Beats red lobster hands down.. Great food with decent pricing.. had steak well done and was very juicy... great customer service

This was probably the best Longhorn I’ve ever eaten at! The service was amazing! We were seated by the very sweet hostess Allison. Our server was Kelley who was also very sweet and efficient! She made sure we had everything to make our meals enjoyable. We had the Wild West shrimp and the crab stuffed mushrooms for appetizers! Delish! ❤️ We ordered steak and lobster which was top notch! The steaks were excellent and the lobsters were delectable! We also enjoyed very fresh salads and sweet potatoes. If you’re looking for some good food, you should try Longhorn in Independence. You won’t be disappointed.

We waited an hour in the afternoon or so to have a table. So you’d better reserve in advance. Honey spicy flavored chicken is great. Size of Salad with fruit is large (so one dish is enough). The T-bond is great, Fillet is okay but a little bit dry, outlaw ribeye looks a little bit greasy but super delicious.

A very nice Restaurant on the City, excellent service. This time I want to try something different just to see the reaction of the servers, I don't eat red meat , but they offered many options of food , salads, drinks, appetizers, and the best If you are thirsty, you will never regret about this peaceful place. The server refilled your drink. You can not only eat well with great attention but also can work on line why you enjoyed your best meal... Or drink 🍷🍻. I really loved their bread with butter.

Cleveland-Longhorn's service was great, the food was hot and best of all, it was great! My Fiance ordered a burger and salad- it's worth ordering again. The spicy chicken bites were very good too!

This restaurant has great food. The salmon dish. The ribeye dish. The chicken breasts dinner. The mushroom appetizers. The chicken bites. And the shrimp appetizers. Everything was amazing. The Texas Tito tea what's good. The sangria with all the fruit. And the white sangria was great too. You really have to try this place if you have not done so already. This is a pretty popular spot so I know you've had it before. Enjoy

Brussel sprouts were too salty.. lobster, shrimp bisque was amazing!! Service excellent

We were seated right away when we entered the restaurant. They were not too crowded at the beginning of the dinner hours. Our order was taken promptly. Fresh bread was brought to the table there after. Salads were brought when they were ready and then shortly after the entrees arrived. The service was exceptional. Attention was paid to detail and we did not have to wait for refills. The food was very fresh. Overall the experience was pleasant. I will return to this Longhorn.

Wow!!!! What great, friendly service!! What delicious food that melts in your mouth!!! My first time here and I couldn't have imagined better service!!! Especially the kind treatment and patience of every server and waitress that picked up the coloring paper that my son kept dropping on the floor!! This is trully and family friendly restaurant!!! If you ever need a good helping of comfort food, it doesn't get better then place!! Just come taste the soup or the burger or the baked potatoes that is perfectly buttered , and topped with fresh ingredients, and not dry!! Oh yeah, and the complimentary bread with butter was perfectly delicious!! We can't wait to come back!!

I regularly order the 1/2 burger 🍔 for takeout. I switch the sides. I love that there's so many options. Soup and salad are great additions. Shrimp chowder, French onion 🧅 are excellent. The vinaigrette dressing is fantastic.

Ate here 6/17/23. Got there about 5pm on a Saturday and were seated with very little wait. Our server was friendly but had scant knowledge of what was available at the bar. We felt very hurried as our salads, appetizers, and entrees were all brought to our table in within a few minute window. Too many plates on the table at one time. Steaks and apps were sitting on the table getting cold as we tried to hurry thru our salads. Both steaks were way under done. Very bad. Not even half finished when asked if we wanted the check.

No wait Sun at 5. Great server and food. Had the steak and grilled shrimp with brussels sprouts. Delicious and could not finish it all. Loved the salad too. Only negative is steak was extremely salty. The flavor was good, did not need all that salt overpowering it.

Food was great, well the steak and salad was excellent!! They had no baked potatoes 😕 we had to wait an hour to sit and and hour for our food. The waitress was awesome. I would go back just for the steak and salad 😃 😊 😀

Very enjoyable experience tonight at this location. Seated immediately in a quiet corner. Prompt service and the food was delivered fresh and quickly. Our server was pleasant and efficient. Everything was very tasty and well prepared. Clean restrooms was a super plus. We will visit again when we are back in Cleveland. Thanks!!!

Enjoyed dinner with friends here tonight (Thursday). It was not very crowded. We were pleasantly greeted and promptly seated. Our waitress was very pleasant and accommodating. I ordered the 1/2 ribs with sweet potato and a side salad. The entire meal was prepared well. We all left satisfied.

I ordered the rib steak with baked potatoe(no potatoe), the steak was one of the worst I have had in a while. The meat was full of grizzle (hard to cut), very very fatty, I was lucky to eat 1/3 of it, my dogs really liked the rest though! I was very disappointed! I will not order from here again, Applebee's is better. The Brussel sprouts were tasty and I did pay extra for them.

Solid place for a good piece of steak! Good service too! Tables are a little greasy but other than that everything else is good!

I don't usually frequent these chain places, but I received a gift card, so we used it instead of letting it expire. I was not disappointed. I ordered the Ribeye, and it was very tender and moist. The baked potato was huge. My wife got the shrimp. There were 8 of them with rice for the entree. She got the broccoli as a side. We both got the salad as well. All of the food came out very hot and pretty quickly. I had no complaints with anything. We had a ½hour wait to start, but we had super fast service after that. Our server was very friendly and efficient. If you are looking for a good meal at a decent price. I would recommend this Independence Longhorn.

My favorite Steakhouse when travelling stateside. During this trip we ate at a different (famous) steak house as well. LongHorn blew them out of the water both in food quality and taste. Very impressed on this vist, staff was excellent, attentive and friendly. Excellent dining experience.

The food was poorly prepared (see brunt "Medium Steak photo and this was their SECOND attempt!). Our wait for a party of 2 was over an hour and they seated dozens of people who came in after us before we got seated.

My sirloin steak was delicious! Cooked to perfection, juicy, and mouthwatering. I had a coupon for a free dessert for my birthday and I enjoyed the delicious cheesecake. Worth the trip just to get the cheesecake! Our waitress was kind, professional, and excellent. It was a great place for my birthday celebration!

I had the 9oz. Filet. It was prepared just as I had asked (medium rare), it had great flavor and was a quality piece of meat. The server was pleasant and readily available. The atmosphere was good. The room was not noisy, yet the restaurant was busy. I would good here again when visiting Cleveland.

Visiting from out of town and went out with friends and had Wonderful service. Food was great. This place went down a few years ago but now it is so much better than Texas roadhouse. Kudos to our waitress. Food was excellent.

To be clear, this is not a reflection of the waitress....but it was frustrating that we called ahead, were told an hour, showed up 15 minutes early and waited over an hour for our table. The waitress was decent to good....could have checked up on us more, but I have seen way worse. She earned a 25%+ tip from our 3 out of the 7 in our group.

Loved the whole building, fast service got our food right away, loved all the food they brought out. It was the best food we have had in over a year! Really appreciate all the staff for being so helpful and nice! Another big thank you to the chefs and staff for doing a amazing job and making it a good time for us.

This was the best food experience. Our ribeye steaks was cooked to perfection. The white cheddar stuffed mushrooms and spicy shrimps was delicious. The warm bread and creamy butter hit the spot. Will be returning real soon. Thank you for the great food and service. Filet mignon was from a previous visit.

The steak was cooked to perfection!! The shrimp lobster chowder soup was phenomenal!! I loved the whole thing !

Excellent place, rally good food. A lot of people during evening but taste of meat is perfect. You can sit and talk or meet with whole family or business talk. Crew busy all the time, but the working perfect. I'm not mad for the place because it was really pleasant evening. If there is a some food od the table, they can pack it for you. Nice cow head above bar. Beside that served drinks are fine. Really appreciate to stay there.

STEAK IS NOT EATABLE. Check #38929, 04/04/2022, 04:46pm, TO GO order. One side of the steak was burned to crusted black carbon 1/6" thick and this side was placed face down to hide. Another side also ugly (disgusting burned grease) as a cooking grilled was not cleaned by cook for hours. This disgusting steak pitched in trash. On attached photo you can see "Good" side. Welcome to this Longhorn.

This was my first time at LongHorn, and I must say it was really good! Everything had good seasoning and cooked, just as I asked! I would recommend this restaurant!

We went on a Friday evening around 6:00 and were seated right away. There was plenty of seating with lots of booths. Our server was very attentive. I got the premium strawberry pecan salad with a steak. My husband got the Caesar salad with a steak. The steaks were cooked to the requested medium rare, still pink and warm on the inside. The food was plentiful, we didn't quite finish. The steak was very seasoned, a little too seasoned for my taste but still good. It was a nice evening out.
