burger though it was top to bottom an excellent experience. Beer was excellent. Serving staff were knowledgeable, happy and helped answer questions and make suggestions. Go check this place out!

This place is a typical small burger place. It has a bar inside and drinks are pretty good. Our server was nice but a little slow although there were enough employees to take care of all the tables efficiently. The food was the real issue though. There was something missing in the combination of my burger, I was not seasoned well and it was extremely dry. That burger patty was way way way too thick and almost impossible to eat. If you are not a messy eater, you are not going to enjoy this experience. The Cole slaw was nice and creamy though. The sponge cake was ok, but also a little bland. Being a burger place that was recommended to us, we really expected some awesome burgers and we were really disappointed. Also we got some dirty plates for our appetizer but luckily we noticed and they got replaces very fast.

I was excited to try it, based on the interesting online reviews and pics (a PURPLE burger?!). The burger I got was ho-hum on the seasoning and, more importantly, was such a thick handmade patty that the inside was raw even though the outside was nicely cooked. Not medium rare inside. Raw. That was a mouthful I never want to experience again.

The burgers here are phenomenal! The quality of the food is apparent in literally every detail. They make their condiments fresh in-house and they really stand out. I had the black n’ blue burger, and it was honestly the best burger I have ever tasted to date. The blend used for the burger patties is really delicious, and the burgers themselves are pretty big! The fries were also delicious and I would highly recommend those as your side! We didn’t get to grab dessert, but they have a very wide dessert menu. If you have a sweet tooth be sure to check it out!

Gene and jude fries Salted well and plenty included Crispy but not overly crunchy, still a little grease which is nice Home made ketchup Punchy And fruity Seasoned well Burger Order one doneness darker than you would personally Fried mozzarella had a light crispy shell and gooey The other cheeses kinda get lost under the mozzarella THICK patty is incredibly delicious and extremely juicy Pretzel bun is appreciated as it holds up to the sheer juice of it all Paper straws are a good choice No reservations, must be in person with atleast half of your party to secure a table arrangement Seated quickly with a group of 8, well attended to by our specific host Food was pretty fast but running on the edge of expensive for a burger.

Ordered the peanut butter bacon and jelly burger with crispy onions on top, did not disappoint! The fries were perfectly fried and seasoned. For dessert my wife and I had the chocolate chip banana bread pudding which was a special. So flavor and a huge portion. Highly recommend this place.

Great place with great flavor and outstanding service. I've been here multiple times and I've enjoyed each one. I usually switch up my choice of burgers whenever I visit. I recommend any burger and their house made fries are delicious. Give them a try. Definitely will be coming back.

Went to Burger Antics because I had heard such good things, and they did not disappoint. I got a four cheeseburger and it was delicious. I also got the Mac and cheese appetizer, different but it was *chefs kiss* I definitely recommend.

If you were a fan of the burgers at Lockdown on Western Ave., this place is going to feel a bit familiar when it comes to the food and you're going to like Burger Antics. Fat Elvis anyone? When you see the menu at Burger Antics, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. IF YOU KNOW, YOU KNOW! Anyways, back to the review. This place is small and impeccably clean. There is plenty of street parking. They offer indoor and outdoor dining. The staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to menu items including beer. They cater to carnivores, vegetarians and vegans alike. They have a nice list of craft beer. Our server was an absolute gem and we made sure to leave her a generous tip. She even recommend a delicious craft beer that she thought I would like. 5 stars isn't enough for this establishment. And my compliments to the cooks. A round of applause for the kitchen crew! The food was absolutely delicious from the first bite to the last. Our food came out oh so hot and fresh. My boyfriend had the "Hotter than hell" burger, medium rare, and he "Enjoyed the F#&K out of it" (in his words). I on the other hand decided to choose my own toppings. I had a black bean patty topped with blue cheese crumbles, frizzled onions and bbq sauce with roasted habaneros on the side. I really wanted bacon on it but felt guilty eating meat. The server recommend throwing some roasted red peppers on there. And so I threw some roasted red peppers on there. BAM! My vegetarian burger was an absolute masterpiece (vegetarian burger is pictured). I also "enjoyed the F#&k out of it". Go eat there. Tip generously. That is all.

The quality of this place has gone way down over the last year. This was our go to place (5 stars) and we’ve now had 5 bad order experiences in a row. Think we’re finally done. Aside from the ruder than usual staff my real gripe is no matter how well you order your burger you’re getting it mooing raw. I could have formed a whole other burger patty from the amount of raw meat in the middle of this burger. I’m spending $50 for two burgers, like cmon, at least cook it to order. And half the time the fries are really under cooked, like mushy and cold.

Our waitress was very nice and the place has a nice vibe. The burger lacks seasoning and doesn't have much flavor. I wanted to love it. I asked for my burger to be cooked medium well. Brown on the outside pink in the middle. My burger was red raw. I told the waitress , she said oh" I probably should have explained the differences "of how the burgers are cooked. I let her know that I was aware of the differences and this was raw not medium well. She offered to take the burger back . She brought my same burger back out , my condiments were now melted and one half of my burger seemed to have cooked better, however my half was still raw. I felt very sick all night after this. Also the coleslaw is very watered down with a bland flavor. I was disappointed with how this handled. I encourage you all to cut your burger in half , as I did and make sure it is cooked to your liking or you will feel ill later. If this site allowed photos, I would have posted them and you can see for yourself what I was served.

Food: Ordered the sliders so I could try 3 different types of their specialty burgers. I chose the Hotter than Hell, Mushroom & Swiss (my safe go-to), and the Peanut Butter Bacon n' Jelly (the most popular choice). All three sliders had fluffy & firm buns with the patties cooked medium well. Each patty was juicy but wasn't seasoned in any way in case you were hoping for extraordinary savoriness from the patty. Most of the flavor derives from the toppings. The mushroom & Swiss was a safe choice as predicted. Could have used more swiss & mushrooms though. The Hotter than Hell was perhaps my favorite; the gouda, avocado, and jalapeno go well together. The jalapenos are fresh and have a nice bite. They're not soft and soaked in vinegar. As for the PBBaconN'Jam slider, it was better than expected. They do put a whopping dollop of Peanut butter on it but the sweet, salty and savory all combine in this combo. Ordered a basket of fries- slight crisp but not much, slightly on the soggy side. Served with house made ketchup that looks like marinara sauce ( all the sauces are made in house). It was different but I'd probably skip on them if I were to return. Service: Staff was super attentive and friendly. They provided excellent recommendations when asked any questions about the food. Atmosphere: Small and cozy town vibes. No overbearingly loud music such as Kuma's which allows you to actually have a conversation at your table. The street this is located has a very small town vibes for a street stroll to check out other places. Free street parking on the street.

Great little burger place! My family had dinner here after a trip to the zoo. They had a some fun unique burgers and my kids loved the milkshakes and root beer. The servers greeted you the minute you walk inside and keep you happy until you leave. I will be back and will recommend to others. Btw , there is metal being played kinda of load for a restaurant- which is OK for this middle aged Dad.... \ /

This place was delicious. It's a smaller place so may not be ideal for bigger parties. Burgers and fries were amazing. The kids burgers are truly a small slider. My kids were a little disappointed in the size. Mac and cheese was good. It had a little smokey flavor to it, our kids weren't crazy for it, but my husband loved it. Will make the trip back.

One of my favorite burger places. Their regular menu is fantastic, and the fact that they often have both a burger of the week AND a burger of the month really sets this place apart Be sure to stop by on Sunday for brunch and their mimosas!

Took the kids to enjoy some burgers and the results were great. Had the standard issue, bbq bacon and four cheese burgers. Both kids opted for the full size burgers vs the kids mini sliders off kids menu. Both kids had leftovers but we're very happy. Staff was friendly and personable on what seemed to be a busier night. We will be back.

Came here last night with my good friend Julia. She knows the whole crowd. I met the owners they are incredible people! Such a joy to talk with!!! They are truly wonderful people! I'm fact every employee we talked with was wonderful! Such great vibes here! The food was incredible. Literally some of the best food I've had since I can remember.... I usually don't even go out to eat because I can make most things better at home, but u was just completely blown away at the quality and taste of everything. I got a build your own burger, with smoked gouda, avocado, bacon, Frizzell onions and PEANUT BUTTER! first time trying a burger with peanut butter and it is so damn good!!!! Also got the BBQ pub chips which were the best I ever had and the the Mac and cheese. 💯💯💯💯%%% best restaurant I've gone to this year!!! Thank you for the incredible service! Also if you get the bartender "Shena" apologies if I spell it wrong. She is incredible and makes the best green tea shots, apple martinis, and Florida rum drinks!

Very good!!! I love the alternative vibes. The music playing is A+ and I think it's awesome there's local art for sale and for decoration! I will definitely be back I love how big the ice cube is!! So fun. Got the drop dead milk punch, hotter than hell burger, and the deviled eggs. I was very happy deviled eggs were available because I love them and nowhere sells them. I was at a family party recently and they put way too much horseradish in it, I was so sad. These were nowhere near that. They were very yummy and they made me feel better.

Delicious food with a nice atmosphere for apps & drinks! If you're a whiskey lover, the selection is steller. All the burgers are AMAZING! It does get crowded fast on the weekends but that shows how great this place is!

Great location, interior decor and of course food. I had the montezuma revenge burger but decided to exclude the grilled habanero pepper it can with and exchanged it for jalepeno. Our server (bless her heart but I forgot her name) was timely and attentive. Also they occasionally have specials for their drinks.
