Complete insensible and impolite staff and policies. Visited this place today with my 5y old daughter and when she needed to go (urgently) to the toilet the staff simply replied that it wasn’t possible. Never experience such non sensitive staff while shopping, clearly not customer orientated. What an embarrassment and bad customer experience!

Love the offerings there. It's a mix of brands and their own I believe. Love the style. Can bag some great bargains too. Clothing, bags and other bits and pieces. Great quality.

Typical Sissy-Boy a good store of nice stuff and a coffee bar

Asking me every few minutes if I have found what I'm looking for/need help/am I aware if special offers is not going to make me buy something. Even while I am in the fitting room the assistant wouldn't leave me alone. Super annoying.
