I stayed there in the steam punk suite for one evening, because the place that I have been frequenting for the past five years called Tall Ships landing, was booked up. After my stay at this incredible well designed and extremely comfortable place, I can't say that I'll ever go back to Tallships again lol. This place is absolutely beautiful, Extremely, well decorated With incredibly comfortable beds and pillows with all the amenities you could think of. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other suites Because they all look so interesting. Don't ever hesitate to book your room in this very unique hotel, you won't regret it 🤗

I loved this hotel and my room - Steam Punk Suite. Completely exceeded my expectations with its cool vibe, creative decor, modern amenities, and fun details. I appreciated the treats, tea/coffee, complimentary beer, and shade-remote. I would have given it five stars, but I was woken at 1:44am by a vehicle that decided to park right outside my window and blasted it's music at an incredibly high decibel for a good 30 min. Couldn't sleep after that. Not the hotel's fault at all, but couldn't say if this sort of noise was a regular occurrence. I only stayed one night so it could have been a one-off. I will definitely return for a much longer stay next time.

Fabulously beautiful and well appointed 2 story loft room! Great location in the heart of downtown Brockville with free parking at the doorstep. I highly recommend 48 King West for business or just to enjoy a getaway with all the area has to offer. Thanks for wonderful 2 day stay. J Howe

We were a small group of ladies on a getaway and our time at 48 King West in Brockville was awesome!! Right from the moment we stepped inside and saw the fireplace lit to the snacks provided we felt so welcomed and comfortable. We were even treated to a tour of the entire place from Nikki the manager!! The service was outstanding!!

We absolutely loved our stay! We had the nest suite and it was super comfortable. Room was very clean, shower was hot. It has two WC, one at the bottom and another on top. Room came with complimentary snacks, tea, coffee and a beer! Such a sweet surprise! Check in with seamless with digital lock system.

Really great room. Clean and tea/coffee/snacks were delicious. Kids loved the bunk beds. The street was a bit noisier than I expected it to be overnight but they also provided complimentary ear plugs which were good. We would stay again.

I travel extensively for work, and I can’t tell you how pleased I am that I stumbled upon this little treasure. I would rank this as my #1 favorite Canadian hotel AND favorite Canadian city to stay in. They truly exceeded ALL of my expectations! (And the snacks and beverage were a wonderful and much appreciated surprise!) I can’t wait to come back again!

Impressive place! It’s the details… the sleek decor, the modern styling, the nod to the past, there is so much to enjoy. Check out the large showers, lots of natural light, exposed brick, a gas fireplace, free and convenient parking, the vault, and lots more to make for a great stay!

The rooms are very spacious, nice, and unique. I wish they had paid a bit more attention to the quality of windows installed during the renovation of this property. The street sounds were close to having windows open. What service there was was friendly and prompt, but do not expect a front desk. There is none. Check-in is by email and entrance pass code. The location is right in the heart of Brockville. A picturesque location. The bedding was a bit knubly from overuse. Apart from that I would stay again but not in a street side room.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable stay here. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel's unique charm. It’s a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Brockville. The hotel exudes character and elegance. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings creates an intimate and inviting ambiance. Each room is thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and cozy escape from the outside world. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a truly comfortable stay. The location is also worth highlighting. Situated in the heart of downtown, it offers convenient access to various attractions, shops, and restaurants. Exploring the town was a breeze, and I thoroughly enjoyed immersing myself in the rich culture and history of the area. Lastly, I must commend the hotel staff on their commitment to cleanliness and safety. They diligently followed hygiene protocols, creating a secure environment for guests during these uncertain times. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enchanting stay in Brockville. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat, this hotel will exceed your expectations. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

1000% recommend!! Reserved 3 rooms for the night before our wedding day !! The rooms were immaculate, stocked with yummy treats and beer from the local brewery! The suites were stunning, you honestly forget that you’re downtown brockville !! The hotel accommodated our late check out to allow more time for getting ready and photos !! Can’t believe this little hidden gem !! Look forward to many more stays !! & can not wait to see the pictures in these breathtaking suites 😍🥰

I don't give five stars lightly but very well-deserved. We had two rooms booked and both came exactly as advertised along with lots of communication, easy code access, and incredible downtown location. There's honestly nothing we would have changed about our stay at the hotel and we can't wait to get back!

The best word to describe this amazing hotel is cool. The stone and brick walls, gorgeous light fixtures, glass elevator, high ceilings. I stayed in The Treasury and loved it! It's in my top 3 favourite hotel suites I've ever stayed in. I went out with the intention of doing some shopping, but just wanted to go back and enjoy the room! Loved all the items provided like bathrobes, toiletries, snacks and clear detailed notes about how to operate the tv remotes. Would highly recommend this hotel, it's an experience not to be missed

Loved 48 King West! What a gem in a perfect location in downtown Brockville. The way the heritage building was restored and reused is fabulous. The decor and ambiance are funky and contemporary and just perfect. The extra touches like the complementary robes, beer, toiletries etc are just the icing on the cake. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Stunning accommodations. Everything about this hotel is amazing. Check in was easy and well designed. The room took our breath away. Everything is spotless. Loved all the extra careful touches provided: a throw for the sofa, snacks, water, an bed extra blanket, remotes for everything. The building is beautiful. What a fantastic repurpose of an old building! Another family member stayed here last year and we couldn't wait to come and check it out for ourselves. Will definitely be back!

The design, layout and decor in the “Vault” were just what we needed to unwind. The little touches (cold non-plastic bottled water and milk & cream for coffee in fridge, Le Creuset coffee press and teapot, stainless steel mugs with lids that kept the snowflakes out of our hot beverages when relaxing in the hot tub, the friendly staff…) made the experience an unforgettable one. We look forward to booking again in the future.

This hotel is one of the nicest accommodations I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. I have travelled a lot and I don’t think I’ve ever had a nicer room. The suites are gorgeous, they are all themed but in a very classy and subtle way. It is not kitschy at all. The amenities are brand new and the vibe is incredible. From the very jump your stay is made so simple. It is a contactless check in which went flawlessly. I stayed twice in two separate rooms and they were both absolutely stunning. The exposed brick is beautiful, the high ceilings are unreal. What an absolute treasure this hotel is. I can’t boast enough, truly. I wish more hotels were even remotely similar to this ones. My expectations of other hotels are now through the roof because this one was a dream. They leave you a basket of snacks! The showers are huge. All of the products provided are really great quality and so thought out. I could go on and on. The gist is if you get the chance to stay here then do! It’s more than worth it.

This place was spectacular. It was very quiet and comfortable. The room met our expectation and it was quite a romantic stay. The complimentary snacks were more than enough and that was just amazing to see. The process of getting in with a code when there’s no front desk was seamless. It’s a perfect get away spot if you need some time away from a busy lifestyle or environment. This might be the only place I stay whenever I visit Brockville. Thank you for everything.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! Loved the decor and atmosphere. It’s right downtown and close to bars, restaurants and the water. Everything was lovely in our room and included everything you need - lots of attention to detail. The bed and bedding was super comfortable as well! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Simply put, this is one of, if not the, nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. We stayed in the Treasury Suite and it was just stunning how modern this hotel has been made in such a historic building while ensuring the charms of the past remain present. Great location for Brockville, and the rooms have everything you need and more in terms of amenities: Netflix, complementary snacks and a beverage, french press coffee, tea, comfortable beds, automatic blinds, and the list goes on. If you are going to Brockville and want comfort, convenience, and style this is the place for you.

What a great place to stay in Brockville! Located in the heart of the city, this is a boutique hotel with unique design and amenities. I booked the Treasury suite, it was spacious, with free snacks, complimentary beer from a local brewery and everything you needed for a quick meal prep (microwave, fridge, toaster, ustensils, etc). The free parking behind the hotel was very convenient. The only downside was the noise from the street, patios and restaurants close at around midnight, so we couldn't sleep before that. Other than that, I LOVED my stay and I'm looking forward to booking a different suite. Thanks!

We stayed “the wall” room a few days ago. When we go inside my kid was very surprised and so happy, and we are. That’s great suit for family with kids. Wall and ambiance was good. But I have to say something need be more clean and careful. When I opened the toilet seat(downstairs), there were urine stains that were too big to be called small in the sitting area. Of course, I cleaned it right away, but I was very upset when I saw it. You have to be a little more careful. Thanks

Lovely property in the heart of Brockville. Very well built/designed. All the comforts you need. The kitchenette is a nice touch for longer stays. It is a beautiful hotel. My only complaint that was over a 3 night stay, there was absolutely no housekeeping. Bed wasn’t made once, towels not refreshed, etc. Given the nightly rate, and the calibre of the property, light daily housekeeping should absolutely be included. Quite shocking that it was not. Despite this flaw, I would absolutely recommend the property. Fantastic location and very unique hotel.

Stayed in two suites over Easter weekend with my significant other. The layouts and design earn the Boutique name, while not being tacky or overwhelming. Comfort in every corner at all times of the day, for work and pleasure. Convenient parking and located immediately next to sights and restaurants. Most importantly, the staff were extremely accommodating, so very kind and friendly. I have no other place I’d rather stay. This is it. Will recommend to everyone I know.

Fantastic hotel. We stayed in the steampunk suite which was clean, spacious and had great decor. The bed was large and comfortable, the adjacent bathroom was nice with an amazing double shower. Kettle, toaster, teas and coffee were provided as well as complimentary snacks. The hotel lobby was immaculate and the location was perfect. There is free parking behind the hotel. Access is via a code rather than physical check in but this was seem-less and worked great. Thanks for a great stay, highly recommend.

We selected this place on a whim. We stayed in The Vault room. The building itself is a perfect downtown location and has been renovated perfectly! Keeping the charm of the original bank building. Check in was a breeze!!! The vault room had a beautiful patio with hot tub and out door fireplace. The place was immaculate. We mentioned it was our anniversary and when we got into the room, they had it decorated with rose petals, candles and wine. I can not say enough positive things about this place. We would highly highly recommend it to anyone, and we are planning our next visit!!
