Food is always good here. Come here for date nights. Staff is very friendly. A little crowded on the weekends, but what do you expect for a casino! Always going to have a fun time though

I’ve worked at McDonald’s before ain’t no way in hell there should be 4 people bagging the food there should only be two people and at least one or two people on the cash register…..I don’t like the attitudes as well we as customers keep this place running if it wasn’t for us this McDonald’s wouldn’t be a thing and we also pay your paychecks so nobody should have an attitude….Nobody told any of you to work here we pay for the food and the service not the attitude so lose it. Never coming back again the service sucks….And last but not least you gave my stepson the wrong sandwich and it had a egg on it WHICH IS IS ALLERGIC TO AS WELL.

Food I ordered was not right ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese no bun plain got two plain burgers no cheese since they were two quarter pounders and I ordered double quarter pounder should have given me the deal.But they didn't give me the deal and they didn't put my cheese on the burgers and when I gave them correct change they even tried to give me wrong change guess girl can't add, They were very rude. When I got home and found no cheese on my burgers, I called back said next time I come in they'll give me $.50 back I know 2 pieces of cheese cost a $1 but I'll never go back again.

Service kinda sucks. Used to be good. Just they are slow and the staff don’t care much. Need better staff. With better memory. And does anyone else ever get pop wrong lol? They can never mark the pops correctly 🤦. Not the greatest…but it’s McDonald’s 🤷🍔🍔

Fries were not hot. Chicken nuggets are different. I think they changed them. Not bad but I guess used to the old ones lol

Slower than average drive thru. No ice cream or shakes being served at prime hours, 6:00pm on Thursday. Don't recommend this location.

Make sure to count your nuggets!! Ordered 3 ten packs and each of them had 9. Ordered mc crispy came with no pickles as in the picture on their sign. Kinda rude service, no hello no thank you when we pulled up to pay. Yea I know it's McDonalds it's raining out today what do you expect.

This place is horrible, if you want to order you have to do it yourself, and don’t date all for help, I asked the manager if she could please take my order I was having issues with the machine, she told me it’s kiosk order only. First, charge an arm and leg for the food to be sloped together and cold, second, I would like an employee to take my order, isn’t that what they get paid for? This place is awful

This location has yet to get any of my orders correct. I travel a couple miles further to a different location when I feel like getting McDonald's because when I order something, I want what I order. I've tried reaching out to management and the owner about my experiences with this store, but both are unreachable. Do not recommend.

Haven’t been to a Mcdonald’s so unprofessional. They took my points off of my account & told me they were done making ice cream.. & then made me pay for something I was supposed to get for free. Then they made me pull around for a smoothie-without the store even being slightly busy. This place sucks.

I don’t even know why I come back. It gets worse everytime . I worked here when I was a teen and I don’t understand how none of the staff don’t know how to do anything. The staff are mean, poorly trained, or sometimes both. The managers are just as unkind. Everytime I get pulled forward they forget about me and I have to go inside. I waited 20 min for a frappe, and they pulled me forward. I will literally go in there and change the frappe bag myself. Jesus

Had two delicious McDoubles. Nick, please treat your fellow employees nicer. You know it's the right thing to do. I read some of the previous reviews and it would seem that management needs to encourage and properly motivate employees.

Unprofessional staffs!!! I have put my online order and came in the store but nobody care!!! Also they were looking at me and laughing. It’s too bad for having this employees for the restaurant. Never ever come again!!!!

One of the Worst staff I've seen in a while, everyone moves as if they were Drugged and when I went back to get my forgotten 20pc McNuggets, I had to wait another 10 minutes before someone paid attention to me again. Lastly, when I asked if I could get at least a Pop for my troubles of having to drive all the way back from Home, the Manager told her worker I had to pay for Pop if I wanted any.

The line for drive-thru was long, so I decided to go in and place my order. Then I had to wait for someone to come and take my order, as they were all gathered around the drive-thru. They wanted me to use the kiosk, but you can't make a special request on the kiosk. I ordered the filet meal with a shamrock shake. I asked for the fish and fries to be cooked fresh, and they gave me old food. The milk shake was the only good part about the meal. I guess making food hot and to order was too difficult. For what I paid for the meal, I could have eaten at a non fast food restaurant and been served hot food.

Place is dirty inside the only thing worse is the non existent customer service stand by the counter for 10 mins and 3 workers walked past me multiple times and didn't offer any type of assistance even when I tried getting their attention with excuse me... Go to a better McDonald's with better customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I placed my order and once received realized I was missing something. I tried to get the girls attention she turned around rolled her eyes and walked over to the window. Long story short I asked for a refund and some other girl told me they don't give refunds which I know was a blatant lie!!!! After much going back and forth someone else handed me my money and we left smh I will never return there they really need training on customer service

This location is ok. Fries are always full (some locations will give you about half) if you download the app and do your orders threw it you could get a large fry everyday with a $1 purchase. Not that I condone eating McDonald's every day. Lol

Posting under my husbands account. My 21 year old son and I just walked up there tonight to grab a bite. The diningroom was closing, but they offered to let us stay. The food was fresh and hot at 920pm. The staff was very friendly and busy cleaning up the place. I would take the 27 min walk up there again anytime. I just wont come so late, I felt bad but they were gracious and nice.
