I
had
a
walk-in
booking
for
eyebrow
threading,
and
I
must
say
that
I
am
extremely
disappointed
with
the
service
I
received.
Initially,
I
was
informed
that
there
would
be
a
10-minute
wait,
which
I
was
fine
with.
However,
my
patience
was
tested
when
the
wait
extended
beyond
what
was
initially
communicated.
After
waiting
for
approximately
15
minutes,
I
was
informed
that
there
would
be
an
additional
10-minute
delay.
This
was
already
frustrating,
but
I
decided
to
wait
patiently,
hoping
for
a
positive
outcome.
Unfortunately,
my
hopes
were
dashed
when,
after
a
total
wait
time
of
35
minutes,
the
employee
informed
me
that
there
were
still
two
more
clients
ahead
of
me.
They
mentioned
that
I
would
have
to
wait
an
additional
20
to
30
minutes.
I
cannot
express
how
utterly
disappointed
I
am
with
this
experience.
The
lack
of
transparency
and
accurate
time
estimation
left
me
feeling
frustrated
and
disheartened.
As
a
customer,
I
believe
it
is
essential
to
be
provided
with
honest
information
regarding
wait
times,
so
that
I
can
make
an
informed
decision
about
whether
or
not
to
proceed
with
the
service.
Given
the
circumstances,
I
cannot
recommend
this
establishment
to
others
who
value
punctuality
and
efficient
service.
I
hope
the
management
takes
note
of
these
shortcomings
and
takes
appropriate
steps
to
improve
their
communication
and
customer
service.
