We all were excited to go there and have best ever Indian food but Alas. The place was pathetically congested with extra tables and chairs. Safety wise no one will be safe if some mishappening occurs. Service is pathetic, took order late, brought food to table late. Some food items were good but noodles had 4 tablespoon of salt per plate. And they are not apologetic about anything; PATHETIC.

Did not disappoint. The food was fresh and super tasty. Not overly seasoned with spices, just the right flavour. I'm telling you if you are considering other similar places such as those in Harris park, this is miles ahead. The prices were more than reasonable as well. Service was friendly.

I ordered NOG cheese bhaji pav, first they served regular bhaji pav with onion. I can’t complain about this because they don’t know NOG means (No Onion No Garlic). Later on they replace with normal Bhajipav but they forgot to put cheese on it. One of the worst food I ever had.

Authentic vegetarian Indian food! And I'm Indian! So that's saying something. The service is exceptional, staff are attentive and know what they are talking about. Food comes out on time and fast. Everything we ordered was delicious 😋 especially the pani puri, I honestly could have eaten plates of them! The curries are full of flavour and spicy! Roti is just how my mum would make them. I'll be back again soon!

Not bad for if you want to eat vegetarian food. It's pretty much your traditional Indian cuisine with good flavours and nice pastries. Definitely a place to take someone who's vegetarian or if you want to eat just veg. I do not recommend the pizza.

My first Visit to this open and bright authentic indian restaurant. We ordered the lunch special Masala Dosa this consists of a large Rice flour & Urad flour crepe, stuffed with spiced potatoes and served with sambhar (lentil soup),with coconut & tomato chutney, The spices were not overwhelming and the soup was excellent, the Rice flour crepe was well done crispy and chewy with the potato centre. Although it does not look like much the generous spiced potato filling with the soup and chutneys was filling. I ordered a Masala Chaas a Yoghurt drink with spices just to try it out, while it would be refreshing on a hot summer day and assist with digestion, I probably would not order one again. I would definitely visit again the food and service were great, even though they did forget to bring the added Yoghurt drink.

Delicious and generous portions - we left absolutely stuffed! The curry portions are great, along with the paper dosa, which was huge. Great value given the size. Would definitely come again!

Amazing food I must say! Some of the items are best in Sydney like daal baati and chaats. Loved my visit and will to explore more options.

Went for family dinner for a special occasion. It was Thursday, and I was surprised with the crowd and was advised that the expected wait time is 20 minutes. The call came in the 25th minute, and the seating was squeezed. Bit uncomfortable but compensated by the service. Ordering was smooth, and food was served quick and fast. There was no stand-out food, but all bread varieties (Kulcha, Onion, and gobi paratha) met the expectations. Loved the Chilli Pakora. Overall positive experience, hence 4*.

The reviews are absolutely spot on. Was scouting for a vegetarian/vegan only Indian restaurant when I chanced upon Radhe Chatpata. Went there with family for dinner and loved every bit of the experience. Starting from the way the staff welcomed us and seated us, to the amazing mouth watering dishes and to the brisk service. Highly recommend this place, especially if you are looking for vegetarian only restaurant.

Visited yesterday and didn't had a good experience with both food and service. One of the order didn't come and had to give 2 reminders after which just had to take-away that order. No apology for the delay given. Further the waitress asked to give them good google review. We said sure will do. She then asked to give now to which we were surprised. Please don't force customers to give reviews. If we genuinely feel good about your service and food we will surely give positive reviews without being reminded of it. Pease don't force customers to add a review there and then. Further to add, the service greatly needs improvement with proper training to waitress being appointed so that customer experience is enhanced and uplifted. Also please do take care of water glasses being cleaned properly and hygiene being maintained in the restaurant. If the waitress is cleaning tables and then serving food, please advise them to use sanitizers too so as to prevent the germ spread. Thank you. God Bless!

Their Mumbai style wada paav was really good, specially the red chutney inside it. Dahi Puri was also nice but it would be nice if they could use small puris.

Went there for lunch and ordered a 3 curry meal just to find out that i was served a raita which had a curly hair on it. When informed to the staff, she barely understood the issue. With a confused look, she called another staff and pointed while others were watching the drama. Though the food tasted good, the level of food safety is of concern and disgusting to know how such hair falls on food. Staff don’t know the menu, they didn’t know which curry items or how many naan or roti are there in a meal platter. The only 2 stars are for the ease of parking and the good taste of sweet. Please work on your food safety and GMP practice within the kitchen.

Not completely satisfied. It’s a 3 star for now but that could change depending on next visit. The food isn’t that good as I expected. Only thing best was chilli paneer otherwise everything was a bit sour in taste. The staff was really good no doubt but the food quality could’ve been better. Let’s see if the reviews change after my next visit.

Too many spices in simple curry (cheese butter masala) ruined the taste. Cold butter roti was small in size and delay in continuing order wasn't helping. Forgetful experience of this well known place.

Dine in and food service is all right but we ordered take away fafda and didn't expect that I could receive raw shredded carrots as in sambhara. How can someone eat sambhara without even tampered? Just raw shredded carrots to eat with fafda. Very bad.

This time my experience wasn’t good. To begin with: 1) Dal Batti’s dal was way too “gralicky” and tasted awful. 2) Dabeli was below average and this time I found the stuffing was not so generous 3) Paneer Chilly Dy had food colour (it’s my personal choice and I don’t like food colouring agents to be added in food) 4) Lilvi Kachori & Amritsari Kulche were good. I still feel this is one of the good chatpata house in the city (based on my previous visits to this place). Today was just a bad day for me to visit.

The food was amazing ! Food was on the table within 5-10 minutes after ordering, that too in peak hours! Quick service and taste was great! Make sure you reserve the table if you are going in peak hours or be ready to wait for 20 minutes or so. Tandoori soya chaap was the highlight and it was the best soya chaap I have had in Sydney. Curries were delicious and kudos to staff for quick and friendly service!

We love the food from this restaurant. The food is always tasty. The only thing I would like to say is that they should take the note of instructions given when they receive the order. Two times I have placed an order recently through Uber eats and both the time item was missing in my order. Although they have provided me the missing food on my next order which is good. Also they should focus on customer requests as well. I have mentioned every time to provide utensils but never got it. Apart from this they are very good.

The food is so delicious. It is authentic and very tasty. We get served immediately and the food comes out quick. Only bad thing is the awkward seating as they have crammed tables so close that I can't sit across from my partner but have to sit adjacent to them at a table for two. However the food is so affordable and worth the money especially compared to other Indian restaurants that have crazy marked up prices. I live over an hour away but would say it is worth the drive.

    - mediocre restaurant with quick service and galore variety - taste is okay with subpar quality of food - quick and attentive service - manchurians are the worst - taste of over heated oil and food color - chat items are good - pani puri, pav bhaji - tomato soup is very cinnamony while sweet corn soup is good

This place deserves 6 stars! Huge variety of options that cater to all diets (vegan, vegetarian, Jain, no onion no garlic). Flavors were great! Some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had. Service was extremely fast and I can’t say enough good things. They have 7K positive reviews and there’s clearly a reason why. Loved it. Highly recommend

🌱 They have a very large menu with lots of options - all vegetarian! Chaats were good. Jini dosa could've been better and was excessively oily. We didn't like it. The cleanliness of the place could be a little improved.

I have ordered fafda jalebi and waited for a 40 min when they were talking order she said it takes only 15 minutes. On the other hand, after waiting for a 40 min when took the fafda jalebi It was taste less, as the fafda has too much baking soda in it, it was not even that eatable, ai need to throw away. They should have been given the proper food I feel I have waisted my time and my money. Can see the photo of the fafda, how red it is. Very disappointed.

The food was amazing. Delicious flavour. Some probably would have been better if I went with people who could eat a bit more. Chili definitely would have elevated the food more if I didn't have to ask for everything to be no spicy. We came with a large group of people and they accommodated us well

This place makes THE best dosa! My whole family loves the food here. The dosa is always so crispy & not too oily. We ordered the plain dosa, masala dosa, chole bhature & idli sambhar. Then for dessert we got gulab jamun & carrot halwa. Everything was just absolutely delicious. 10/10 would recommend to go here. Can easily say this is one of the best veg restaurants in Sydney.

Yummy! Came here for some vegetarian Indian food and this place was delicious. They cater to no onion no garlic which is great and food comes out extremely fast. I highly recommend their masala dosa - this was packed with flavour and the dosa was super crisp. One of the best dosas I've had in Sydney! I also got their palak paneer and veggie curry - both were nice but did get quite heavy/sickening after a few bites. Overall, a nice cheat meal but if you don't like too many spices you may not like their curries. These were packed with spice and very salty. Their naan was a bit of a let down. You could tell it was already cooked when it came out. Overall, still quite yummy. Service isn't that great but food is worth a visit.

I wanted to call out an unprofessional act that didn't sit well with my family and I today. We visited here at around 12:40pm this afternoon for the first time and due to the lunch hour, it was understandably busy. We agreed upon a 10 minute wait time and as a family, we willingly waited in the queue to be seated, only to realise that two other families who were not in the queue were seated ahead of us. By this time, we had been waiting well beyond that time frame and we were quite hungry by this point. We spent a good amount of time (I do not intend to quantify this) staring at empty tables and being treated insignificant, was not something that sat well with us. It was supposed to be our first visit to this restaurant, but the fact that we were treated quite unfairly and without really communicating the reason of the empty tables was not a good look for new guests.

Loved their chole bhature. Vada paav was also quite nice. We also tried their Tandoori Soya Chaap, but it was ok. Was a bit disappointed by the Manchurian and Manchow soup, but the Hakka Noodles were quite good.

Regular at this place, all time fav for all vege restaurant. Food is always great, consistent taste, staff is quick and food service is fast too. The wait times are very high for weekend dinner and they dont accept reservations. Their stuff parathas are very soft and delicious.

Great tasting authentic food at economical prices. Service is fairly quick. Place crowded in the evenings therefore no reservations are accepted. Staff are generally courteous. Even very busy on weeks days as well. Highly recommend to everyone.

Food is good. But never try to go by car or park somewhere else. Parking is really bad may end up with mess. Also not a great Idea with covid situation as don't care attitude with current health orders.

  • 1/5 Kranthi Kiran M. 2 years ago on Google
Radhe Chatpata house used to be good before. I don't see any drop in their sales/demand during the lockdown as they used to be fully busy whenever I placed orders. In the name of lesser income during lockdown, they have ridiculously raised the prices. A simple meal for 2 people now costs $20 more than before, definitely a rip-off.

Ordered Hakka noodles and one more noodles, totally pathetic taste, and when reported staff was clearly not interested to understand what’s wrong. Been to this place before too and always rated it above Chatkkaz but today’s food and service experience at Radhey very poor.

Really like this resturant. Ordered paneer methi malai and malai kofta. Both very creamy also called malai and lots of ingredients. Taste good and taste different. No wonder so busy and waited for 30mins after ordering for takeaway.

👍 Best restaurant for South Indian dishes. Worth a try of Biryani. Tried Tandoori Soya today and it was the best I ever had here. Egg65 Biryani was so tasty. Crispy Baby corn was bad seemed like it was not fresh. You should not let your standards drop.
