National trust site. There are two sides you can access the Adams Hill side (where there is a pub) Clent Side where the NT facilities are. Β£3 parking all day on Clent side. Toilets and Cafe both on this side. Cafe sells really nice "cafe food". Bought a sausage and ketchup sandwich on the lovely fresh crusty bread (about 10am so clearly baked that morning somewhere). Carpark closes at 5pm. Great views from the obvious hilly walks. However if you walk from the carpark to the viewing platform that is a steady incline so not too strenuous. You will regularly see horses so if you take a dog make sure they are comfortable with horses or take a lead πŸ‘

The hills are particularly stunning at this time in the spring. A great place for dogs.

One of the best spots to walk in the Midlands area. We always try and park away from the main entrance and there are some great trails for all abilities. Does get a bit busy so we tend to try and avoid peak times. Keep your eyes peeled for horses and dogs going mad also! The cafe is a no nonsense spot for toast and a cuppa or for a nice post walk pint or meal, the vine, hill tavern or the fountain do the job.

Beautiful place, so lucky to have this on my doorstep. Great variety of walks including a disabled path which has an easy incline to allow most to get to some cracking views. Perfect for picnics, running, walking or cycling.

Excellent for gentle walks or hiking distances. The panoramic views from the stones is stunning and there is a small cafe at the car park when you ned a rest and reasonably priced snack. There are pathways suitable for disabled access/wheelchairs. Picnic areas, benches and Great for active dogs and kids. The woods are lovely and there are plenty of marked walking routes.

Great place to go especially for sunset or sunrise sometimes when the sun is rising you get fog which makes the view breathtaking plenty of things to do there is a child's play area a cafe and parking which is a couple of pound many nice plants are found here such as the foxglove (poisonous) and raspberries great place even for disabled people as there is a path which is more inviting and easily accessible

Mix of surfaces, mostly gravel / stone. Share the bridleways with the horse riders so take it steady on the descents as stopping quickly isn't always possible. Things are particularly signed very well at the moment, but this is known and they are waiting for the materials to get it sorted. Cafe is great, always welcome and the advantage of a loo is a bonus! Β£3 to Park all day, you may find the roads outside the main car park get busy, possibly with people avoiding the charge πŸ˜‰ Buy if there to enjoy the place, Β£3 isn't too much to chip in. Free to NT members.

Lovely rolling hills, wonderful views and loads of different routes to explore. Most of the paths are in good condition and easy to walk on although steep in places.

We are regular visitors to the Hills. Great views of the surrounding area. Lots of walking. Cafe at Nimmings car park not National Trust good selection of food at a reasonable price.... do not leave your car on the double yellow lines as you will get ticketed.

Fantastic place just a short trip away from the centre of Birmingham with spectacular views across the Midlands from the highest point. Several paths throughout the hill with most having a steady, gradual climb on wide pathways that are well kept. Car parks throughout the hills to start and end from. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful evening stroll on Clent to watch the sun set. Absolutely reccomend

Nice easy walk with good view's all round, paths can get quite muddy in a lot of places so wear suitable footwear when it's been raining, the place looks tired, unloved and long overdue for some maintenance, dog mess in small bags tossed into the bushes seems to be an issue too, not sure why that is but it could be the scarcity of bins, Certainly not as well kept as it used to be many year's ago, other than that it's still worth a visit for a bit of light exercise and fresh air, there is also a cafe in the carpark if you need a snack

The Clent Hills are only 15 minutes away from where we live, and they are handy to do some circular walks. Considering they are not far away from the urban sprawl, there are some beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. (Using public rights of way and bridleways).

My favourite place to hike from the summit you can see Birmingham, The Malverns The Black Country The Black Hills and other key areas. I also love mountain biking here there are some challenging terrains ! If you love the autumn colours this is the place to go. It's hard to believe it's only a few miles from Birmingham

The last time we walked the Clent Hills was in the snow. This time we needed a jumper as it was windy and sunny. There was plenty of parking in the NT carpark, where we scanned our card, otherwise you have to pay. There is a cafe serving hot and cold food and comfort facilities. There are plenty of walks to be undertaken as well as bridal and cycle routes. We visited the children's area before venturing off. We walked through the trees up to the Four Stones, with great views in all directions. The Stones were placed here as a folly to the then incumbent of Hagley Hall, around 1760, which is in the valley below and on our radar to visit.

This is a great place for walking (with or without a dog) at all times of the year. Nimmings Hill is the one to the West and is the more popular of the two, having the main National Trust car park and cafe on the Northern end and easy access trail which nearly takes you to the top. Pubs can be found to the south. The ever so slightly taller Walton Hill to the East is quieter and also has a large parking area (free) with a slightly more challenging set of trails to the trig point at the top. If looking for a more involved walk then you're in luck as there's loads of paths crisscrossing the whole area and even after many years of visiting, I'm still finding new ones. Great views from the tops.

Lovely walking trails with the reward of fantastic views from the top. Different ways to the top but the easier way is from the car park with the cafe and toilets ..... we found out the hard way 🀣 so hope this helps

A large open space with great views from the top. Very pleasant walks, some of which are quite steep. Plus a very handy little National Trust cafΓ© come shack on the one side of the hill. What more could you want, ample free parking I guess.

Been going here for almost 20 years. Easy and quick drive from Birmingham. You can get the fresh air, hilltop views and walks through open air and forest.

πŸ‘ It was ok. Good parking and it's free which is nice. The view is amazing and there is plenty of open space for little ones to run around. There's a nice little walk through the woods, it runs alongside a road and golf course though, so it's not quiet or good to see nature. If people could take their...
