Right after moving to Amsterdam, I started my acupuncture sessions with Gil and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked into the place, I felt welcome and at ease. Gil was very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns before the session began. During the session, Gil checked in with me frequently to make sure I was comfortable and adjusted the needles as needed. After the session, I felt noticeably different. My body felt more relaxed and I felt an overall sense of calm and well-being. I was also surprised to find that acupuncture had alleviated some of the pain I had been experiencing with period cramps. Overall, I would highly recommend Gil to anyone who is looking for a skilled and knowledgeable acupuncturist. The place is clean and comfortable, and Gil is very professional.

There is no other way to describe Gil but a miracle maker. He brought immense relief into our family by addressing complex symptoms after rare brain infection when the doctors only remedy was, if at all, "time". Gil didnt give up, addressed fatigue, tinnitus, neurological challenges with knowledge, care, attention and most important personal involvement. He calls to follow up, texts with advices and mainly takes you by the hand even if he cannot fully heal. Gil is a part of our health routine, a true advisor and a care taker. In addition he opened a new world next to the conventional medicine, and not instead of it. I would recommend him to everyone with any problem - from sleeping issues, muscle pains to complex, negative, health diagnosis.

I came from Canada and was in Amsterdam for a few months. My TCM practitioner in Canada had taken training from Gil and therefore suggested I could continue my work possibly if I could connect with Gil. He was flexible and accommodating, professional and listened to my concerns with Tinnitus, but Proprioception especially, due to motor vehicle accident 20 years ago. I only saw him a handful of times but after each session I felt very grounded and balanced, my whole body seemed to have aligned. I feel if I would have continued my system would have been able to hold those states for longer periods of time. For his level of expertise and skill in this area, along with his easy-going personality I also appreciated he offered a reasonable fee. I find in many wellness/health care fields these days, service providers are taking advantage of individuals' desire for change and improvement along with their lack of knowledge in a treatment option. This I did not find with Gil Ton, so, Integrity, is always on my list too, and this was a pleasure to experience here. Thank you again Gil!

Absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Ton. I used to have low confidence on acupuncture thinking it will take longer time to see the actual improvement . My experience with Gil Ton acupunctuur has been quite phenomenal. October last year, I have been diagnosed with partial tears in two of the tendons in the rotator cuff of my left shoulder. When I came to Gil, the situation was quite acute & medical practice in india was suggesting Arthoscopy while here in Netherlands I was recommended corticosteroid. Simultaneously I started my sittings with Gil & eversince I have noticed significant improvement as my ‘ pain free ‘ days increased . In between I have had periods of ‘ dip ‘ but overall there is a steady upward trend. There have been many sessions where I have had immediate pain relief and / or better range of movement. This One particular session stays with me … it was magical as when I lay down my shoulder & arm was quite intensively strained ( elbow & forearm ) & halfway through the session the pain eased off by 80% & it still stays that way, been two weeks. I look forward to continuing & completing the sessions. Gil’s knowledge & approach are both very sound & compassionate which is quite a rare combination. Anyone who is suffering from aches & pain should give this practice a go.

I found Gil while I was searching for an acupuncturist who performs Master Tung acupuncture, which is not seen much in Holland. I found him a therapist who is skilled, focused and concerned. My shoulder was stiff and painful for over a year after surgery and radiation therapy, after visiting Gil weekly for 2 months my shoulder was back to normal. Now I visit Gil with any minor and larger complaint I have, easy catching cold, bad sleep, difficulty to concentrate. I feel like I am more balanced than I have ever been before. Now my son, who has different type of allergies and is prone to catch any virus that is near him, is seeing him as well. On him, Gil is performing laser acupuncture which is non invasive and easier on children. His cat allergy was already diminished after the first treatment.
