I have been coming to the Newtown salon for over a year now and can't recommend it enough. I've tried lash lift and tint, brow lamination, brow thread and tint and for the last 6+ months have been getting classic lash extensions and have always been super happy with the results. I usually have my lashes done by Lara or Edi - both are great at their skill and my natural lashes are still in amazing condition. I'm always made comfortable in my appointments and they are very gentle when tending to my lashes. They remember the style I like them done, they always last a long time and I always receive compliments on them. Thanks simply brows and lashes 😊

Have been twice now for eyebrow threading and a lash lift. Both times the threading has been great, and I was very happy with the lash lift. My lashes are hard to curl but they look great, and they were very gentle so I had less irritation during the opening and tinting than I have had at other places. The team is always friendly.

Great lashing boutique, I was visiting from London and the whole experience from the initial phone call to the lashing was next level. Victoria was excellent and the reception staff were so helpful in finding out if they had the right lashes in stock for me, since I use B curl lashes which are so difficult to find in Sydney. Every staff member I spoke to was so lovely and I’m very happy with the fantastic level of service I received. Highly recommend Simply Brows & Lashes.

I'm absolutely thrilled to have found this place! A massive shoutout to Edi for her stunning and delicate work, it's truly a masterpiece. Normally, I entrust my eyebrows to Jae and I'm always delighted with the results. However, today Sushi (apologies if I got the name wrong) worked her magic and did an incredible job on my brows. I can't express enough how much I adore this place! It's simply amazing! 😄👍

Jae just did an amazing job on my brows. I had them threaded after probably 6months of growth, and she was super attentive to what I wanted. It's always a bit scary going into a new brow place, especially when you've been growing them out, but Jae took the time to make sure we were on the same page and executed my shape. Highly recommend :)

Simply B&L have got themselves a new repeat customer. I was impressed at the level service, expertise & care my technician. I wanted to get henna tinting on my eyebrows, but was advised against it & recommended hybrid tinting instead. I really appreciate the honestly of my technician, her professionalism & most of all perfectionism to have the right brow colour, tinting technique & shape to suit my face & skin type. Thanks guys!

I had a walk-in booking for eyebrow threading, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Initially, I was informed that there would be a 10-minute wait, which I was fine with. However, my patience was tested when the wait extended beyond what was initially communicated. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes, I was informed that there would be an additional 10-minute delay. This was already frustrating, but I decided to wait patiently, hoping for a positive outcome. Unfortunately, my hopes were dashed when, after a total wait time of 35 minutes, the employee informed me that there were still two more clients ahead of me. They mentioned that I would have to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes. I cannot express how utterly disappointed I am with this experience. The lack of transparency and accurate time estimation left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. As a customer, I believe it is essential to be provided with honest information regarding wait times, so that I can make an informed decision about whether or not to proceed with the service. Given the circumstances, I cannot recommend this establishment to others who value punctuality and efficient service. I hope the management takes note of these shortcomings and takes appropriate steps to improve their communication and customer service.

Edie always makes my lashes look amazing! I’m a recent convert to eyelash extensions extensions but wish I’d got them ages ago. The team at SB&L helped me decide on the right type of lashes to achieve the look I was after - full, natural looking lashes - and Edie keeps them looking fabulous every time! No more mascara needed!

I’ve had the BEST experience at Simply Brows & Lashes in Newtown! I’ve had Lash Extensions etc elsewhere closer to my home previously and was satisfied with the results. However, after friends highly recommended Newtown to me I decided to give it a try and was completely overwhelmed from the moment I entered this beautiful establishment (with the best music playlists, which is a huge plus when lying there in blissful comfort ) until I left extremely happy with my fabulous lashes & brows😍 The staff were so professional, friendly & caring and I immediately felt I was in the best of hands! A BIG Thank You to Jae who made it possible for me to get an appointment with such short notice and to the incredibly professional Magina who did the BEST eyelash extensions I’ve EVER had, as well as my eyebrows, exactly how I wanted it, I will definitely travel the extra miles again and will highly recommend you!!!

Thank you Jae!! I have extremely sensitive eyes, and usually have a small reaction after a lift (rash and redness) and struggle with the light/sensation during treatment- however Jae made me SO comfortable and relaxed that I just about fell asleep in the chair! No reaction at all as she took extreme care with the products and my lower lid, and adjusted the light for my sensitive eyes, plus my lashes look AMAZING! Very grateful and highly recommend her services🙏

After trying a few different places over the years, I’m glad I’ve found Jae. I’ve come here a few times over the last year for my brows and lash lift and each time has been consistently great. I have short/fine Asian lashes and Jae can really work her magic on them. They look really natural and I get heaps of complements on them. Can’t recommend her enough!
