    Normaliter zalige Spareribs. Nu echter verbrand en lijkt wel steen. Alleen het stokbrood opgegeten. Daar betaal je dan 20 euro voor. Ja ik mocht de spareribs op laten halen dan zou er een nieuwe portie bereid worden maar mijn geld terug nee .. moeilijk moeilijk. Nee dat kon wel (omslachtig) via thuisbezorgd maar sorry geen zin in gedoe en rompslomp. De spareribs liggen inmiddels in de prullenbak. Nee niet opgegeten zoals de reaguurder bij anderen vermeld! In de prullenbak. Veel slechte reviews. Tijd om eens de klachten serieus te nemen, i.p.v de teleurgestelde klant terecht te wijzen. πŸ™„

    Half 6 gebeld voor twee cheeseburger menu’s. Zo snel mogelijk want wij hadden erge honger. Ruim een uur later opnieuw gebeld, waar mijn bestelling bleef… Zou binnen 15 minuten zijn. Half uur later weer gebeld want ze kwamen maar niet. Toen kreeg ik gaat met 5 minuten de deur uit dus was gewoon nog niet eens onderweg. De bestelling maar toen geannuleerd, hoefde hem niet meer. Inmiddels al 1,5 uur verder. Vervolgens staat er om kwart voor 8 ,ruim 2 uur en een kwartier later een bezorgster voor de deur met 2 menu’s. Geen sorry niks, lijkt kennelijk gewoon een gewoonte. Slecht bedrijf, geen aanrader. 0 sterren waard! Niet bestellen.

    Dramatische kwaliteit van het vlees, jarenlang klant geweest maar dit was de laatste keer. De laatste 2 keer was het vlees taai droog viel niet van het bot af. Dat het op zondag druk is en dat daardoor de levering 1 uur en 45 minuten duurde is tot daar aan toe. Maar dan verwacht je wel zeker voor dit geld een knappe maaltijd.

    Ordered from spareribs express for the first time today. Everything came in boxes which is quite unique so I was very curious to see what I would find. It's just a do it yourself package with food. Bread is huge which isn't that bad. But you get 1 piece of a tomato and some small pieces of lettuce. I didn't even taste jalapeno. And you will receive the meat of your burger separately in aluminum foil so that you can place it on it yourself. The same goes for the sauce. I ordered baked potato with herb butter as a side dish. You also literally get a whole boiled potato, a bag of salt and a cup of butter. And then you can figure it out for yourself. While eating, you only think about how you could have cooked much better yourself. It really doesn't taste like anything either. Yes, bread with meat and a sauce that you probably also have in your refrigerator. And I don't even want to talk about that potato. And then it cost me 16 euros. Really ridiculous.
