    I wish Chatswood has a better McDonald’s, this branch is one of the worst I have encountered. Today the Big Mac did not have cheese on it and the beef patty was not in the right layers. I don’t buy drinks from this branch as they pre-fill the drinks and by the time I get it, most of the ice have melted and not much bubbles left in the coke. 3/5 times the food quality I get from this branch would be bad. Either the bun breads was broken, chips overcooked, or sauces outside of the burger. When it is good, I consider it miracle. Sadly this is the only McDonald’s in Chatswood and I love McDonald’s. Hopefully a new manager can fix this branch one day.

    One time after I already paid for my meal they denied me water, never had a McDonald's do that. But also everytime I order a meal the last 5 times something has been missing. Most recent time was sauce, I love dry burgers!

    I was waiting almost 30 mins for my breakfast, so I missed my train n late for my work. How terrible it is! I found that they did not give the food in order even though people ordered same things, I saw they kept giving the meal to the customers who order the food after me. Finally I have to remind them my order then I could get my meal. Additionally, there are eggshells in egg muffin, I even can’t eat it. Worst McDonald store!

    ⚠️warning⚠️ 8 out of 10 times there were something missed in my order. it could be a McChicken burger and an apple pie missing from an order of six items. Another example was missing fries and missing toy in the happy meal, a staff even mentioned that the toy was in the box when I confronted them and opened up the box asked them to show me where’s that virtual item 🤷🏻‍♂️

    I went to McDonald’s this morning and there were barley any staff and it took 15mins to get a Soft Serve and there were not many people. It is so hard to order in person because there are no people serving and taking so long for one persons order. The staff were making soft serves one day and when I ordered one because everyone was getting it, they said they weren’t serving ice cream when it was clear they were. Drinks are not even filled to the top and the frozen fantas were all melted . I don’t recommend going here.

    I don’t think my order has been correct even once from this location. Once a week I treat myself to a Happy Meal with 2 sides and they never add the second one. Luckily I check before I hop on the train. Maybe with at least one person over 20 in their staff they would improve.

    one of those "I don't care" Maccas and was disappointed with the overall experience. The fries and nuggets were consistently lacking in taste and were often soggy or moist. The soft drink never seemed to fully fill me up, the service was frustratingly slow. I decided to voice my concerns to the manager about the food quality, only to receive a dismissive reply: "We are the train station shop, we are always busy, we are doing the best we can."

    They used to not put enough ice cream and toppings but now they put a fair amount of ice cream but with toppings they don’t, I paid for extra toppings and the worker said there is extra but clearly as you can see it’s not. The worker said it’s mixed in there and again it’s not. I’m pregnant and craving and honestly I’m so disappointed.

    This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, the teenager workers are rude and inconsiderate of anything but themselves, management obviously is not doing a good job at all because all the workers walk around like they own the place and talk and laugh while they have lines of people waiting for their food. If I could rate them minus 5 stars I would. This place is always late to serve orders and the small dining area is rarely clean.

    I wish they would fix the self service kiosks. After you pay it's supposed to give you a number on a receipt so you know your order when they call it out. But the damn thing never has any paper. That would be fine though since the number pops up on screen, but you only get half a second (not even exaggerating) to see your number before the screen quickly returns to the home menu. If you blink you literally will miss your number and with no receipt good luck figuring out your meal number. Also the numbering is different for the staff too, like if you number is 58 they will call out 158 instead which is confusing. Fix your machines, McDonald's! Taco Bell around the corner has this figured out. Also last time I ordered McDonalds via Menulog it took almost two hours to arrive even though the driver apparently arrived there within an hour. I only live 7 minutes drive away at most, so I don't know whose fault that is but the food was cold and cold McDonald's is gross.

    Far too often this maccas messes up my orders, I don’t eat pork so I make custom orders and then I take my food to work once it’s ready. I usually check my orders because I’ve had so many errors in my orders at this location, unfortunately I didn’t check it today and someone gave me literally the exact opposite of what I ordered; a bacon McMuffin instead of a bacon and egg McMuffin with NO BACON. Really really disappointing and honestly offensive.

    This store is hopeless. Wait times regularly exceed 15 minutes, orders are often wrong, food is left for extended periods before being bagged, letting it go cold. There are a handful of staff trying their best, but the remainder clearly don't care. Go literally anywhere else.

    The location of the restaurant right at the station makes it a perfect stop for commuters in a hurry. And the fact that they're open 24/7 means you can grab a bite to eat no matter what time it is. Despite being a busy location, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The staff were constantly cleaning and restocking, which was great to see. And the ordering process was quick and easy, with the option to order at a kiosk or at the counter. The food itself was classic McDonald's - I ordered a burger and fries, and they were hot, fresh, and fast. Overall, if you're in the mood for some fast food while on the go, McDonald's at Chatswood Station is a great choice. It's convenient, affordable, and the staff are friendly and efficient.

    Manager tonight was awesome. App had some issues meaning we couldn't tell if we had ordered. So we ordered again under my wife's account. She called out to check to make sure if it was an accidentally order and helped us refund the 2nd order. Have to commend her on being on point. Great manager! Also the nuggets were extremely fresh!

    I go pretty often and I don't think there has been one time where the workers weren't rude. Really bad service and very little effort put into the food. Do not recommend however it is a convenient location.

    For an express store with a decent line its actually good quality fast food here, most of the time its well staffed and my orders were always right. Food was also fresh and made on the spot which is good. I always go here if im in a rush for some unhealthy cravings but its worth it

    SO ANGRY! I was made to wait 20 MINUTES for "FAST FOOD" - only nuggets and basic hamburgers - and then NO SAUCE was provided! The nuggets are too dry to eat without sauce! I had to take them home and reheat them and use whatever sauces I had laying around before I could eat them! What a waste of time and money! I should have known better, last time was so slow too! That's it! No more!

👍 Best restaurant for South Indian dishes. Worth a try of Biryani. Tried Tandoori Soya today and it was the best I ever had here. Egg65 Biryani was so tasty. Crispy Baby corn was bad seemed like it was not fresh. You should not let your standards drop.
