I toured these apartments and they weren’t like the pictures online. The community has alot of potential but is not being taken care of by whoever runs it. The amenities were not clean.. dirty toilets in the common area , used toilet paper roll was in a toilet, clubhouse looks like it needs a deep clean. The pool was Disheveled.. it didn’t look beautiful like the pictures. The lounge chairs were all piled up in one area. The apartment itself that I toured had base boards that was falling apart. Their was candy wrappers in a draw. Not to mention when I came in a man was complaining that his heat had been out and it was so hot he couldn’t sleep in his unit. The apartments have potential but they need to hire a housekeeper. If you’re renting online and trusting the pictures because you’re out of state. Skip this place. The staff was nice though.

Yousef the maintenance man was absolutely amazing to work with. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure our daughter was able to move into her apartment despite the overwhelming amount of obstacles she faced with her apartment not being move in ready as promised. He even allowed us to use additional dolly’s because the utility elevator was down.We were shocked that he checked on us and repeatedly apologized throughout the long day. I texted him throughout the day including at 11pm and he responsiveness was unmatched. Yousef saved the day after our 5hr delay. Thanks for putting the customer first!

Mohamed Youssef was great at fixing my concerns! He was great with communication by calling in advance and calling to recap. My blinds are all fixed and I am very happy. Thank you!

Enjoying my time here. Leaving this review to highlight Youssef and his coworkers on the maintenance staff. He is an example of what right looks like: professional, pleasant, quick to respond and quick to the complete the job! Very grateful for his help getting my AC up and running again.

Talk about LUXURY!!! This is the most beautiful location in Brookhaven hands down!!! Not only is it convenient for groceries, drinks, or good food, but the staff are absolutely amazing! Kaliyah is the new Property Manager and has really taken care of me. She is super accessible and will always make time to speak with me when I have any questions. Erik, Mohamed, and Youssef have all introduced themselves to me and have tended to my home timely and professionally! Even passing through the halls, they always say hi and ask how I am doing. It’s the little things! I am new to GA so this man’s a lot to me. Thank you for helping me call 1105 Town Brookhaven my new home!

I just moved in and so far I am loving the staff and the apartment complex! The property manager, Kaliyah, is absolutely amazing, she went out of her way to ensure that I received a unit that I was happy with. Monique is a sweetheart!! She was the first person I met when I first inquired about living here and she has been so helpful to me ever since! And the maintenance staff (Erik, Youssef, and Mohammed) is great! They really came through for me today by helping me move in big pieces of furniture! They also work very fast to fix issues you have with your apartment! When I had issues with my A/C at move in, Erik came and fixed it right away!! Definitely excited about living here!

The maintenance staff (Erik, Youssef and Mohamed) at 1105 Town Brookhaven are super responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. I moved here from another state and they have made the apartment feel more than comfortable. There has been no request that was too big or too small for them to resolve. Thank you for helping me to get as comfortable as I could on my ground level apartment.

I’ve lived here almost a year and a half and every time I need maintenance, it’s done so quick and professionally! Shout out to Youssef, Mohamed, and Kamen for always helping me and being so kind! I love my apartment and my experience here has been more than I could ask for.
